"The food at this place was really nice and presented in a wonderful way. I recommend The Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and smoked salmon. The garlic bread with cheese was also lovely. The menu is extremely diverse with plenty of excellent choices. We were greeted warmly and the members of staff were extremely kind. The place was clean. We attended this place again, namely in March 2022. The place was extremely clean. They were not doing food. Thus, if you want to attend this place, please note that they only do food at certain times. As usual, the members of staff were attentive, friendly and extremely welcoming."

"The food was beyond our expectations, our waitress (do not remember the name just that she mentioned she speaks Polish) was lovely and gave us excellent recommendations, the pasta specifically was amazing. The watermelon dish was not as good and the chicken was spicier than expected but everything else was great. The atmosphere is lively and nice, just the waiters seemed overwhelmed at times and while our waitress was super nice at times we struggled to find someone to order extra drinks. We would back for sure. Nice watching the chefs cooking too"

"I have been here once for their afternoon tea as recommended by friends. The environment was great the food however was not on par. Since it was not too busy we were led outside into the garden and seated in a private glass room shaped like a bird-cage. The surroundings was absolutely beautiful and serene, a great setting for a meal anytime of the day. When the afternoon tea set arrived through it was not the standard I was expecting, the sandwiches were dry and the desserts like their chocolate cakes were sickly sweet. "What an absolutely incredible experience, wonderfully warm staff, delicious food and the best Manhattan in Dublin! The guys here went out of their way to make sure I had a brilliant birthday dinner, the staff are also very knowledgeable about their cocktails and you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. 10/10 will be back for future special occasions, the background live music added to the 5 star experience and we really felt like we were in a 1920's prohibition bar. "What a delight! First time to this branch. I travel a lot and often have to dine solo which I don't mind. Some restaurants single you out but Côte Brasserie are very welcoming to all guests. Despite how busy they were on a Saturday evening, I was warmly greeted upon arriving, seated at a nice table and had excellent service throughout. Staff were attentive, yet left guests to dine in peace and enjoy their meal. I am a big fan of customer service. I have just come back from Japan where service is outstanding. I always find in the UK, we are one of the worse for service. However, Côte Brasserie is starting to make me have faith again. Well done! Great menu of French classics but there are other options too including steaks and salads. Hearty but good food. Calories and nutritional information are displayed on the menu which is helpful. I had the vegan Côte burger which came with frites. Freshly made, well presented and delicious. Messy to eat but so good. My Saturday treat! I actually felt shy when I fully cleaned up my plate but I was hungry and was looking forward to a burger. It delivered. I had a still water to drink so I was a bit healthy! Lovely branch with mainly indoor seating, plus a few tables outside. Lovely ambience and nice views too. They are busy given location so book a table. A lot of people were turned away or had to come back. Clean. Dessert looked good but I was stuffed. What Côte have also done well is not put up prices too much, especially in comparison to competitors. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend."

"after months of work from home, I returned this week to the office and went for a quick lunch I missed. it was such a nice surprise when the kalamari arrived: the best I ever had. they were plentiful, fresh, very crispy, delicious and a great garlic sauce. it was a beautiful sunny and warm day and I could sit outside. the waiter took my name and my number on the track and track. it felt very well organized and safe."

"We love PingPong; however this location disappointed us greatly. Starting from, we booked table for business meeting, hence, expected vibrant but not village market noice. Moving onto, very small restaurant space making it feel like bistro in suburb alley rather than London. In addition, I do understand we are in redundancy period, economically unpleasant times, however, this Saturday Brunch eat and drink all you can for 90min. gives impression,of yet again, low rationale place and invites very loud, dissorganised crowd rushing to fill their tummies asap. Again, very dissapointed of this particular branch, because any other PingPong is great, high standard and 5* quality restaurant. Also, we had to leave, and choose other door, more quiet place to eat and have a conversation. I wish you to step up. Thanks."

"By far the worst pad Thai I have ever had. It was wet, sloppy and sweet with a bitter after taste. There was no smokiness from the wok, no savoury notes or pungency from the standard paid Thai flavourings (shrimp paste, tamarind etc). Was also mixed with Chinese cabbage and non traditional ingredients and they couldn’t even be bothered to put in the basic ingredients such as egg, bean sprouts and garlic chives."

"Took my mum to this restaurant in Richmond and we had a really nice evening. When we first arrived our outdoor table booking was not available but Mike very kindly sorted us out and we got the table we booked. Throughout the evening we got really great attention from the very friendly staff and they made our evening. We had the steak and fries and the ice cream from the 2 course menu. The steak is very thin and nothing special but the fries and ice cream were excellent and overall we felt it was good value for money."

"Went for express lunch menu. 2 ordered the Mediterranean salad topped with choice of grilled chicken breast or halloumi. There was no mention anywhere that both items were an extra cost. £3.50 and £2.50 respectively. Waiter wasn’t much help when we queried it and sadly we refused to pay the service charge, which he also queried despite it being “optional”. First time we’ve had an issue."

"Absolutely fantastic experience tonight with one after work dinner and getting in with a friend after years not seen each other. From the minute I went to the door, the staff were so friendly and were determined to give the best experience. The team surprised me completely with a birthday pudding and song when I was in the middle of conversation and it was so funny when I was so caught in the beautiful shock that it went quiet when it came to say my name! Haha. Mike the manager was brilliant and Alexandra did everything she could to ensure that my friend was supplied with her allergies. Top experience! Thank you to the RFH team!"

"It's a while since we have visited Cote in Bath; our attendance is determined by Bath Rugby's home schedule. There has been concern that this favourite of ours was compromising on the quality of the dishes served. Our fears were raised when we were presented really sub-standard calamari dishes (normally delicious). The calamari was overcooked and dry. However, the situation was recovered by a really delicious pork belly with perfect crackling, a decent enough fish stew and rock solid steak frites. Otherwise, the service was good and friendly as alway."

"My wife and I took my wife’s 95-year-old Mum out to lunch. As always at Cote the staff were attentive and kind and the food was delicious. We’ve noticed recently that the superb value of the past at Cote has started to come under a bit of pressure and that’s a shame, but that seems to be the way of the world! We paid just over £30 a head for two courses, with soft drinks and coffee all round. Not bad, but we may forget the coffees next time! Thank you Cote…another lovely meal."

"Early supper in the week. Friendly, professional welcome by ? the manager. Shared a starter of crab but it was rather watery and obviously just out of the fridge so not not a great beginning. My main of steak frites was good although the pile of parsley accompanying the main was definitely not the usual rocket and not really that nice. My partner had the chicken and really enjoyed it. The shared tarte tatin was amazing. An enjoyable evening with a complimentary cocktail to make it complete. Eat here often so not put off by the niggles. However, I should have chatted less and asked for the issues to be addressed at the time."

"Before anything the tables are greedily close together so it’s like you’re sat next to the table next to you. They’re also tiny. We couldn’t have a starter and a drink. Even the person who hosted us commented that the tables are small (we hadn’t said a thing) and they worked there. The food: my mum had a chicken dish and I had a vegan burger. The food came up and my burger and chips were cold. So I asked them to please be reheated. They returned cold. Before I’d stated it wasn’t the most appealing looking dish but by now plenty of time had passed and I’d lost my appetite so I sent it back. We realised that the kitchen is a weather spoons style submarine ride down a narrow flight of stairs and the people bringing the food have to wait for the people using the bathrooms to pass. Which was why my food likely got cold (my mum’s didn’t). Now the staff did waive my meal (rightly so) and our drinks (2 teas) and did offer to make something else, but I was so put off. That was decent. However they kept saying “we have a large party in tonight” and blaming it on that. If a large party books a private room in a restaurant, the restaurant know plenty of time in advance. This isn’t an acceptable reason for cold and unappealing food. Poor, wouldn’t recommend nor will I use a Cote again."

"The restaurant offered a very limited selection of food, as most of the items we wanted to order were out of stock. We were disappointed to find no scallops, mussels, crab, or Côte de boeuf available. The dishes we did receive were mediocre, particularly the overcooked spinach that seemed to have been microwaved, and the undercooked, tough green beans. The service was lackluster and verging on rude. The staff seemed annoyed when we requested mayonnaise for our fries, responding with tired sighs and eye rolls. This is not how customers should be treated."

"We went to Cote on New Years Eve and loved it. They had a set menu with a glass of bubbly included. The food was really good quality. Little nibbles and starters were very nice. We struggled to find a bottle of wine and the waitress was lovely with us letting us taste several wines before we settled on a bottle. Very patient. We paid a bit extra for fillet steak and so glad we did as it was superb. Delicious. Dessert was also included and I had a very generous cheese board for 1. Really good quality cheeses. My partner had the crème caramel which was very nice. We will be back again !"
