"In my visits to Drumchapel I've always enjoyed the fare on offer at Pauls. When calling for collection I've always been struck by the spotless shop and serving areas. Deliveries are always prompt, service is always cheery and friendly. No stranger to a chippy supper over the years, Pauls is right up there with the best I've had. Portions are hearty and the batter is a delightful crispy experience, especially on the fish. Great variety, always tasty and the sausage supper would fill you for a fortnight. Great for a wee home delivery treat."

"Avoid this takeout as they are extremely unprofessional and blatant liars. This has happened twice to us and we have been left extremely disappointed with their service. Our pizza was not delivered even after hours and while we phoned the takeout to inquire about the status they confirmed the delivery was on the way. They lied to us about the delivery on separate phone calls we made to them and their lies were only caught when I insisted to speak to their manager about my refund. The store manager then confirmed that due to some technical issue our order was never placed on their system. When I asked about the their lies, the manager was only able to offer apology for they were extremely busy on the evening. This is not acceptable. If a store is busy they should advise the customers of the wait times, at least the customer can choose to go ahead with the order or not. Also being lied to feels like being cheated. I have requested my refund and manager confirmed it was processed but I still haven't received any money in my account. Papa Johns should really choose better franchise owners."

"Honestly in love with this place. After my wife went to Vegan, there are very few places in Belfast that would suit our palate. You have an extensive vegan friendly menu. My wife would recommend the Chicken Style Burger. I would recommend downloading the app and ordering for the collection"

"I live two blocks on the road so that this place is convenient for me. Usually they take about twenty minutes, but sometimes more, depending on the time. lately the chips were in the last two weeks on the standard of burger king. but before that the chips were very bad; for example very soggy. I hope they keep the standard of their chips they have now. my usual commands were variations of kebab (never thunder in pitta brot) because they tend to taste the best and they are healthy. I am a chess player and go for a national master title (i.e. semi-pro), so I decide for a healthier option. I hope the shop keeps a high standard!"

"After leaving Redmond's Bar in Duke St Glasgow, i intended to go for a Pizza, i had my young Puppy with me of 5 months' whom was outside. My Boyfriend then proceeded to bring my Pup in to ask me something due to the length...of wait. I was met with a very Rude and angry server, who immediately advised me dogs were not allowed even though she was lifted, this did not aggravate me although the attitude of the person Serving me. Her attitude stank and she wasnt slow to let me know. So from here i went on to wait 25 mins at least to await my Pizza, the order i made was The Greek', i got home to find out that it was a Pizza i can only describe as a Inferno Hot, i have never seen so many Chilli Peppers on a Pizza, after getting home i could have cried especially as i have a intolerance to Jalapeno Peppers. Management has now been notified."

"The staff at this restaurant are extremely unfriendly. My order was late due to the driver being arrested for fighting his cousin. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold and the chicken was tough. They only offered a £5 discount for the lateness and shrugged off the poor quality of the food with remarks like, "cold food happens." This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I was the third customer to experience cold food that night. When I tried to address the issue, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. I have reported this to Doncaster council and the FSA, as the restaurant already has a low hygiene rating of 2. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment."

"Really poor quality of customer service as ordered food which too over the estimated time, I had to.call back to see what was going on with the food order as it was reaching closing time...the delivery driver made a huge mistake by trying to serve me a milkshake which was knocked over and then asked do we still want the drink when it was HALF empty! Then the delivery driver had issues counting as he couldn't count the money that was given and he wasn't friendly either which lead to bad attitude!! After 15mins of sorting the money out and my food being cold he went and to receive a call from the shop giving a whole load of verbal and threatening behaviour saying we gave the driver hassle and was rude when the driver doesn't know how to hold a reasonable conversation without being so rude! Who ever was on the phone then went on to be abusive and then racist saying the N word more than once! The tone and the excitement that came out from the caller who called up given abuse is shocking and calling people mother's as well. This will be taken further!!"

"Placed an order for the money to be taken, when I phoned the store they had no order, offered no support said it wasn’t their problem and put the phone down on me three times! "Unfortunately the experience at gourmet 4 wasn’t the best it could be. We walked in and we’re greeted by a female member of staff who was pleasant enough and asked if we wanted to use the app or a menu. From that point onwards a male member of staff waited on us and seemed to be rather distant and lacking in attention. When delivering food the member of staff would walk up to our circular booth then just place any item on the table. it’s rather strange to me that a waiter wouldn’t state the item, in order to enquire who had ordered that particular item. Then place the item near them. The same member of staff also would lean over the booth and members of our group rather than walking to where the person who’d ordered the food was seated (after he’d been told rather than asking who the item was for). We then ordered a desert and some drinks which took 20 minutes to arrive for some inexplicable reason (there was only our group of 4 and a table to 2 in the restaurant at the time). When the desert arrived it wasn’t even the correct desert which when questioned was greeted with a rather annoyed look by our less than helpful waiter. The food was decent size, tasted pretty good and good value. It would perhaps be an idea however to get some staff training, or at the least managerial oversight as I doubt the service would be up to standard."

"I used to love this restaurant! The food was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. However, my last few experiences have been disappointing. Last week, I ordered a combo pizza deal with sides and a supper through Just Eat. The food arrived 75 minutes late and was cold. I called to complain and the manager agreed to remake the order. The second time it arrived, the supper was missing. They blamed the drivers for the mistakes. I spoke to a lady who promised to send the supper ASAP. However, we had already been waiting for over 3 hours. When we opened the pizza box, it was all bashed up as if it had been dropped. I spoke to the same lady again and she said the manager would call me back to discuss, but I never received a call. I'm not writing this review to get something for free, but to let you know that when you don't deliver on a paid meal, you lose customers. I paid for a meal and had to send it back twice due to your errors, but you didn't make things right. I've given you a week to respond, but it seems you're more focused on sarcastic remarks towards negative reviews. Please focus on fixing the problems in your restaurant and respect customers' hard-earned money."

"Simply do not bother ordering from this PH branch. First incident: delivery was delayed by 30+ minutes. Rude staff on the phone when enquiring. 3 hours after our order arrived, a second copy of the exact same order was delivered to our house, which we rejected. Clearly nobody is running that branch with any common sense or management skill. We received a £10 gift voucher for our complaint which we used today. This brings us to incident 2: food was collected in good time but all dough on the pizzas and the sides was hardly cooked at all. Inedible. Absolute shambles of a food restaurant . Save yourselves the time, money and disappointment order from literally anywhere else. F joke."

"I am a Staff Nurse and I work with Farnham Road Mental Health Hospital, Guildford. I ordered pizza worth £43.22 that was not delivered but I received a text message that it had been when it was not. I consider this to be fraudulent and unacceptable. I work hard for my money; I was hungry and patronized your services but got disappointed. I had been warned by my colleagues not to patronise your company going by their experiences with your company. It was alleged that you take advantage of the mental health status of some of our patients, and you get them to part with their money without servicing them. This is uncalled for. "Ordered a pizza here, price was very good at £10.50 but the middle of the pizza was very thin and then the crust and other portion of the pizza was very thick. The dough was raw. Once we realised a few slices in , we called up the shop and explained. We were told that because we had some of the pizza we could not be helped. How can you know the food is no good until to start eating? Anyway no effort made to make amends and told over the phone that they don’t normally have this problem. Wouldn’t recommend!"
