"as a regular visitor who previously scored this restaurant, I must say my last visit was less pleasant. the noise levels were so bad from some surrounding stations that we have abandoned every attempt of a conversation until we managed to move into another table. the other person with me described it as bettlam that it was good, the staff was great, but the management did nothing about what was really unacceptable behavior that completely destroyed each of the claimed atmosphere. will I have been going back?"

"To be honest, I must begin by saying how impressed I was with the quality of the vegetarian chilli freak pizza we ordered. it was probably perfect with a delicious crust and tantalizing good amounts of seasoned and heat made – it's just a shame with it. what came before him. during a period of control, in which hygiene measures should be paramount in the food industry and in the takeaway kitchen, we were very disappointed that the workers in the work should not keep through these guidelines, do not wear masks, bart nets, gloves and, terrible to deal with meat without washing their hands before spreading vegetarian toppings. this is very, very bad and something that I will write to papa John’s directly, because (as depicted) zero attention or caresss seems given to their customers behind the scenes. not even wearing disposable gloves or masks with so widespread, I find deeply disturbing. it is therefore a challenge for me to forgive John’s in brentwood all more than two stars. we also have to address the cost of food on their menu. for only a large pizza, they can pay almost gbp that is exorbitant! there is a clear lack of friendly customer service and I think waiting times can be quite long when the place is busy. so, everything in all, while the pizza might have been deletable and makes formidable opposition in comparison to a pizza hat order, behind the scenes there is really much work seemingly to do. it seems pretty dirty."

"I've been wanting to try this place for ages, and I finally made it today! I was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the sausage cocktails were delicious. "our favorite restaurant by far. we have been driving for about 20 years 8 times a year to terra mia and celebrate every family birthday there. I also eat with friends there and we sometimes meet with other families on terra mia. eating is great and the bill is always a beautiful surprise. the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. that is up to the great staff. we celebrated the 17th birthday of our son last week and I'm trying to work when we can go back."

"We almost gave up trying to find the place, because that part of the road is partly on this, partly on the other side of a big crossroads and our sat nav refused to find it, so we walked for ages. It is a nice cosy place close to the Asda, so if you have the same problem, just try to find your way from Asda and you'll find it. The pizzas appeared to be quite expensive, but when they arrived, I saw why: They are giant. I only managed half of mine (but this was also due to the fact that I had a cesar salad as starter . "I've been to this place before but was boring and got a spag bol lol that doesn't mean that it wasn't scrumptious though. This time round I got a parma ham salad (not on the menu) with cheesy garlic bread for starters and just that alone was a roll me over moment. I was glad that we got a break between the starters and the mains. I had a tiger prawn pasta in a tomato sauce...OMG...GUYS!! It was soooo good. The tiger prawns were cooked just right and that sauce was not your average tomato sauce (well not when I cook it) the flavours all complimented each other and the portion was a good size but the meal beat me and I had to take the rest home. Will defo be going back to this place for sure."

"We found this place quite by accident, looking for somewhere to eat close by the Balham Travelodge. We thought it looked closed at first until we were right in front of it, it was about 10 pm at night and we had had a full day at the tennis in Wimbledon. Lucky for us they were still serving. It is a gem of a place, small, excellent service and the food amazing. Would recommend to anyone who loves pizza!"

"didn't know this place was even there. very backward inside, like an 80s Italian. they don't let it go. both eating and service were great. our waitress was really nice and offered us the pre-theater menu, although it was past time for it. the food arrived quickly and the portion sizes were really generous. after eating good and brilliant service we have another good surprise when the tiny bill arrived. we had three courses and a bottle of wine for £41. so good. we agreed that we would definitely visit azzurro again."

"I've been here a few times and always recommend it to people. considering that it is in the middle of the west end slap bang, the prices are great that I will be compared to another Italian place I will visit this evening in surrey, and the place in surrey is more expensive. the service is always good and eating is always great. the only thing I think is the frontage, it looks like the inner outdated, sticky and not completely hygienic, but that is not my experience at all, so don't let it go. highly recommended, and I will continue to go back for great Italian cuisine!"

"Bit hit and miss. On the positive side the staff were pleasant with good service and the restaurant is nice. Some dishes did disappoint though, especially the calamari starter which was tough and chewy. Our daughters ordered margherita pizzas, admittedly without the basil, but they were a bit plain and bland to be honest. Pasta dishes were nice and the veal milanese was decent. "After booking through OpenTable, I received a call to confirm my reservation. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was greeted by delightful smells and a great atmosphere. We were led to our table where we were informed about the specials and had our choice of wine and water brought to us. The staff, who were happy and friendly, went out of their way to accommodate a family group next to us who were ordering various dishes from the menu. We opted for the steak meal for two, which was cooked perfectly, and enjoyed a bottle of Rose. I highly recommend trying the Dianne Sauce with your steak. The dessert was also delicious and the attentive and cheerful staff were more than willing to cater to our every need. "Next to us, a family group was enjoying their meals, ordering various dishes from the menu, and it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for the cheerful and accommodating staff. We decided to share the steak for two, which was cooked to perfection, and the bottle of rosé we ordered was exquisite. "We were in search of a quick dinner before heading to the theatre, with limited time between our afternoon activities and a visit to the Citizens Theatre for Trainspotting (which was fantastic, but that's a review for another site!). We found this restaurant to be conveniently located for both parking and the theatre, and were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The restaurant was quiet around 6pm, and we both opted for the 2-course menu. We started with Bruschetta and Zuppa di Fagioli, accompanied by garlic bread on the side - the Bruschetta was particularly excellent. For our main courses, I chose the Pollo alla cacciatore, which was cooked perfectly and delicious. My wife opted for the Pennette Amatriciana, which she also enjoyed. We plan to return when we have more time to relax and fully enjoy the experience, as the staff and service were top-notch."
