"After hearing very good reviews for a long time, I was looking forward to a works meal which was organized with a small group of close colleagues and partners. The food was excellent. Unfortunately that 's where the good news ends. The service was terrible. On entering before getting to our table we were asked where 's the other two? , to which we replied we think they 're running a little late (we arrived five minutes before the sitting), the response was well I hope they hurry up as we have a lot of parties tonight . Drinks were dumped on the table, not once were we asked if we were ok for drinks etc. Our friends who were five minutes late hadn 't even got to the table before having to confirm their pre order. When finishing up, we asked have you got the last sitting now then, to which the response was oh God no, I 've been here all day, you 're the last sitting . So not only were we rushed for nothing, we were told they were rushing because of more parties, which were never coming. Unfortunately this definitively left all the positive reviews I 've heard about here, completely null and void. Thankfully the good company and the food at the time made the meal enjoyable and look forward to our next meal together, elsewhere."
