There is a better fish and chip shop next door called Random N, and I recommend trying their curry. The quality is unbeatable. There were cobwebs throughout the entire shop. "This restaurant is absolutely amazing and highly recommend for dining. The service is excellent, and the meal type is dinner. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. The food is top notch, service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is fantastic. "Loved this place, really nice food good quality and reasonable price. Made my order on line, got a meal deal for over £30, but didn’t want 3 curries. Told them, no problem, really nice, had a glass of wine whilst waiting’ for my order I collected. Got home, guess waiting and we were item missing, called them, but the attitude of the guy who answered was shocking, he accused me of lying and said he had packed this himself, well it wasn’t and I wasn’t having this accusation. It wasn’t the fact it was 70p, or even £700, it was th the fact he was rude and started telling me about his banking issues. I’m done here, you keep the item, you’ve now lost a good customer. I won’t be spoken like this. You wasn’t busy as I was there, maybe thats why you’re losing customers, your treating them with contempt , if you need to lye to gain additional money, your not fit to trade,that’s stealing !"

"Ordered through Just Eat. Customer service was excellent, a member of staff called me on mobile to confirm the delivery address and order which was nice. The delivery man (just eat) was very friendly and professional the food arrived bang on time. I had a lamb Madras, garlic naan keema rice. The meal also came with a free popadom which was nice of them. The Madras was really nice, it was very well balanced for herbs and spices and there was a good amount of lamb which tasted fresh and of a good quality. For my personal preference, the Madras could of been a bit 'hotter ' but of course every restaurant has their own way of making these curries and it was still a great, lots of sauce too which was also good. The naan was good too, a nice size and it actually tasted of garlic. The keema rice however didn 't do it for me, it just didn 't look right, it was quite pale coloured and the mince was a grey sort of colour, it was quite different to other keema rice dishes I 've had. However I can 't complain too much, the meal was excellent value and the staff were great too, plus not everything can be as dine in quality due to the restrictions of course so don 't judge them just for an ok rice dish. The rest of the meal was brilliant. Also the popadom tasted fresh and full of flavour and crunch, I have to say it was probably the best popadom I 've had. So 1) excellent, polite, personal customer service. 2) great service from 'Just Eat ' delivery staff. 3) great quality meal, especially for the price paid. 4) brilliant value for money. 5) most importantly it tasted fresh. Good job guys and thankyou."

"I reserved a table at this restaurant after my parents, who had been here a few years ago, had praised it. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at an Indian restaurant, and the curry was incredibly bland. They seemed to prioritize delivery drivers and walk-ins over actual diners, as we watched many people being served before us. Our food took over an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive, and by then, we were already fed up. This was by far the most flavorless and watery curry I have ever tasted. Needless to say, we will not be returning."

"I 'm not normally one for complaining but on this occasion I feel like I have to. I placed an order at the weekend through Just Eat (my 1st time using this method) and was informed that the estimated delivery time was 8pm, okay a 90 min wait which I could just about live with. As it turned out we waited 2 hours which I find totally unacceptable, the restaurant is a mile and a half away from where I live. When the meal arrived it was missing the onion Bhajis that we ordered. Rang the restaurant and was told we could knock it off our next meal, err I don 't think so. I stated we wanted them with our meal but apparently they were very busy and would deliver them as soon as possible, I 'm still waiting 2 days later. Thinking things couldn 't get any worse we plated our meals, well things did. The garlic supreme I ordered was supposed to have extensive use of garlic .....hmm, I think the chef, and I use the word chef loosely, forgot to add the garlic and the meal was not a good experience. My wife had a rogan josh, well a child 's sized portion anyway as the carton was only two thirds full at best. We also ordered a garlic nan and a peshwari nan, both which were so bland we thought they were just plain nan 's. A nightmare experience which spoilt our night, we won 't ever use the Nobin again, there are far superior restaurants in the area with better customer service. If I could have given no stars I would have done so."

"I had booked a table for 2 as it was hubbies birthday. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and shown to our table upstairs. Please note there is a lift available). The chair was comfy and plenty of table room. The waiter brought our lunch menu and explained the dishes on offer. Please note they have changed the lunch menu to that shown on their site). It now a choice of three complete menu dishes. We ordered the meat menu and it arrived on a sectioned stainless steel plate and we were not disappointed what was on it. One section for starter, three section holding chicken, lamb different curries, boiled rice and chapatti. Oh boy was it tasty and we cleared our plates. We washed it down with a J20 and Coke. The bill was £25.80 to which £5.90 was for the drinks). I would recommend this place and for one will definitely be going back."

"I've used Neelams and was very much disappointed. We ordered few meal deals and order was served very badly. I think staff even don't know the meaning of customer service. Every meal was not served as per their poster in the shop. No sauce, no salad and even if deal says chips also part of the meal, no chips were served. I have to remind the staff for everything pointing him toward his poster in shop that there was drink, there were chips part to the deal but you have not given. Kebab and curry size was like a kids meal. Curry ordered twice both had a different taste. Restaurant was not clean at all. If they can't keep restaurant clean, their food can't be clean and fresh. The worst and most stupid thing was that whenever I reminded that you have not given chips, naan or salad as advertised on poster. He was laughing behind the counter. I'll never ever go there again. I would highly suggest the staff to learn the meaning of customer service. customer service ? customer service? customer service? order was for 8 years, on the last few occasions, i've been disappointed with the size of the Kebabs, all a little smaller, less salad, less chicken...once is acceptable, twice is questionable, a third time seems like your taking the mike...there won't be a forth.. : [hidden link]"

"Worst curry I have ever had!!!! The veggie Madras was a watery potato stew with a chilli thrown in for good luck and my partner’s chicken masala had no flavour with a lot of water! Even the saag aloo had no taste and way too much spinach; should have used some of the potatoes from the Madras to even it out!
