The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during my meal. I would definitely recommend trying the Nachos.

Self Isolating so treated ourselves! And OMG what a treat this was ; Burger and chips arrived nice and hot. MASSIVE burger and deffo worth the money! Will order or visit again!

The staff were not wearing any personal protective equipment, the cutlery was left out, and the food was terrible. The burger was undercooked, the coleslaw was brown, and the cheesy chips were disgusting. Although I used to love this restaurant, I will not be returning. It's the only restaurant I've been to that did not have any PPE at all.

Our meals were all served virtually cold. The meat in our burgers was hard, dry, and overcooked. The accompanying 'salad ' consisted of a piece of white iceberg lettuce, which was mostly stalk. We did not have the time to wait for a replacement meal to be re-cooked and re-served. The menu states that the government 's reduced VAT is reflected in its lower prices, however this does not seem to be the case.

Love this place! Firstly, my medium temp steak is cooked to perfection. It’s a great place on your doorstep (rather than up london) with an extensive cocktail menu alongside likeable American style food. It’s not high-end, but it’s perfect to give you just what you need, just when you need it with a friendly atmosphere for adults or families depending on what time you go. Slow start to service – was getting irritated but they then improved. The garlic bread was tiny, the butter had vanished and it needed more garlic – was one of the worst garlic breads we have ever had ? the onion rings were nice – and the mains of fajitas of chicken and steak were very good ! steak cooked very well and lots of peppers on the dish. The accompaniment of cheese, guacamole, sour cream etc were nice. The fajitas themselves were poor – not warm and basically wraps -basic cheap but somewhere fun to go if you want to eat something different. Great for families

I visited the restaurant after not visited in a few years. The food menu is very limited and not very Vegetarian friendly! My partner had ribs but couldn’t eat them as they had a funny taste to them, when we arrived the table hadn’t been cleaned and I didn’t witness any types of cleaning with cutlery or sauces that had been passed from table to table. I feel that it’s over priced for what it is. They was no social distancing between table or people we were sat next to two different party’s of people and the safe weren’t Wearing any type of masks etc. Were wernt asked for track or trace either.

We made a reservation for 7 people and arrived 10 minutes early, as one normally does. However, our order was not taken until 7:35. To our disappointment, we were told that there was no steak available, which has happened to me before at this restaurant. The food was good overall, but my coke tasted off, so much so that I began to worry I may have COVID-19 until I tried the onion rings and regained my sense of taste. I felt uneasy due to the current COVID situation and noticed that the hygiene standards were not up to par.
