"This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived almost completely raw. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he insisted that I was mistaken and that this was how medium-rare was typically served. He eventually agreed to provide me with a new medium-rare steak, but it turned out to be even more raw than the first one. It was practically bleeding, which is definitely not what you would expect from a properly cooked medium-rare steak. To top it off, the manager was quite rude. I noticed that he was wearing his mask improperly, hanging below his mouth, and none of the staff seemed to be washing their hands. Additionally, the table was sticky. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"I booked this as a celebration for my mums birthday. We arrived early to have a drink in the bar, which was all good. We went over to the restaurant in time for our booked time of 7.30pm only to be told that there was no record of my booking. The young woman who first dealt with us seemed a little phased by the situation and one of our party asked to speak to her supervisor. Another young woman arrived to deal with the situation. She remained deadpan whilst informing us that there was nothing that could be done and that we could come back 2 hours later. My mum is diabetic, so this was not an option. We were not offered any sort of compensation so we left to dine elsewhere. Needless to say, this put a damper on the celebrations and we won't be returning to Tiger Tiger."

"My visit here was a total shambles. Before I asked to only have one waitress serving us, I ordered a drink, one waiter took the order, another delivered it and when I asked to pay the bill, another waiter appeared asking if I would like to pay the bill. When I said I had already asked for the bill, yet another waiter appeared to once again ask if I wanted to pay the bill. Please can someone get the waiters to talk to each other to avoid this constant barrage of people asking for information they already had. During this process our table host kept on coming over to ask if everything was OK, which clearly it wasn't and then didn't really listen to our answer, he just laughed. Then he kept on standing watching the football match directly in my way as if we weren't there The food was ok, ribs were poor, the salt and pepper squid had raw cayenne on the outside which was unpleasant and the chicken wings by all accounts were fine On a visit to the loo, there was no loo paper and no soap in any of the dispensers Overall the feel is that management are out of their depth and someone needs to take charge to ensure things run smoothly sooner rather than later. If you are going for a drink and to watch the sport then it could be a decent venue if they sort the leaderless waitering team out, but there are much better sports bars in London based on my recent experience."

"My husband and I visited last night,a very warm welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant, lovely busy atmosphere too. We shared the Antipasti which was generous. I had a delicious ceaser salad and my husband had chilli pasta which was also scrumptious! Only a little room left to share a pudding. We didn’t feel rushed at all which was nice . The price was good considering what we have spent in other eateries whilst away and this meal was by far the best ! Would definitely go back and happy to recommend to friends and family."

"Massive cry to Marie We went for a quick tea with our toddler and had the best eating experience since parents to be! Marie took care of us and paid special attention to our daughter to make sure she was entertaining and had the best food. Our daughter usually wants to walk around and is not often interested in her food, but Marie's top service and the delicious food for adults and children ensured that we all ate together and we all ate hot food at the same time. "we went to a laune here while we were in jail and were not disappointed. I was in other cosmos, especially the one in sheffield and knew what to expect. but this one exceeded my expectations. all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. eating was quickly distributed so it was hot, and of great quality, especially for a buffet. the portions from the live cookery were very generous. the cocos protocols made us feel safe. we would definitely return!"

"I was working in the Ghillie Dhu called in here to get a takeaway coffee. The place had a great atmosphere, the staff were very welcoming friendly. It was pouring outside I wish I could have stayed ate. The guy handed me my coffee and as I went to pay he told me it was on the house to enjoy it. I was taken aback at such a kind act. It actually made my night. Something so simple but yet heart warming at the same time. I’m never in this beautiful city much but I’ll tell you what, I love Edinburgh, the culture most importantly the people. Well done to this guy for making an anxious girl feel wonderful before her gig Xxx"

"very relaxed restaurant with tables in good distance from each other. the service was excellent, the waiter was very friendly and pleasant served us, and the space between the first and second curs was just right. I had for my starter spinach and ricotta arancini and for the main cheese calzone goats spinach. both were excellent. my man had meatballs piccante and the pork belly porchetta that he commented were both delicious. we will definitely return."

Wor lass had a salami misti pizza, she never said a word to me until the last slice, when help was required. Naturally, as a top lad, I consumed the rest of it for her. "Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. It took 3 hours to get food and eat. Getting tap water took 40 minutes and asking 4 plus times. When the pizza did arrive it was so undercooked it was practically raw dough. They did take my pizza back and the cooked one they returned did actually taste nice. They then were rude and wouldn 't even take off a dessert item after we waited 3 hours for undercooked mediocre pizza. When I asked Albian if we could speak to the manager he just said No and was incredibly unsympathetic and rude about our experience."

"now, I have booked online with a notiz that says that my daughter's birthday. we have no table ready to wait for us, two tables were simply pushed near the door. ends up asking how it was too cold, with the...draft coming through. manager brought us to a beautiful stand and was beautiful. Drinking took a long time until they arrived, and when they did, it was wrong. three articles were out when we arrived, but after a very, very long wait for the order discovered the plate that my daughter wanted for starter, was also sold out now, starter came in two parts with quite a gap between. we ordered a few desserts that took a long, long time to turn (has just asked about a delay). the personal was beautiful, but the service was shocking. what was even worse, was one of the waitress masks wearing skills, her kinn was very protected and wore the mask well! a shame as a daughter loves here, but she ended up with a disappointing night"

"Menu was so promising, but the service really let down the whole evening. We are in the bar, which had a nice atmosphere. We were only a table of 4, but 2 of the starters came out wrong (had to be sent back). Lack of attention to detail. Even things like glasses etc being cleared from the table wasn’t happening , so we had to do it ourselves. Disappointing and the staff didn’t seem particularly happy, didn’t see any of them smile. Mains came out in good time, but portions were quite small. Everything tasted nice, including the starters when they were re-done but I can’t see past the service, so won’t be returning, sorry."

"OK, it was a hot Friday afternoon. However, I expect service from the staff and decent food at any time during opening hours. Start with the staff; poorly motivated and badly trained is the only way I can describe them. One member tried to explain that it was the first day for one team member. In my view, that was a totally inappropriate remark to make to a client. If the team member wasn 't ready to be put on the restaurant floor, why embarrass him by putting him in situations he 's not equipped to deal? I doubt the kitchen staff were any better motivated. The food was lacking flavour and seemed to have been prepared by a trainee. My wife was served with the wrong main course which although rectified quickly, still had little on no flavour. It was 'purple pesto ' without the pesto! ASK, I have been a customer for so years now but I have never been this disappointed. We will not be returning."

"We were a group of 4 and visited this place for Dinner while we were in London last month. Situated along the river, it offers amazing views of the Tower Bridge and the skyline on the other side (mostly luxury hotels). We ordered for some beer and wine reasonable priced. We tried the Bruschetta for starters which was good. For main course we ordered Verdure Pizza, Risotto Rosso, Spaghetti Al Pomodoro which were all cooked to perfection. A friend tried the Chicken Salad which was good too. Dinner for 2 with Drinks will cost you around 40 GBP. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for dining options this side. The staff was friendly and the service met expectations."

"First time visiting, thought the decor was nice and the staff were welcoming. Table was a bit sticky when we sat down but hey don't sweat the small stuff. Ordered 2 x kids dishes (3 courses for £7.50, seemed very good value) and a normal pasta dish (beef Ragu) and a pizza. The main meals took an age to arrive and when they did one of kds meals was missing, was told by the waitress it was on its way, no explanation provided and no apology when it did arrive 10 minutes later. Kids pizza was really quite small and left 6 year old still hungry. Adult pizza was decent at best however the pasta dish was tiny, honestly looked stater size. It was actually pretty good but I was still very hungry afterwards. Service was generally slow, kids desserts (ice cream) took 15 minutes to arrive. All in all it was a poor experience, staff were pleasant enough but inattentive. Unsure why service was so slow as the place was fairly busy but didn't appear to be unmanageable. There was an empty dirty table at the window when we arrived that was untouched when we left 90 mins later."
