"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the manager who is very rude and lacks knowledge about customer service. When I complained about the burnt pizza, he became aggressive and started making excuses. How would I know the taste of the pizza if I didn't eat it? After returning the pizzas that were picked up by the driver, the manager refused to refund my money because we had eaten some slices. Despite ordering 2 large pizzas and a side for 4 people, we only ate a few slices as everyone agreed that the pizza tasted burnt. I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the pizza. I strongly advise against ordering from Islington Pizza Hut as they are rude and the taste of the pizza is awful. I lost £20 and I don't want others to lose their money too."

"I haven’t been to the Golden Hind for a couple of years. It’s still great fish and chips. The menu is much larger, so it’s not quite the local chippy anymore. However, my vegetarian friend loved the non-fish menu and had the deep fried mozzarella. The prices have increased a lot, but fish is more expensive everywhere. Service was friendly and helpful."

"We went to Estiatorio Milos for lunch to celebrate a birthday. The lunch menu was delicious, the service friendly professional. We managed to break a glass but this was handled smoothly efficiently we will be back to celebrate again!"

"Called in here the other night when passing by and hungry. Sat down at a very flimsy table. Ordered what was stated on the menu as 'Haddock in Batter '. I know my fish and it certainly was not haddock and neither was it cod, or even whiting for that matter, obviously the cheapest fish at the market that day. To add insult to injury, the batter was soggy and ghastly. Never again."

"Great quality Italian Meal with very friendly staff and great value for money. Complimentary doughballs and olives to start followed by plentiful Monkfish and a delicious tortellini, washed down with half a carafe of white wine. Just to cap it off, the cheeseboard was amazing for £5.80, with 4 cheeses plentiful for 3 people let alone one and came with a complimentary glass of port. We have never had a cheeseboard for such a great value anywhere else. We will definitely return."

"tapas were tasty and they were eating in such a relaxed, warm atmosphere, made our evening so special. large selection of wine on the menu. so friendly service. we booked a table at the end of our night to go back a month later, and I must say that it was just the second time round. that is an absolutely beautiful restaurant."

"Fantastic place beautifully decorated and a good size, with tables comfortably apart which I appreciate. The staff are polite, friendly and swift to act. The food came incredibly fast, was just the right temperature and was absolutely delicious! Just the right portion sizes, so please treat yourself to a starter and dessert as well. Their desserts were absolutely outstanding, the high point of a brilliant meal can't recommend them highly enough. Perfectly reasonably priced, a wonderful experience all round. About all I can suggest is please introduce even more options! Can't wait to see what else you can create!"

"From the offset trying to make the booking for 16 people online was a bit of a nightmare. Felt as though Luca was not listening to my request which was initially for 20 people and kept going on about deposits which I understand and the link for paying it which by the time it arrived I’d already booked online and paid the deposit as it was less stressful. My calzone was burnt on top which an attempt was made to conceal this by covering it in tomato sauce. We paid a whopping £43 service charge and to be honest the level of service we received did not reflect this. Then I was told we had the table until 8.30pm however just after 8pm we were told there is another booking after us so we were given the bill and practically thrown out onto the street via the fire exit at 8.15pm, one of my friends had literally just finished eating. It felt very rushed. Prior to this I enjoyed coming to this restaurant but I think I’ll be giving it a miss for a while."

"I ate dinner with a friend at Pappa Roma on a Saturday evening. We ordered a quattro stagioni pizza and a seafood pasta. Both were tasty, and the portions were generous. The prices were very affordable too. The staff member who seated us at first was somewhat detached, but during the meal the staff were helpful and responded to our requests quickly. However, we found the atmosphere very poor. We were seated in a downstairs area that had a huge screen showing a football match. It was noisy and distracting, although to their credit the staff turned the sound to a lower setting when I asked. Later on, the staff put on some radio music which was loud and offputting (especially during the commercials); again, they did turn it to a quieter setting when I asked, but it was still distracting."

"I'm a 59-year-old man waiting for hustle and knee work, so I'm in constant pain, I had booked a table for 2 to 5 a.m. yesterday at 12 noon. I arrived 3 minutes before this time and found her door locked. I knocked on the door and even if I could see that workers in the door no one came on my third attempt to knock a man came to the door. I explained that I had booked a table, but was said that the restaurant did not open until 12.00 clock. I have to say I was totally amazed and disgusted at this attitude so told the man that I would eat somewhere else."

"Very slow service on a Saturday night, we had to ask for menus, dessert order, for plates to be cleared. We had one round of drinks taken, but were never asked again, and we were there for 3 hours, their loss I suppose. We had 3 children and despite that they didn 't 'read the table ' given the slow service. The children 's plates sat empty in front of them for 90 minutes. Just generally felt ignored."

"real Italian coffee! we have come here for 2 years with children and have never been disappointed by eating, service and hospitality. events with live music and everything you can eat were our best experience ever. Now we come here to breakfast or lunch and eat is always fresh, tasty and serving are very generous. this is by far our favourite coffee shop!"

"The burgers were filling, though they could have added some salad on the plate. Fried calamari so very tasty and soft to chew, sadly rings of calamari on the plate do not justify their price. Garlic bread also very tasty and mouth-watering, but a few thin slices of a baguette isn't a good side dish. Desserts were very well made and presented. The staff were friendly but I didn't appreciate them coming to the table every (by the clock) to ask us if we are ready to order. Felt so pressured to order, I didn't like it at all and was uncomfortable. Please give your guests time to choose from your catalogue especially if they are not familiar with the cuisine and need some extra time to read the ingredients and the composition of the dishes you offer. We know where you are and we can call for you when we are ready, the place is not big and we literally see you across the room watching. We had a nice time though, nice atmosphere and music."

"This was our first visit to this wonderful restaurant, and it did not disappoint. We started our meal with two large glasses of wine, followed by a delicious Sunday roast with roast beef and a side of cauliflower. For dessert, we indulged in something sweet, and we finished our meal with two coffees. The staff was attentive and polite, and we never felt rushed during our dining experience. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant was also very impressive. We were fortunate enough to find parking right outside, even though it was a Sunday—on weekdays, parking is available in the Tesco lot. We were more than happy to pay £77 for two, considering the high quality of the food we enjoyed. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be returning!"

"My father and i Popped in for some lunch on Friday and could not fault the afternoon we had We arrived 20 min early this was not an issue for the staff seated us in the balcony area, staff attentive but not coming over all the time good balance. Food we had was cooked well and plenty flavours in all meals. Value was good and appreciated the server recommendation to use set menu 3 for £17 I think it was then picking another. Nice when get advice like that. Nice choice of lagers father was happy My only point would be the cider having had many Spanish ciders wouldn't say this one was my favourite was ok but many traditional ones out there shame that, but seen as this was only point i can fault place will be visited again in future and 5* on dood /service"

"I'm glad it's not only me! I visited the NEC and ate here back in Feb 2023 and had a really great meal. So when I returned on Tuesday I thought I should go back...I really wish I had gone somewhere else! The service was shoddy, we weren't checked on once we had received our meals. I paid extra to upgrade to fresh egg pasta, but what I received defo wasn't fresh pasta it tasted like it was out of a packet! I had the prawn chilli linguine. I received only 4 prawns on top of the pasta! When I mentioned it to the waitress she just dismissed it. We felt a bit neglected and rushed out of the restaurant, even though it wasn't busy. It was like a canteen experience, the food was served quickly and with no love and attention."

"called on the 08/02/2022 to reserve a table for valentines day by the window. I was told that 's no problem . I had called a few times including the same day of my reservation to make sure the booking was written down with the request of the window (not wanting to get there and there was no communication of my request). I was assured this would be fine and not to worry I 've been to this restaurant a few times and like the atmosphere so chose it for valentines day. So we turned up only to be seated no where near the window! What is the point of making a reservation and being told its fine for where I requested to sit if you can 't fulfil this? I won 't be returning again . A whole week in advance, plus calling 2 hours before the reservation time to make sure and you just seated us anywhere and no where near where we asked for!."
