"We had a pre Promenade concert dinner, arriving at 5.55 for 6.15 booking. We ordered a drink, and were shown to our table, where we sat, and sat, and sat. At 6.35 I found the staff and and told them we needed to be out by 7.00. It may seem strange, but the staff, personally, were very good but inexperienced. Certainly willing and very polite. In the alcove of three tables, no one had any food though! However, in the end we were out by 7.00, but it was a bit hairy. The food? It was very good. This could be a good spot with some training and a more confident and proactive staff."
