"Went as a group of 4 for an evening meal which ended up being 3 courses each. Wasn't too busy inside and we had reserved a table anyway although despite saying our name and that we were a 4 (2 yet to arrive), staff repeatedly mentioned someone else's name and that they were a 2??? Got it sorted eventually. Prezzo accepts the Taste card, if you have one, and there were no issues caused by us using this. No outside seating available which was appropriate as it was freezing cold. Looks like they do have this option when the weather is better. Place looked quite clean and well maintained. Service was pretty good most of the time. We had a lot of attention at the beginning and then towards the end but it was in the middle when our food had arrived that glasses went empty and unnoticed. Prices are perfectly reasonable and the portion sizes were as expected. Food was tasty and hot. The vegetarian in our group was initially brought a meat pizza because of staff error and so had to wait for a fresh one to be cooked while everyone else ate. I ordered a Pepsi at one point and instead of getting that, another one of the group was brought a Pepsi Max which she didn't order. Not the end of the world as I just drank that instead, but could be a bigger issue for some. Also they had run out of some desserts that we wanted. So that was a shame. No parking available to due to location on the high street but plenty of paid and sometimes free parking around. Would go again without too much hesitation."

"Firstly I will say I have eaten here several times and always been impressed with the food and the service. Decided to take them family down for a breakfast on a rare Sunday when everybody was not busy. Started queuing , there was a couple in front of us that were waiting to be seated that gave up despite half the main restaurant being empty. There only appeared to be two people serving and they were rushed off their feet. Eventually seated outside as no tables big enough inside for our party size but the table were filthy so ended up cleaning ourselves. Eventually ordered, half the drinks came after 10 minutes, the food took nearly 40 minutes to arrive and no hot drinks served. Hot drinks turned up as we were finishing food. The sausage on the lounge breakfasts are normally nice tasty big pork sausages, today was 1 tiny thin sausage with no taste, the bacon was burnt to a crisp, cold beans just not good. Staff seemed harassed as they were over run. For the money charged today was certainly a let down, every other time I have been has been weekdays and the food is usually great and service good so maybe an off day today."

"We had to walk through the lovely old pub full of atmosphere to the beautifully decorated dining room which could have been any stylish restaurant in the country apart from the terrible 1980s art on the walls and zero atmosphere. We were then given the bar menus to choose from which had no starters, so it was fish and chips or pies all round, good traditional pub food without feeling we were in an historic pub. Yet the branded pots on our plates containing small quantities of mushy peas and condiments made it very hard to add them to the meal. By contrast the dessert menu was extensive and the portions generous. The service was polite and efficient. Several of us felt we would rather have ordered what we saw at home on the restuarant menu that was explained away as a problem with not being able to take it down off the website."

"Location was amazing with the most beautiful views. The food was fine, hit and miss for our large table and the kids food wasn't great. The service was a bit challenging as well, they seemed a bit annoyed with our large table and honestly we seemed like a it of an inconvenience. "Shocking Behaviour We went down for breakfast on Sunday 29th September, as we are regular customers and go down few times a month. Food always good and service is a hit and miss depending on when you go in but i never complain. We went as a group of 10 and to be honest i can understand it was a big order and they where understaffed which was fine , we set our own table waited over hour and a half for our breakfast.they didn’t have any beef steak gave us chips without letting us know. After we where all done my brothers food finally turned up.All in all food came we had it and left. This morning Wednesday 2nd October i went back to pick up an order And i have never felt this insulted in my life. The guy started swearing at me saying ‘Ba rd don’t come back you gave a bad review‘. If i was going to review why would i go back ? All i did was tell him that i was in on Sunday and that i had to wait ages. He didn’t give me the food or a chance to explain told me to leave, so i came back with no food and had to listen to him swear at me repeatedly. Never again I’m i or any of my family members going back . Dinos cafe"

"what a sound! To see in this place chopped to see whether it is necessary to book a meal in the evening. we were greeted by a charming young woman who was polite, friendly and helpful. we were informed that a booking was advisable, although she didn't think it was busy. the place was spotlessly clean with a casual but intelligent atmosphere.Having exhausted our own arrival we arrived 4 hours early. again another pleasant greeting, this time from an equally charming man, who could not have been more helpful. I am pretty wary of amide afternoon places for a meal, because it is more quiet often the chef on a divided layer and someone else is "fills-in". not so here. the two menus “tasty-choice” and blackboard specialties were well explained and the order was taken over. the starter of fried brie, served with summer boobs was nicely cooked, not greasy and tasty. As demanded our sampi and a medium/brown filet steak came delicious in its taste simpleness. my man, well traveled and fed thought that steak was one of the most unforgettable he had ever eaten. both dishes were accompanied by particularly beautiful riders handmade on the grounds.Throughout, we were checked for without bing pestered to ensure that we were happy. boil and service were the “climbing menu” in the four-star hotel where we lived, far superior.High efficiency recommended for the quality of live products. A real gem! "

"Sunday lunch takeaway is outstanding absolutely gorgeous we both got turkey and the meat, vegetables, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and gravy all cooked to perfection and the portion size was spot on! We also ordered the dessert box and my eyes lite up with delight there’s strawberry cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate fudge cake all with cream and custard. Highly recommend this place for the food and the time slot and service was impeccable thank you."
