"We have been seated at the coldest table next to the Window , close to the kitchen. It was my mums birthday and we did make staff aware of it. Nobody have done check back when we had our starters which were not the greatest....We have waited for mains over an hour, nobody gave us cutlery after we had our starters , we were have to request. When we did that , the girl with dark blonde hair rolled her eyes on us. My mums majito was most of it ice , she couldn’t drink it , we asked for another one instead with no ice and in a smaller glass. The manager ignored our request and bought a drink to the table in the same long glass with full of soda that my mum couldn’t taste alcohol. The noice level was way to high the chefs were shouting and constantly complaining that none of the staff taking food. The entire our service was spoiled. Additionally, nobody asked us if we have any allergies. My brother had a burger with a spicy mustard which is not specified in a menu, myself I am allergic to spicy. Theoretically I could of been the one who tried the burger to check if child’s food is warm. They lucky that I didn’t. over , neither the waitress or the manager haven’t introduced themselves to us and it makes sense now. Overall , we wouldn’t recommend the place. Too pricy for a horrible service."

Poor service and overpriced. Waited ages in between courses, had to keep trying to get staffs attention, who clearly weren't paying attention. Food was nice but not worth the price.

we often have a trip. nottingham stays a few nights. peterborough they have 2 great small theater fantastic restaurants. our favorite being middleton’s. they are always so friendly staff, eating is exceptional. View menu

right up there with the best steaks ive eaten, perfect blue ribeye that melts and fit a blue cheese sauce. the staff was also very friendly, I hate grim staff. only a scandal that the footy the next day did not match the eating. I hope to be back in two years.

Polite friendly staff. Clean and tidy restaurant. The food was lovely but something was wrong with the fish batter. Both pieces of fish ordered had parts that were crispy and parts that were soggy. Unsure as to why this would be, perhaps not cooked evenly....You have stopped doing my favourite wine

Amazing staff, amazing night out. The dinner was just fantastic from the starter to the dessert. The cocktails were a perfect compliment with the meal. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Peterborough or anyone living in the local area. Kris the manager made the whole...night even better. Couldn’t say a single bad thing about it!! First and foremost, the minute steaks we had were perfectly cooked and the lunch fixed price was decent value for money. My recommendation if you're earlting here is ask to be seated on the left hand side of the restaurant as you walk in. I...get why restaurants have open' kitchens but we felt like we were interrupting the chef who was shouting instructions to the kitchen staff. I appreciate they've got a job to do and there was nothing nasty in the shouting at all it was just loud. An OK lunch but I'm not rushing back.

never before and heard many good comments. a table for our jubile meal. first disappointment was the professional printed card of the managing director who explains why there is now an additional premium on the menu price for certain steaks. we thought to be extremely dishonest as there is no mention of it on the website. we ordered our drinks and approx. 5 minutes later we ordered our meals only to say there were no fish or garnel. our starters came approx. 10 minutes later (no sign of drinks.) we ended our starters who were not brilliant and the plates were deleted. Finally our drinks arrived just before our net. the steak was in order, but we had better. I think that eating is very expens...
