Braw Burgers And Pizzas

an hour late, disgusting food and soggy chips. The burger was hard and had bits we needed to spit out, we received the wrong order made us feel ill

the pizza here is brilliant. they are very generous with the cheese on the cheese pizza, and the crust has a beautiful hauch garlauch. the chips are also good, huge portions.

First order and rather pleased. Went for the braw pizza and black pudding bonbons. Quick delivery, nice and hot, really tasty. Pizza base was slightly doughy, but looking forward to trying more View menu

great experience even after reading some reviews. then the things have improved. as today was my first order and the burger is delicious from this world. the chips and cheese plus crimped were still crispy after delivery even with cheese. very happy with...order and will recommend to anyone who loves whole burger and my friend. braw it what!

Ordered twice from Braw now, once over lockdown, and the other this weekend. Both time the burgers were pretty damn good (New Yorker both times). Good burger for me is one that doesn't fall apart, or send a squirt of liquid across the room when...you bite into it. Neither of my orders did that, and the Rosemary chips were pretty damn good as well. Will be ordering again.

I ordered a Blue Aye burger(blue cheese is the main ingredient). I received the burger at home without blue cheese at all. I phoned the restaurant to let them know and they first asked me for pictures of the burger. They refused to give me...a refund and told me that they don’t think they missed the blue cheese. After 5 minutes phone call I decided to give up and contact deliveroo directly. I also have to say that they never apologised in 5 minutes phone call. Would not recommend this place. Our delivery order was accepted through the uber eats app but it didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. I called them to ask about it and they said it would arrive in 15 mins. After another 30 mins, I called again...and they said actually their order machine's printer was broken so our order was never printed, even though it was accepted and they were too busy and didn't notice it. They said they could start preparing the order now. I then asked if i could get a refund for the order since it's been over 2 hours already, and their resposnse was if you're talking about a refund, you can cancel the order and we just won't make it. we ordered from here tonight. eating came in a decent time. we ordered a gluten-free bbq chicken pizza, which arrived in sweet mais. this was not listed in their menu. when we arrange them, the man was extremely rude that all bbq...pizzas have sweet mais on. Generally I have never had an issue with Braw, however on this occasion they have ensured I will never be back. I ordered at 18:40 on a Saturday, which I appreciate is a busy time for any takeaway in Edinburgh. I received a text saying...my food would arrive by 8:20, not ideal, but at least I had an ETA. No show by 8:30, at 8:40 I tried to call the shop, the line rang out, so I gave it a few minutes and tried again, and again, and again. Eventually I messaged them on their website, and also on facebook, asking to cancel the order and process a refund....where I also got no reply.
