"Shocking Behaviour We went down for breakfast on Sunday 29th September, as we are regular customers and go down few times a month. Food always good and service is a hit and miss depending on when you go in but i never complain. We went as a group of 10 and to be honest i can understand it was a big order and they where understaffed which was fine , we set our own table waited over hour and a half for our breakfast.they didn’t have any beef steak gave us chips without letting us know. After we where all done my brothers food finally turned up.All in all food came we had it and left. This morning Wednesday 2nd October i went back to pick up an order And i have never felt this insulted in my life. The guy started swearing at me saying ‘Ba rd don’t come back you gave a bad review‘. If i was going to review why would i go back ? All i did was tell him that i was in on Sunday and that i had to wait ages. He didn’t give me the food or a chance to explain told me to leave, so i came back with no food and had to listen to him swear at me repeatedly. I recommend avoiding this restaurant if you have allergies, as they do not list allergens on the menu. Unfortunately, my partner ordered a dish without knowing it contained nuts, and it was served with a large amount of nuts.

Reallt delicious food . Its the best food in cardiif I order twice a week, very clean. Fast delivery and worm food. High recommended. I would always give it 5 stars. Thanks for all the staff and the boss really nice and friendly staff

We usually go to this restaurant because the food is good. However, this last visit was different. Both of us ordered a wrap with sausage, steak, and onions. A few hours later, we both experienced severe diarrhea. This unpleasant experience has made us reconsider returning to this restaurant. View menu

I ate here last weekend, and ordered a Greek Salad. They explained they hadn't mixed leaves, but only lettuce, which was fine. It arrived in good time,and they'd found a few extra leaves to add to lettuce. What I did not expect, and which was not mentioned as an ingredient on the menu, was an entire green chilli sliced and mixed in with it. A nasty surprise, and I spent a good three or four minutes hunting the pieces down I do not like chilli. Hence only 3 stars. Other than that, it was a good Greek Salad, fresh leaves, nice feta, enough olives.

On Saturday, July 15th at 2:30 pm, I visited this restaurant as a regular customer. I have ordered the same dish many times without any issues, but this time I noticed that they did not include the main and most expensive component of the mixed grill, which is the lamb. It seems like they either didn't have it in stock or forgot to add it to my order. They did not even inform me that it was missing. I was disappointed and felt like it was a dishonest experience. I will not be ordering from this diner again and recommend trying another restaurant on Cowbridge Road.
