"2 days ago came to the birthday party with friends. everything was on the square, the modern restaurant was immaculately clean, the staff was courteous, friendly and very attentive to our requirements, and the meal was well worth the 40-minute trip either away. portion sizes are more than sufficient and the wobble bhajis were not to miss a tasty bite. it was our first time here, but will not be our last visit"

"One of the best, if not the best Indian Restaurant in the South East. Quality meals and dishes, consistently delivered every time. Very good service and a well thought out and designed eating establishment. I have eaten at the Radhuni on many occasions over the years, what impresses most is the knowledge that having tried a certain dish on the previous visit one knows if one were to order it again it would be to the same high standard. Would thoroughly recommend the Radhuni well worth a visit."

"I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of The Bay Leaf in Pumpherston for years, but my recent takeaway experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold and chewy, and it took the restaurant a week to offer me a 50% discount on my next meal. This level of customer service was unacceptable, and I have decided not to return as a customer. Overall, I would rate their takeout service and food quality as 1 out of 5."

"Went to Mings for our anniversary and was greeted by a waiter wearing a hoodie and a wooly hat.... I kid you not!!.......we were then dumped on a isolated table upstairs and forgotten..............after 25 minutes I went to bar and ordered a bottle of wine.....when the waiter asked what table we were at...I replied. the one you forgot about ...... the meal was ok but the battered asparagus had no tips just stems..... some Chinese background music would have been nice.... soft jazz didn't seem right.... all in all a bit disappointing!"

"We visited yesterday evening with friends who are in the UK for a few days. We all enjoyed our food and felt the service and value were good. I have Coeliac and also cannot have milk. The owner was very good about advising me which menu choices were suitable for me to eat or could be altered slightly to make them suitable. None of us are vegetarian but there are plenty of vegetarian options for anyone who is. They also serve take away food."

"I am very fussy when it comes to Indian cuisine, and so the meal served at Dynasty was nothing short of perfect! The biriyani was tasteful, with succulent chicken, and the vegetable dish was equally delicious. The waiter who served us was friendly and made sure more than once that we were happy with our meal. A lovely little place in the heart of Brockenhurst, it is just a shame that I am passing through, or I would have made a second visit!"

"Had a great time last night. The waiter looked kinda nervous (possibly new) but he gave great service and kept our drinks full and tended to anything we needed. The food was fantastic (as the first time) and yes, it can be slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for. The savoury food was delicious, the meat was fantastically tender and flavoursome, and the rice was absolutely perfectly cooked! Oh and I’ve never had a naan like that before! My only gripe, which is small in the grand scheme of things, was dessert. £5 for a dessert in this quality of restaurant is as expected, however the tiramisu and my wife’s cheesecake were both mostly frozen, and had slight freezer burn. The flavours were delicious but non-frozen would have been ideal. I do regret that I didn’t bring my wallet, as I only use card these days. I felt the staff deserved a tip and I wasn’t able to provide one. But thank you for the fantastic evening!"

"We use your takeaway delivery service about twice a year, normally our experience is 5 star all the way, however last night we found the food below the normal standard, the Chicken tasted old and re-heated, and the Korma sauce/Gravy was watery and lacking taste, rice however was good, and delivery driver friendly, I hope this is just a one off bad night, food was always delightful from here, makes me wonder if the restaurant has new owners? "My other half had a prawn vindaloo last night. This evening we came to a romantic getaway. Upon his arrival I was greeted with him using the lavatory for a good 20 minutes. When he exited the smell was like nothing on earth, an ungodly smell. I had to open the window and fumigate the room whilst we went for dinner. After asking him what he had eaten last night he suddenly realised it must have been the curry. This experience has put me off ever ordering a prawn vindaloo ever again."

"A helpful girl answered our preliminary enquiries, very politely and patiently considering the number of questions, including delivery to our hotel. I later phoned in our order and it was delivered quickly and promptly considering that it was Saturday evening. I opted to meet outside the hotel. A small delivery charge was made as we were outside their free delivery zone, but it was worth every penny. The food was hot, large portions and tasted good, and we were pleased to receive prawn crackers as well. Would recommend and use again if passing or staying locally we were only there for the weekend."

"I ordered as home delivery. The lady was 25 minutes late with my order. Was on the phone to the restaurant while waiting for delivery. I finally received my order and they said nothing and put the phone down on me. There were black bits in the chicken. The chicken was really dry. The korma sauce tasted like water and so did the rice. It was that dry I couldn't swallow it properly"

"oh mann, dhoom. visited dhoom for the third time on the 6th april, 2022 and had such experience that I think it's high time that I checked and let the rest of the world know about this absolutely stunning, hybrid Indian streatery / fine dining room experience in the center of dunfermline. as mentioned, I was at dhoom a few times and always had a wonderful experience. the personal is friendly, the restaurant is stylish and always busy, and eating is absolutely to die. they make an extensive menu à la carte, which includes many traditional Indian dishes and modern hybrid dishes, and a tasting menu that not only very competitive price, but transforms eating into a fine culinary experience that is worth it. the visit today was different. the chef d prasad has started a new menu with the name dehli6 after visiting dehli and explores extensive new dishes for his restaurant. we arrived this evening after the online booking for an early dinner and were cared for by the chef himself to sit down, who told us the history of his new menu and the background of the dishes. so we were served to the Dehli6 menu of the chef himself and through the coming of each cook completely by luck (and friendliness of the chef) we had an incredibly personal culinary experience and to speak with the personal, it looks as if this was emulsified by the waiting staff in busy times. they are all very proud of their food and serving standards and my goth, it shows. eating was absolutely beautiful, of course, we chose the tasty menus with an option for a main pane masala and a jungle that were both some of the most nuanced and tasty curries I ever had. absolutely amazing. dhoom is an absolute good at d prasad and his personal, and they should all be incredibly proud of the work they have put in. we will be back for a fourth, fifth and sixth visit. superb."

"Bit disappointing. We had breakfast here in April ‘23 for convenience, as we stayed at the Premier Inn which we could not fault. The breakfast however was disappointing. Non-dairy milk was provided on request, someone then had to go and look for it, open a pack, gave me enough for one drink, and then put it away again, after having waited for it the first time for a while at the counter, I did not bother with a second drink. It was nowhere near as nice as my coffee machine at home. As the ‘all you can eat’ is no longer self-service, we waited for about half an hour to get our order in, making us a bit late and rushed for our timed-entry at the castle. We’d long finished our drinks and croissants before we finally got to order. I had mentioned earlier to the waiter that my croissant had had a hair in it. He said to put the hair in the bin, I told him the hair was baked into the croissant, he then just pointed at the bin, and told me to have an other one, but I was a bit put off by then. Later someone mentioned that you can also ask to have your croissant warmed up, but this was not apparent from any sign. When my breakfast came it had a bit of cooked plastic into the egg, like from bacon wrapping, I didn’t bother mentioning it, just fished it out, had my breakfast and went. Sausages were nice, and had it been buffet I would have had an other one, so I imagine they save a lot of money by running it this way instead! The rest of the food was pretty mediocre. I won’t be back for breakfast in a hurry, but had a lovely night at the Premier Inn though. As this is very close to the center, if walking is not a problem for you, I’d go somewhere else!"

"I found Picnic Basket when looking for somewhere to eat before 7am in a squall on a bank holiday. The owner let me in early even though she hadn't gotten her deliveries yet. The place is no frills and no seating. Put the service is local, friendly, and the food is excellent. Bakery rolls with made to order eggs, bacon, etc. or if you want something lighter butter and jam. Porridge with all the toppings and freshly made scones are also top choices. I grabbed breakfast to go on the way to the bus stop every morning. Shop is open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays only. Never had lunch here, but only because were I was working wouldn't allow the trip. Lunch menu looked very yummy for fast but not greasy food."
