"Service was absolutely appalling, Manager (Asian man) has no customer service skills and doesn’t know what customer satisfaction is. made me pay for butter chicken. The curry was changed 3 times but was still extremely salty. When we told him this he denied it was salty, and he told us that he can’t take it off the bill even though the curry was not touched all three times. He was very rude in his approach, I was embarrassed by the experience and the service I received. As a manager he could have suggested another alternative to make the situation better and make his customer happy but he did not. My daughter broke out in a rash immediately after the butter chicken I mentioned this to the staff however they didn’t seem to care. It was raining and the staff seemed like they did not want to come out to the dome, kept taking our order in a hurry. Lamb biryani was little salty but edible. Extremely dissatisfied by the service and the attitude from the manager."

Food prices dont reflect the quality.. when you pay £8 for a portion of rice you shouldnt get the same size and quality as any other indian restaurant.. needs to be something special or your just charging extra for the pods Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

If you can remember that it is a hotel above restaurant, then service is pretty ok. The domes were not as bad as I had read about. The food comes spicy but you can ask for mild instead. Service can be slow but it’s is a big establishment. Beautiful place and nice food

The food was good and service too just the flowers were old had to bring our own decor for inside to spruce things up. Requested some champagne glasses to add to the decor which we were denied which was such a shame as this os basic and should be part of the decor. Otherwise we had fun and lots of pictures. I was really pleased with the service we received at the ponsbourne domes. Such lovely food and nice staff. We went for Valentine’s Day and had bought the 3 course meal with Prosecco in advanced. Food was tasty and I loved dessert! The cocktails were very nice but quite expensive for what you got. Overall I enjoyed myself and would come back again for another special occasion, but would try the pods next time.

where do I start? the lighting was heated in the dome, so sat in the dark for a majority of the night. They also told us that one of the meals was the vegan soy dish, but when she went to eat it, it was really huh! so that this member of our party never had anything to eat, since the kitchen was too busy to cook something else. we paid £200 for 4 of us for a 3 course meal each ended with 2 meal times. I would never recommend this place to anyone I would not recommend paying the pre-booking above! if I think I owe at least half of my debt back because we have never received a majority of what we have paid.
