"We made a reservation for 7 people and arrived 10 minutes early, as one normally does. However, our order was not taken until 7:35. To our disappointment, we were told that there was no steak available, which has happened to me before at this restaurant. The food was good overall, but my coke tasted off, so much so that I began to worry I may have COVID-19 until I tried the onion rings and regained my sense of taste. I felt uneasy due to the current COVID situation and noticed that the hygiene standards were not up to par. In contrast to my recent trip to Turkey where hygiene was impeccable, at Dizzys the bottle of mayo was being passed from table to table and the utensils were left out for anyone to handle. While the food was enjoyable, hygiene and service left much to be desired."

"I usually don't write reviews, but I just had the most amazing breakfast and had to share about this place. I discovered it randomly on Deliveroo and had never heard of it before, but I'm so happy I decided to try something new instead of my usual spot. The menu is extensive and everything sounds delicious, but I decided to try the Bhurji breakfast with avocado, a paratha, melon refresher smoothie, and a coffee. Every item was absolutely delightful. The flavors were delicate and sweet, the bread was soft and fluffy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the smoothie was. I highly recommend this place!"

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I came to the breakfast yesterday and it was perhaps the best decision I made during my trip to Edinburgh. the owner (jonathan) was very nice and warm and welcomed me to the restaurant and gave me the drain on the Scottish breakfast. I had a little fear to try the haggis and black pudding, but everything was delicious! jonathan said they had the best heggis in the city and he didn't lie. the meal was warm and tasty and the perfect fuel for a long and cold day of remembrance, and more than that it gave me a taste of the Scottish hospitality! You have to come here at least once, but hopefully more, in your life!"

"The first thing to note is that this is not a Jamie Oliver outpost, but the offspring of some other Jamie entirely. Unfortunate misunderstanding for me, because I was searching vainly, it turned out for a good value place to have some healthy lunch and a business chinwag. Turns out the City is not overabundant in such tables, particularly on a Friday before Christmas. Jamie's was, more typically for the locality, basically a bar with some bar meals and sharing platters to accompany drinks. Not really my thing. Nor did we seem to the their thing, because despite many empty tables around us, the waiter presented us with the bill unbidden."

"came here with my friend for a catch up as heard this place was good. Place was absolutely dead so didn't have high hopes however the server was so lovely and catering. I ordered the fat pig burger which had pulled pork in it and it was amazing- best burger ever. I also had the chilli beef loaded fries which were yummy too and the showstopper for me was the onion rings- they were fab. Portion sizes are huge so will keep this in mind for my next visit. totally recommend and not bad priced also"

"We recently dined at Newcastle Bloom and had a fantastic experience. It's a great spot for a girls' lunch with very attentive staff. I must mention the chef, as his creations were superb and the food was excellent. The only downside was that smokers tend to congregate near the door, which draws the smell back inside. Despite this, I highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely be returning soon!"

"Ordered from UberEats and my boyfriend stood outside for 15 minutes when the app stated that the driver was approaching. Nobody showed up and the order was marked as delivered, so we paid £26 for an order we never received. Uber may be a separate company but BRGR have consciously made the decision to work with them and as such must take joint responsibility for the customer experience. 2 hours later we are still unable to make contact with Uber to receive any kind of refund and the restaurant has since closed. The lack of empathy or any attempt at helping us out during the 2 phone calls we made was honestly pretty disgusting. Would it have killed you to send out another order or even offer to have us pick it up? We've been loyal customers of BRGR for years and will never order from them or enter one of their restaurants again. It's sad to see that they just don't care. Disappointed and yep, still hungry."

I took my friend who was an Olympic visit in the country, in the epsom thai. it was a last night special meal and I was embarrassed in the low quality. the Tom-Yum soup we had was really salty and tasted nothing like tom yum tom yum, is characterized by its pronounced hot and acidic aromes and fragrant ceremonies like lemongras, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, limette juice, fish sauce and crushed chili pepper. we could just try fish sauce, nothing else.
