"Sunday evening was my second visit to the restaurant following a visit late summer with my family who were over from the states at the time. Even though we live South of the river we returned last night to celebrate my mothers 70th Birthday. Our host Aref's service delivery was impeccable, his attention to detail was extremely impressive, he was thoughtful and made the evening feel extremely special for us all. I will certainly return again in the not so distant future."

"I 'm a BIG food lover and have been to every so called 'Lebanese ' restaurant across London and have found nothing can come close to Beirut Nights. One thing above all that really did it for me was the customer service. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone made me feel very welcome and really did everything they could to ensure I had a great time. The food! What can I say about the food! The farruj musahab (baby chicken) is unbelievably tender and tasty and is also very affordable. We smoked shisha outside afterwards and it was refreshing to not be at a shisha place that is full of loud teens. It was a chilled out atmosphere with loads of cool looking people I 'd recommend this place to anyone without thinking twice."

"Last Sunday I went for lunch at 81 Beach street and it was a most enjoyable experience, partly because of the food and partly because of the warmth and charm of the staff. I had the roast beef (as did my friend) and we both agreed that it was delicious. I particularly liked the fact that the accompanying vegetables were served separately on a 'sharing platter ' as I really don 't like plates heaving and overflowing with food. I then had cheese cake which was OK but I really liked the ice cream (homemade, I think) which came with it. The staff were LOVELY...when I mentioned I was in Deal to visit a friend who was quite ill and in a wheelchair how much he would have loved to have come to the restaurant for lunch. They couldn 't have been nicer about it and, although they actually don 't have wheelchair access, promised that all the staff would help to get him into the restaurant and look after him. Also they suggested times when the restaurant would not be too full so they could properly look after him. How nice! I will definitely go there again."

"good location and inviting atmosphere at the input. good selection on menu and service fast and efficient. reasonable price could see that the staff was very busy to make the food in the kitchen, but not loud. only disappointment was the carrot and coriander soup that was not thin and almost tasteless, but it was hot!"

"I had a great experience at this quiet and friendly restaurant with excellent food. It was a perfect location for a reunion with my university friends on a Saturday. The staff were very nice and accommodating, even checking if the chicken was free range (unfortunately, it was not). The fish and new potatoes were delicious, and my friend enjoyed the linguine. The dessert selection was impressive, and we tried the crumble and chocolate mousse, which were both delicious. The prices were reasonable, and although the address was a bit tricky to find in an alleyway, it was definitely worth the search. I will definitely be returning."

"The Freemasons Arms is an upmarket gastropub on Downshire Hill in Hampstead. Its handsome interior, split between dining area, lounge and bar, has boutique written all over it. It's an interior which could have quite easily have been designed by Ralph Loren. On a sunny summer day or even a warm breezy evening (as we have seen many of these past weeks) its outdoor garden' area is THE place to spend a lazy p.m."

"Once upon a time the Tangerine bar terrace in the Millennium hotel .....the reserved corner was so beautiful, with pleasant conversations, an exclusive atmosphere, cozying lights and staff attentive and gentle, until they decided to take it over that the pleasant terrace transform into a coarse market. Considering the location and the esclusive clientele, willing to pay a can of Coca Cola as champagne,I would enjoy not to see this mob , smoking Shisha, but the lovely place used to be Another thing I would point the finger is the music. Too Loud!!!! Toooooo loud!!!!!!!and too much of nonsense ! Plus some people might be not inclined for certain music as topic:killing, gangs, drugs, robbed a bank,Vaginas,Fuxx word, swearing,NG word as identification. October the 2th for being precise, siting on that table me and my friend we had to shout our orders, because of the music and believe me,I’d rather whispering and being called sir as it used to be before, than overpaying a drink in this surrogate version of Elan Cafe with the worst music ever. Once it was an esclusive place, now is a place when if you are a family,or an old lady in retirement,or a simple someone as me looking for a moment of relax, better stay away! I’m wondering how the guest if the hotel are dealing with the atmosphere and the very bad music Please restore the terrace as the lovely place used to be."

"Alborz is a wonderful hidden gem in Levenshulme that serves a variety of Persian and Middle-Eastern food, located on Stockport Rd you could be forgiven for thinking that Alborz is as unassuming as it's humble exterior suggests. However, what lies behind those modest doors is truly fantastic restaurant both in terms of food and service. The interior is understated and tasteful, furnished with Persian vases and ornate tea sets, the tables are close together to make the most of the limited space available but this lends a refreshing communal atmosphere to your meal. The staff were friendly and attentive and more than happy to talk you through the menu and explain the various dishes. We ordered the Mezze Platter to start, this consists of four different starters, and is ideal if you're not overly familiar with Persian cuisine, the homemade hummus was a particular highlight being both fresh and tasty. We then ordered the Alborz special grill for two, which looks as wonderful as it tastes, succulent skewers of koobideh and chicken accompanied by grilled vegetables, saffron rice and a freshly baked taltoon bread which was frankly quite ridiculous in its magnificence and is so large it came supplied with its own stand. This was a true delight to eat and I can highly recommend it. After all of that, we were overloaded with food and couldn't possibly consider having dessert and so, asked for the bill, which led to true surprise of the evening, all of this wonderfully authentic and fresh food came to a grand total of £42. This reflects tremendous value in a time where a meal for two can often prove quite expensive. Overall I would say that Alborz is definitely worth visiting if you're in the area and if you're not well then it's worth making the trip for. If you're a fan of Persian food or perhaps want to try something new then you would genuinely struggle to find such a quality dining experience at this price point."

"We used a Groupon deal for a meal at 6:00 p.m. The menu was different from what was advertised, but we were still able to order the steak with the deal. There wasn't much else on the menu that caught our eye, so we all ended up ordering steak and chips with a peppercorn sauce. We also ordered a fresh fruit salad for myself and a sundae for my son. The portions were generous and everything was freshly prepared. Overall, the food was tasty and the service was friendly and attentive."

"Despite receiving your email confirmation and also text confirmation the night before, we turned up at the hotel to find our booking was unconfirmed and they would not accept us in the restaurant.. It was my wife 's birthday and we had travelled quite a distance to enjoy a meal out and hotel made no effort to accommodate us and Manager was 'too busy ' to talk to us or apologise in person. At 7.30pm on a Saturday night it was too late to arrange an alternative restaurant. I will never use your app/organisation again Regards John"

"Even though we received email and text reminders the night before, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation had not been confirmed and were denied entry into the restaurant. This was particularly disappointing as we had traveled a long way to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel staff did not assist us and the manager was too preoccupied to address our concerns or offer an apology in person. By 7:30 on a Saturday night, it was too late to find an alternate dining option. Due to this disappointing experience, we will not be patronizing this establishment or utilizing their services in the future."
