"Service was awful, keep asking are we ready to order every minute we didn’t have time to go through the menu. Was not helpful with questions, the waiter was not happy with answering question about the menu items, when we asked the waiter for recommendations and he said everything. The second time we told him we need some more time on the menu, he rolled his eyes and walked away. Finally when we are ready to order, he told us to our face “thanks God that took you two hours”. We arrived the restaurant at 6:35, waited a bit to be seated and we ordered at 6:50 we did not take a long time to order. Worst hospitality ever the aggression is unnecessary. Food was average could’ve used some recommendations if the waiter was professional and willing to explain the menu a bit more. Overall just avoid this place at all costs, you can find better seafood restaurant in Brighton."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Останах впечатлена. Страхотна българска традиционна кухня! Шопската салата беше върха с печена чушка! Предлаганите кюфтета са с магданоз, кебапчетата много добре овкусени.Пържените картофки не са бланширани. Използвали са пресни картофки. А шкембето с масло беше уникално вкусно. "The whitebait starter was slightly fishy and had far too much coating on them. The scallops were ok, but what little flavour they had was somewhat masked by the mashed potato. The Dover Sole was over-cooked, which is a crime for the most expendive fish on the menu. The lobster thermador was ok. We had to ask for cutlery. A big disappointment."

"We have eaten at A Torre half-a-dozen times in the last couple of months and, in fairness, we have had some really nice meals there. However, last night's will be the last time. My wife is medically allergic to coriander leaf. We have warned them on previous occasions and they have had to replace dishes in the past when served to her with it. Last night was the final straw. We warned them twice that evening. When my wife's linguine with sea food (on the specials menu) arrived, we queried the green herb on top and were told that it was parsley. 30 seconds later, they rushed out of the kitchen and snatched the plate away because it was coriander leaf. My daughter and I had finished our meal before my wife's replacement dish arrived. There is even an issue with the steaks. My daughter and I always order them medium-rare. Two visits ago, my steak was well done. The previous visit, it was between blue and rare. Last night, my daughter's was the same. I spoke to George, the owner, and sadly we won't be going back."

"a beautiful atmosphere and very clean. I recommend very space for a meal. the personal is welcoming and very friendly. eating is great and perfectly cooked as they want. I would recommend the chicken wings or calamari for starter and for the pornstar I would say try the fillet steak or pizza. the steak was perfectly cooked and the chips are good and go a tasty bite. the price is not bad either. they pay for what they get here and they will not be disappointed. do not miss this place. it is in a good opposite."

"Didn't know this place was even there. Very retro looking inside, like an Italian. Don't let that put you off though. Both the food and service were great. Our waitress was really nice and offered us the pre-theatre menu despite it being past time for it. Food arrived quickly and the portion sizes were really generous. After the good food and brilliant service we got another good surprise when the tiny bill arrived. We had three courses each and a bottle of wine for Such good value. We agreed we would definitely visit Azzurro again."

"Been going to The Moody Mare for many years now and last nights food was very disappointing. Garlic bread was soggy, not crisp as it should be. A weak Pimms arrived with no fruit except a lime. The scotch egg was inedible. The yolk was solid, white very firm and the meat part had a very strange taste. It didn't taste, feel or look fresh. I couldn't eat it! Even my rustic chips didn't taste nice. I normally don't leave food so for me to eat about 5% speaks volumes. Our server was very professional, attentive and friendly, as were the other staff. No complaints there. I've always recommended this place to friends and family but for now, I shall not be returning. I am hoping it's a one off!"

"in connection to a famous travel site to find the best fish and chips in the city, we found this restaurant with sea view and friendly staff. I can't say that this is the best fish and chips I've ever tried, nothing impressive except the seafood is really fresh! lobsters are totally amazing, large amount with fixed price, nicely cooked, absolutely satisfied. scallops with butter cooked are juicy and fresh. I was a little disappointed by prawn martini that they are not served in a martini glass that I expect from the name of the teller, but it will not affect the taste anyway. I recommend to anyone who wants to visit, avoid fish and chips and try their other seafood dishes."

"I came to old weavers on Christmas Day with my family, we had a table of 9. The staff and manager here made our experience so lovely and completely made our Christmas Day perfect! The service was fantastic, we wanted for nothing. The food with beautifully cooked and amazing value for money. We have decided to make it a Christmas tradition! "The fact we emailed ahead to say one of had a food allergy and the one line response... our waitress will help was not a good sign! When we asked about the menu the waitress did not go through it and just rattled off a few items that were Gluten Free Its a first that Hallumi has wheat in it. Maybe the pesto has it? But just change it to Hallumi and salad Then the chicken Shish which I ordered was not gluten Free... only because the chicken was on a small tortilla... Take it off the plate and you are left with chicken rice and salad... Gluten Free! They would open up more diners if their menu showed those options. Was felt a bit rushed and we have been to many Turkish style restaurants who all cater nicely."

"Disappointing visit. We have been a few times before and it was always good. They have revised the layout and it is much improved, but... the food and service was seriously lacking. We were presented with our bill before our food arrived and when the starters turned up we were asked who ordered the duck, there was no duck on the menu! Main course was a disaster. A fillet steak that had a blood pressure raising quantity of salt on it. It was inedible. To be fair I was offered a replacement but as ever in such a situation the dining partner is left to finish their meal while a replacement is prepared, at least 15 mins in this case. Thus the evening is compromised. The second attempt only had a marginal salt reduction and was borderline acceptable. The manager deducted the cost of my main but to be honest the evening was ruined by then. It was meant to be a special evening for us as it was a wedding anniversary. They knew that as they had asked and been told twice. Such a shame as it is/ was a really nice place. Not sure if we would return as previously it was so good."

"To be honest I cannot find anything negative in this place. The menu and the food are perfect, I mean, they make the best burgers and meat I have ever tried in a pub. The burgers are Michelin stars quality, the meat is superb, and those ribs are from another universe, people are super friendly and they always accomodate our needs. I have not tried their huge selection of whiskey and cigars yet but from what I heard they are great. Prices are on the high side, but hey, no regret given the great quality. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Beef Royale Burger, Smoked Beef Rib"
