"This is a fantastic restaurant, and we were fortunate to secure the best table right in front of the fireplace. However, I was disappointed to find that several vegan and vegetarian options were unavailable for some reason. I started with the beetroot, mushroom, and horseradish pasty, but it was mostly pastry with only a small amount of filling, and I couldn't detect any horseradish flavor. On a positive note, the veggie nut roast was delicious, and the apple and rhubarb crumble for dessert was equally delightful. The service was excellent throughout our visit."
