"We had a wonderful dinner at Bricole. Six courses, some snacks to start with, and petits fours to top it off. They had an extensive and beautiful wine list, but we chose the pairing instead. We like to be taken on a journey, and they did just that. The cooking is very precise, with high-quality ingredients and a nice mix of bold and subtle flavors. The dishes had complexity without being too out there. Portions aren't big, but with six of them, they were well enough for us. If you are a big eater, you might want them a bit bigger. The wines were a perfect combination, and we appreciated that they were not the most obvious choices. Service was friendly and very competent, formal to the level that fits the guests. Prices are steep but not outrageous for the quality, especially when compared to other Michelin star restaurants. The only minor point of critique for us was the interior. It seems a bit outdated and could use a modern touch, but perhaps that's a matter of taste. All in all, one of the nicest meals we had in Berlin."

Such a lovely local joint. Staff are incredibly friendly, service is speedy and the pastas are delicious. Also warmly recommend their sandwiches at lunchtime. 5/5!

Fantastic service and such a cute little place that feels real and down to earth. The pasta was stunning, all of us loved it and I think my gnocchi was the best I've ever had. It was delicious food and we loved it very much. Thank you!

Choice of interesting rustic Italian food. But not a huge menu. Waitress managed to spill half a glass of juice over me, she was apologetic, but seemed more interested in wiping the floor than providing something to help me though (the manager did come to help afterwards).

This simple delicatessen and restaurant in Marylebone serves Italian food from Latium in central western Italy, a region that includes Rome. The wine list was almost entirely Italian, starting at £18 and with plenty of choice of £40. Labels included Torre di Giano Lungarotti at £29 for a wine that you can find in the high street for £14, Antinori Chianti 2007 at £78 compared to a shop price of £32, and Gaja Barbaresco at £247 for a wine that retails at £118. Arancini £3) were pleasant, with a good risotto centre and reasonably crisp outer coating 12/20). A starter salad £4) of beetroot, lettuce, walnut and goat cheese was fairly basic but had decent balance of the salad...read more

Is one visit to a restaurant ever enough to base a review on? Of course you expect a certain standard service but then again, dining can be such a variable experience. Hence, why I hesitate on providing a harsh critique if I’ve only visited once; though I’m always up for giving effusive compliment from time to time to a well deserving chef whose food rocks my socks. ; So for Briciole I can confidently state my opinion having been there at least half a dozen times since they opened. It's a great local Italian restaurant if you live in the area the type of place you go to with family or close friends. Casual yet cosy, the service is warm and friendly and the food has a sincere...read more

I went in July so I had the summer menu. This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere about it, and you completely forget where you are in london when entering. The menu is the most confusing I have ever seen, as it's all separate. So bear this in mind when ordering! I would suggest you actually ask for bread and oils, as you'll need it to soak up your dinner! Get a selection of Mozerella and meats for starter, and then surprise yourself and get a selection of anything that takes your fancy. Yes, this can be expensive, but this is an experience. I enjoyed my time at bricole, and I would definitely go back now knowing what I actually need to do. It is an extremely busy restaurant, which...read mor...
