"Generally I have never had an issue with Braw, however on this occasion they have ensured I will never be back. I ordered at 18:40 on a Saturday, which I appreciate is a busy time for any takeaway in Edinburgh. I received a text saying...my food would arrive by 8:20, not ideal, but at least I had an ETA. No show by 8:30, at 8:40 I tried to call the shop, the line rang out, so I gave it a few minutes and tried again, and again, and again. Eventually I messaged them on their website, and also on facebook, asking to cancel the order and process a refund....where I also got no reply. I ended up ordering from elsewhere and the food arrived within 20minutes. At 9:30 my order from Braw finally arrived, I asked the delivery driver to take it away and make sure the shop processed the refund. I got a message back on facebook the next day from the manager, very apologetic and offering me a 25% discount. However, they have refused to give me a refund, and are now just ignoring my messages, Until they have the respect to look after loyal customers, I will not be returning. As a more general review, the burgers are OK, can be soggy sometimes, and as another review mentioned, they are very stingy with the paid for added extras. I go for the chips as they decent, but not good enough to get me back."
