"This as far from a five star hotel as you can get in this area. And they don 't care. While not staying there, after a day walking around central London, I was tempted by their street signage advertising drinks and shisha on their rooftop Soho Sky Terrace, on the 6th floor. There was only 1 other table of 4 people when I walked in. Two staff seated behind bar. No welcome from them, both on their phones. They were casually dressed in jeans and hoodies. I walked up and ordered a glass of wine (they only had a selection of 2) and a shisha. Pleasant setting with rooftops view but old and run down seating. Dirty table.. I asked them to clean it. Wine was served in a plastic glass and was definitely off. I requested a fresh one which took 10 minutes as he had to go away to get a new bottle. There were 3 outdoor heaters and it was a cold evening, so I asked if they could switch one on. He replied no..we 're out of gas . I said what, on all 3? He shrugged and said yeah..that 's why the other table left . My work colleagues were going to join me..I said don 't bother, we 'll go elsewhere . The bill was £66.50. £16.50 for a glass of very average wine and £50.00 for poor shisha. My mistake for not checking prices before I ordered but totally overpriced for the area (which I am very familiar with). No wonder they had no one one there at 7pm on a Thursday evening."

We didn't eat here but we went up at about 9.30pm and had a few drinks! Really nice atmosphere especially in summer when the weather is nice! They provide blankets which I thought was a nice idea!

We were here last week of June and absolutely enjoyed the great atmosphere at the Sky Terrace. This place was always buzzing with young corporate crowd hoping over for drinks through the evening. Alcohol is also reasonably priced.

You must go here it's amazing. Wonderful views all round. Very busy and a wee bit pricey but a good way to spend a couple of hours. Relax and enjoy sitting on the terrace. There were a couple of wedding parties when we were there and also some commando's training for absailing off the side 37 floors high, wow Great if you like to people watch. This restaurant is absolutely awful. I would prefer to risk getting coronavirus than to spend another moment in the company of the individuals who operate this establishment. If you make a reservation, they will cancel it and give your table to someone they believe will spend more money. It is completely disgraceful. Stay away from this place. Additionally, there is no social distancing being enforced. Just a heads up.

Dropped in spur-of-the-moment for a pre-dinner a drink on a sunny Thursday night. It wasn’t too busy which was great, got a seat and the views over Liberty and Carnaby Street are amazing. However, the place isn’t very well run and the trainee waiter needed more training – ordering for a G&T had never been such an ordeal. When the simple request eventually arrived the drinks were what I’d describe as a ‘bad pub gin’ and not what I’d expect at this place, and at this price. Would certainly go back for the views in the hope for a better drinking experience.

Avoid to save yourself disappointment. We walked in at 3pm as advertised as open. Staff were sitting together on their phones and seemed annoyed customers walked in. The female worker said they weren’t open for another 30min so we said we would have a drink in the bar on the ground floor until they opened. We returned at 3.40pm to be told by her it wasn’t open as they were waiting for a “social host” it think she was trying to now say it was a private hire. Staff presented as rude and unhelpful. Worrying for whoever is managing this venue as they don’t seem like they want business. Quite a terrible experience indeed! We went to Aqua instead great experience and amazing attentive staff. I must start by saying that I had read negative reviews on Tripadvisor before visiting, but I didn't take them seriously. I should have. My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went there for drinks in the evening and it was a terrible experience. The staff were indifferent and rude towards customers. The view was obstructed by plastic covers and the outdoor seating area was cold due to inadequate heating. The service was subpar considering the high price of the wine, as we were served in plastic glasses that still had water in them. I cannot recommend this place. Hopefully, the owners and staff will make changes soon because the potential of this place is wasted.

I went to this restaurant for a drink and ended up leaving only 10 minutes after finishing my £14 cocktail. I don't mind spending money on a night out, but the prices here were high considering the place looked like it was decorated by a drunk student. When you hear "rooftop," you expect a view, but all I saw was scaffolding and walls covered in plastic wrap. Despite the rule of 6, there were more than 8 people there when I visited. The £50 shisha price is unreasonable when you can find cheaper options elsewhere. If you're looking for a more upscale experience, I suggest checking out places like Edward Road or Queensway instead. However, if you're into a more gritty lifestyle, you might enjo...

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
