"We have been seated at the coldest table next to the Window , close to the kitchen. It was my mums birthday and we did make staff aware of it. Nobody have done check back when we had our starters which were not the greatest....We have waited for mains over an hour, nobody gave us cutlery after we had our starters , we were have to request. When we did that , the girl with dark blonde hair rolled her eyes on us. My mums majito was most of it ice , she couldn’t drink it , we asked for another one instead with no ice and in a smaller glass. The manager ignored our request and bought a drink to the table in the same long glass with full of soda that my mum couldn’t taste alcohol. The noice level was way to high the chefs were shouting and constantly complaining that none of the staff taking food. The entire our service was spoiled. Additionally, nobody asked us if we have any allergies. My brother had a burger with a spicy mustard which is not specified in a menu, myself I am allergic to spicy. Theoretically I could of been the one who tried the burger to check if child’s food is warm. They lucky that I didn’t. over , neither the waitress or the manager haven’t introduced themselves to us and it makes sense now. Overall , we wouldn’t recommend the place. Too pricy for a horrible service."

"We went to Harry's for the first time in many years on November it was fabulous nothing was too much trouble the food was devine, I had lobster and cheese shuffle my husband had a Tbone steak ..This time we were so excited to have booked on March our wedding anniversary, I had the same as last time except I also tried the rock chips... The food was nice the lobster was a little over done but I still enjoyed it, the shuffle wasn't a patch on the one in November it was tasteless and didn't look like a shuffle the presentation wasn't great, this time my husband's steak although tasty was very tough... We didn't complain as the food was still good just not fabulous as it was before. Still would give this restaurant another go."

"I used to love this restaurant! The food was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. However, my last few experiences have been disappointing. Last week, I ordered a combo pizza deal with sides and a supper through Just Eat. The food arrived 75 minutes late and was cold. I called to complain and the manager agreed to remake the order. The second time it arrived, the supper was missing. They blamed the drivers for the mistakes. I spoke to a lady who promised to send the supper ASAP. However, we had already been waiting for over 3 hours. When we opened the pizza box, it was all bashed up as if it had been dropped. I spoke to the same lady again and she said the manager would call me back to discuss, but I never received a call. I'm not writing this review to get something for free, but to let you know that when you don't deliver on a paid meal, you lose customers. I paid for a meal and had to send it back twice due to your errors, but you didn't make things right. I've given you a week to respond, but it seems you're more focused on sarcastic remarks towards negative reviews. Please focus on fixing the problems in your restaurant and respect customers' hard-earned money."

"It has been great watching this place go for strength to strength since it first arrived in Angel. I’d first heard about it from a friend who raved about the one in Covent Garden and I’ve enjoyed seeing more and more of them pop up in London. Even though Bill’s is starting to have franchise status it sticks to its roots by maintaining the lovely home grown feel that made it so successful. Bottles and jars of its specially sourced produce still line the walls, next to blackboards which exclaim the specials in a charmingly slap dash fashion. Bill’s is great for any time of day; I particularly like their lighter snacks at lunch time, having once had a beautifully fresh crab salad from the specials menu. But a real treat for me is to come here for brunch. The portion sizes are refreshingly large; go for a full English if you are feeling particularly hungry, a highlight of which are the Cumberland sausages which are thick and tasty. Even the buttered toast is a gorgeous salty delight, and is one of the best aspects of the huge serving of salmon and scrambled eggs on toast which is on offer. The one criticism I have is for the cream tea which didn’t quite live up to my expectations; it was nice but not up to the standard I have come to expect from Bill’s as the cakes were slightly dry and the sandwiches boring. But all in all Bill’s is fast becoming one of my favourite restaurants, for the colourful, pretty interior, friendly service and delicious indulgent food."

"In my opinion, this is the best Chinese takeout in Aberdeen. However, the service can be inconsistent, ranging from excellent to only average. Today, I had only two prawns in my curry, whereas in the past week there were at least 7 or 8. I also had an extra dish added to my order without my consent and was charged extra for it. When I asked about the price, the staff member seemed disgruntled."

"I love the experience. High-end gourmet food and loved the fact that it was all vegan! the presentation was spectacular. "Service was slow, however very polite, food seemed processed and turkey looked like sliced from the butcher so thin, meat was not a slice of steak was mushed excess pieces moulded together into a round mould and cold. also Cranachan was just mush like thick yoghurt with porridge oats through it? That was a major shock and in a soup bowl? Def need to check the recipe on this, one chipolata too. All food was just warm nothing special. Christmas menu yet no crackers? No one asked if we enjoyed our meal even when the dessert wasn’t eaten"

"We popped here after work to grab a quick bite. The burger looked good so we went with that. The beef came out a bit overcooked and the chips were undercooked. We constantly saw the waitresses bring food out then take it back to the kitchen again which puts me on the back foot for their ability to customise your food. "Absoutley thrilling experience at the station bar I didn't eat the food as I indulge in the belief eating is cheating, Me and my group of friends used it as our meeting point of choice on a mission to get out of our breasts as quickly as possible before hitting the town doing lines and shagging 9's. It was that great an experience one of the members of the group even breached his tag to stay out longer! Would highly reccomend coming to this establishment with its hand drier in the mens room which hangs of the wall and flops from side to side to make drying your hands that much more of a challenge.. everyone loves a challgange don't they) or the strawberry daquiris you need a spoon "

"We purchase regularly from here via JustEat and have done since the beginning of Lockdown. We haven’t been to the cafe itself so cannot comment on anything in relation to the actual setting but are yet to be disappointed! Food always arrives within the estimated...timescale and hot and cold food is separated well. Portions are always more than adequate and food quality is superb. A personal favourite in our house is the Macaroni Cheese and the Mexican chicken panini. My only comment would be that anytime we have ordered the 1 person buffet it always comes with either Cheese or Cheese and Ham this is absolutely fine and I understand it is pot luck but a little more variety would be nice or an option to perhaps pay a little extra to specify sandwich filling (just a suggestion)."

"I opted for the express menu, which is £23 for a two-course meal. You can choose either a starter and a main or a main and a dessert. The rump steak was expertly cooked and absolutely delicious. I also added a caramelized speck, which was wonderfully sweet and salty, and incredibly satisfying. For dessert, I went with the peanut butter ice cream churro bread. It struck the perfect balance of sweet and salty, as well as hot and cold. I'm not usually a big dessert person, but I finished every bite!"

"Lovely food, great steak, veg done to perfection, delicious cocktails but getting a bit pricey now. Service was great when it was there but vanished for long periods leaving us waiting so long that at one point after waiting 15 minutes I was just about to go looking for someone so we could get our bill when the service finally turned up. My dessert was terrible (shortbread that was dry and dusty and seemed like something my kids would have brought back from cooking at nursery) but they took it straight off the bill, no questions asked so no complaints."

"While the food was hot and tasty, we debated on whether to risk waiting for dessert. Unfortunately, that decision was made for us as we were left unattended after the plates were cleared for the main course. No one came back to check if we wanted dessert, so we eventually had to flag someone down to ask for the bill instead. It's a shame because the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the food was reasonably priced—especially the festive menu. Unfortunately, the service was poor enough that we decided to remove the service charge (a first for us), and we likely won't be returning anytime soon."

"We experienced disappointing service during our recent visit. Our table wasn’t cleared properly; we still had leftover fries on it while we were enjoying dessert. The service was also extremely slow, and we had to ask multiple times for water. "I have been going to this restaurant for years for special occasions, and it has always been fantastic. However, on my last visit for a first date, things went completely wrong. We ordered two different steak meals, each with a different cooking style and sauce. When the meals arrived, they had the wrong sauces and were cooked incorrectly. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but it led to an awkward situation. I asked for the meals to be prepared correctly, but was told that mine would then be cold. Instead of replacing the meals, we ended up accepting what we were given. This disastrous experience ruined my first date and I ended up paying over £89 for it. It was definitely not a Marc Pierre moment. Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I used to really enjoy this restaurant before this incident."
