"Last night my man visited, sat down and the beautiful young lady who sat, gave us the menu and said someone will be with them and will explain how it works. we waited about before someone came by, the...young girl didn't know how the menu worked because she had only been there (I felt sorry for her because she was obviously not properly trained). the sides were wrong, they had to send back. the drinks came after we had eaten. we then sat and waited for the bill that led to us just getting up and going forward. the young girl who sat down, saw that she worked so hard during the time when we were sitting, that she had never stopped (she is a credit for the team). I managed to catch them and ask for the bill that they could not excuse that nobody was on the table. Obviously, because she led all who went through the restaurant, she politely asked another working mate to sort the bill for us, but then unfortunately he did not hesitate to abuse them for them orally. if this is the way the personal speaks to each other, then it does not surprise me that the service is bad. I felt so sorry for the young lady, she had only one million and one thing to do, and the young lady who asked her to see the bill for us was only at the bar and did not see very busy. while we sit during sitting and eating wrong sides, where you were put on the wrong table, people who complained did not receive their drinks. it is sad to say that we will never visit them again."

"One of the worst service I have ever received.Friday night, a big group of colleagues and I, decided to come to this place and enjoy the night having drinks and dancing. When we arrived we took one of the free table and sat down while enjoining our drinks. However, when the good music started to play we all stood up and hit the dance floor, leaving behind on the table our coats, bags etc. Then ,suddenly we noticed that our table was given to a group that just arrived and without asking, the waiter removed all our stuff and placed them somewhere else. When we noticed, we immediately questioned the waiter who didn’t know how to handle the situation, making silly excuses. We personally, felt that this was so unfair but not only, we also felt DISCRIMINATED, and so we requested to speak to the manager who arrived, after chatting to the waiter, with a very bad and aggressive attitude, and instead of apologiese she just demanded to show to her our drinks, to see if it was true that we were consuming. After showing it, she still made non-sense excuses to justify the waiter action. When I said to her that we were not happy with her outcome ,and requested to speak to someone higher, she dismissed me, called security and escorted me out. Bear it in mind that I was very calm, sober, but disappointed , therefore I was just on my right to get a plausible reason for their action, but it was denied and the easy escape for the manager was to call security. Then, all my friends came outside to support me. Apparently the owner was outside, laughing about the all situation and smoking without even acknowledging the fact that we were being mistreated. At the end, it was clear that the waiter was very unprofessional, the “manager” not only unprofessional, but also zero manners, zero people skills, zero empathy, but most importantly, zero customer service and more… (All quality that are expected from someone with the MANAGER title). A piece of advise: Don’t waste your time and money in this place because is not worthy. All they want is to sell drinks and make money without valuing customers. Once you spent a good amount of money, if necessary to make space for new customers, they just simply get rid of you unfairly."

"Booked a table on Saturday for a simple dinner for 2 before a birthday party. On arrival to the almost empty restaurant, I was promptly given a table by a fire exit, (which I asked to change to a table away from the door and in a more pleasant part of the restaurant). The chair at the first table had also seen better days and sank down as soon as I tried to sit in it, which was another reason I asked to move. On being seated at my new table I was given 1 menu, even though I had booked a table for two. The waiter seemed disinterested frankly. When my partner arrived she was left to sit at the table for quite a while without a menu until we requested one. We ordered our meals and drinks, then had to ask again for bread, instead of it being brought to us. The first course of fried calamari was tasteless and bland, with more breading than squid and at £15 a portion it was not good value at all. When asked if I enjoyed my starter, I told the waiter that I didn’t like it as it was very dry. My £16 spaghetti crab was smothered in tomato sauce and it could have been any kind of protein in there, tuna, sardine, it’s impossible to tell. My partners seafood orecchiette was adequate, but was still £18 Desert was a dark pannocotta which was ok. £8, we asked to share one and two were brought to us, so 1 was sent back. The bill came to £115 (including an obligatory 12.5% service charge), and with a top table discount on the starters and mains knocking £30 off that total to make it £85, I really don’t feel this place is either good value for money or worth visiting again. The food was bland and indifferent, much like the waiting staff and the decor. I feel this is a tired West End restaurant, knocking out overpriced and sub standard food to people on business or shopping. If you are going to spend £100 you should expect a great meal and considerate service. This was very far from that."
