"While the food was hot and tasty, we debated on whether to risk waiting for dessert. Unfortunately, that decision was made for us as we were left unattended after the plates were cleared for the main course. No one came back to check if we wanted dessert, so we eventually had to flag someone down to ask for the bill instead. It's a shame because the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the food was reasonably priced—especially the festive menu. Unfortunately, the service was poor enough that we decided to remove the service charge (a first for us), and we likely won't be returning anytime soon."

It was wonderful to be back at Bill's Chiswick. Unfortunately, it has closed again, which is very disappointing. I look forward to returning as soon as we’re able to!

Poor service ruined the entire experience and shan’t be going back as a result. It’s a shame as I used to enjoy the atmosphere there as the staff used to be attentive to their customers now the staff there are appalling!

it was the first time that I had spent a few months and I was so glad that bills had reopened. bills was super busy and it took a while to get food, but the staff was so beautiful. eating was always good and delicious. had fish for my head and it was delicious. also recommend the alcoholic coffee (i had baileys) I would that every day if I could!

I have visited Bill's in Chiswick, Ealing, Westfield (White City), and Kensington High Street, but Chiswick is my favorite location. I've been there four times now—three times for breakfast and once for lunch. It's wonderful on a sunny day because it gets plenty of natural light. I usually opt for the Garden breakfast, which I absolutely love. My wife enjoys the gluten-free vegan breakfast and is always thrilled with her choice. The staff is fantastic, and the floor manager is very friendly and welcoming. There are many reasons to keep coming back to this place.
