"This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived almost completely raw. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he insisted that I was mistaken and that this was how medium-rare was typically served. He eventually agreed to provide me with a new medium-rare steak, but it turned out to be even more raw than the first one. It was practically bleeding, which is definitely not what you would expect from a properly cooked medium-rare steak. To top it off, the manager was quite rude. I noticed that he was wearing his mask improperly, hanging below his mouth, and none of the staff seemed to be washing their hands. Additionally, the table was sticky. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"we went to a laune here while we were in jail and were not disappointed. I was in other cosmos, especially the one in sheffield and knew what to expect. but this one exceeded my expectations. all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. eating was quickly distributed so it was hot, and of great quality, especially for a buffet. the portions from the live cookery were very generous. the cocos protocols made us feel safe. we would definitely return!"

"the food was cheap, and the portions were good, the staff was brilliant, cheerful and very helpful. the atmosphere was beautiful, with a view over piccadilly gardens that became better than the night dark. free homemade limonade at the arrival was also a beautiful note and tasted wonderful. the employees gave enough time to choose drinks first, then we left again so that we could choose food orders. the service was fast and the food was hot. the personal did not suggest us at all. so all in all, it was a nice experience, I would highly recommend."

"I went to italia in basingstoke yesterday with some friends. the starter and the drinks were really good, but my pasta court and other girls at my table were unfortunately quite bad (it happened! . worked for many years in restaurants and busy with complaining all the time, I said nothing to our server when she seemed busy and didn't want to disturb her. when the bill came, she took mine and the other girls pasta dishes off when she noticed that we didn't eat them. the girl is petite with long escapes, I just wanted to thank because that was a really nice gesture and her service was so good!"

"A very busy Friday evening in Norwich with the fireworks at I booked the table for of us at arrived and were shown immediately to our table. With a seven year old and a nine year old they enjoyed their meal of pasta, dunk and dip. The waiter was very attentive and dealt with them very well. They enjoyed the meal. Everything ordered came out together in a timely way even though the restaurant was filling up. My wife had a pizza that she enjoyed. Altogether a nice evening meal for generations"

"Arguably one of Britain’s favourite restaurants but this one is a let down, we waited at the door for a solid 5 minutes before even being looked at which made my kids feel very uncomfortable. When we finnnallly got served we weren’t greeted with the smile you would expect when you are paying for someone’s services. We couldn’t stand this level of customer service so we just ordered online. A redeeming factor is that the online system is easy to navigate and to order from. From ordering online to receiving our food it took 45 minutes and what we got was cold and hard after being left under a heat lamp, and for the prices they charge it wasn’t worth the small flat pieces of cold chicken we got. The service was dismal at best and the cleanliness was very poor. I don’t believe in 1 star reviews so they are lucky to be getting a 2. Don’t go here."

"My visit here was a total shambles. Before I asked to only have one waitress serving us, I ordered a drink, one waiter took the order, another delivered it and when I asked to pay the bill, another waiter appeared asking if I would like to pay the bill. When I said I had already asked for the bill, yet another waiter appeared to once again ask if I wanted to pay the bill. Please can someone get the waiters to talk to each other to avoid this constant barrage of people asking for information they already had. During this process our table host kept on coming over to ask if everything was OK, which clearly it wasn't and then didn't really listen to our answer, he just laughed. Then he kept on standing watching the football match directly in my way as if we weren't there The food was ok, ribs were poor, the salt and pepper squid had raw cayenne on the outside which was unpleasant and the chicken wings by all accounts were fine On a visit to the loo, there was no loo paper and no soap in any of the dispensers Overall the feel is that management are out of their depth and someone needs to take charge to ensure things run smoothly sooner rather than later. If you are going for a drink and to watch the sport then it could be a decent venue if they sort the leaderless waitering team out, but there are much better sports bars in London based on my recent experience."

"Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. It took 3 hours to get food and eat. Getting tap water took 40 minutes and asking 4 plus times. When the pizza did arrive it was so undercooked it was practically raw dough. They did take my pizza back and the cooked one they returned did actually taste nice. They then were rude and wouldn 't even take off a dessert item after we waited 3 hours for undercooked mediocre pizza. When I asked Albian if we could speak to the manager he just said No and was incredibly unsympathetic and rude about our experience."

"My husband and I visited last night,a very warm welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant, lovely busy atmosphere too. We shared the Antipasti which was generous. I had a delicious ceaser salad and my husband had chilli pasta which was also scrumptious! Only a little room left to share a pudding. We didn’t feel rushed at all which was nice . "Massive cry to Marie We went for a quick tea with our toddler and had the best eating experience since parents to be! Marie took care of us and paid special attention to our daughter to make sure she was entertaining and had the best food. Our daughter usually wants to walk around and is not often interested in her food, but Marie's top service and the delicious food for adults and children ensured that we all ate together and we all ate hot food at the same time. "I made a reservation for 7:15 PM on Saturday, but when we arrived, the staff, who were very courteous and apologetic, informed us that there was a party of 200 next door, and all of their kitchen staff were tied up with that event. They told us that it would take at least 40 minutes to get our food, regardless of what we ordered. When we inquired if it might take longer, she mentioned that the same situation occurred the night before, and she suspected it would take much longer this time as well. I can’t understand why they don’t have enough staff available to serve customers. This was a special occasion for us, as we had family visiting from High Wycombe. I had initially booked a table at the Peacock, but chose this place for what I thought would be a special experience. In the end, we returned to the Peacock Inn, which served us immediately and saved our evening. I felt really embarrassed by the whole situation."

"I was working in the Ghillie Dhu called in here to get a takeaway coffee. The place had a great atmosphere, the staff were very welcoming friendly. It was pouring outside I wish I could have stayed ate. The guy handed me my coffee and as I went to pay he told me it was on the house to enjoy it. I was taken aback at such a kind act. It actually made my night. Something so simple but yet heart warming at the same time. I’m never in this beautiful city much but I’ll tell you what, I love Edinburgh, the culture most importantly the people. "now, I have booked online with a notiz that says that my daughter's birthday. we have no table ready to wait for us, two tables were simply pushed near the door. ends up asking how it was too cold, with the...draft coming through. manager brought us to a beautiful stand and was beautiful. Drinking took a long time until they arrived, and when they did, it was wrong. three articles were out when we arrived, but after a very, very long wait for the order discovered the plate that my daughter wanted for starter, was also sold out now, starter came in two parts with quite a gap between. we ordered a few desserts that took a long, long time to turn (has just asked about a delay). the personal was beautiful, but the service was shocking. what was even worse, was one of the waitress masks wearing skills, her kinn was very protected and wore the mask well! a shame as a daughter loves here, but she ended up with a disappointing night"

"OK, it was a hot Friday afternoon. However, I expect service from the staff and decent food at any time during opening hours. Start with the staff; poorly motivated and badly trained is the only way I can describe them. One member tried to explain that it was the first day for one team member. In my view, that was a totally inappropriate remark to make to a client. If the team member wasn 't ready to be put on the restaurant floor, why embarrass him by putting him in situations he 's not equipped to deal? I doubt the kitchen staff were any better motivated. The food was lacking flavour and seemed to have been prepared by a trainee. My wife was served with the wrong main course which although rectified quickly, still had little on no flavour. It was 'purple pesto ' without the pesto! ASK, I have been a customer for so years now but I have never been this disappointed. We will not be returning."
