"we approached the writing and asked for a table of 6 to say: "Don't worry about anything until 8 o'clock". that was around 6.05 clock, the restaurant was half empty ... so we went online for 6.15 clock with open re-entered ... told them we had a reservation, observed “some heated words”. between the staff and we were taken to a perfectly empty table for 6. just 50 minutes waiting for our food. that said our server was friendly and apologetic. eating was ok, 2 pizzas, 3 calzones and a sirloin steak, that was definitiw rump, as it was to think and took hard to sirloin! to the happiness we have a taste card so that the meal with a softdrink cost only £10 per head, and we were limited due to a cinema booking for time. lection learned book before entering, and use it taste card, not sure that I would have paid the bill in full amount, we had not discounted!"

"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. Cleanliness has always been good, as is the price, but serve up poor quality food and you'll end up out of business. Not a good experience.... "We went to Frankie and Benny’s for a delicious authentic Italian lunch as we were getting hungry and wanted to break up a jubilee line journey from Stratford to Green park and remembered this was here and having been once before and liking it I decided to go back.The service was exemplary,our waiter was just fantastic very friendly,chatty and polite.He handed my gluten free allergy really well.Also food came out in about 10 minutes which was great bearing in mind it was all so fresh!The food was absolutely delicious,my gluten free pepperoni pizza was heavenly and you couldn’t get more Italian than a Frankie’s gluten free pepperoni pizza.It was lovely and hot,presented well,good portion sizes,extremely fresh and very good for money!Infact if you visit at lunch time you get 1 course for £9.90.That’s fantastic value and better value than places like Nando’s etc.And with just buying tap water it’s a real bargain which is great as water is one of my favourite drinks,you can never ever ever go wrong with a glass of water.It’s good for you and boots you’re hydration and well-being.Also the decor in here is lovely,all very fresh and beautifully decorated.I love the new Frankie’s decor it’s just so nice and I love it how they have re-visited it.It’s much cooler(temperature wise and fashion wise).I love the lights as well.It is also very spacious and clean.Also toilets were convenient and clean.This is a perfect place for a meal if you are on a train journey,before or after shopping, cinema,bowling or concert.Or after a trampoline session,skydiving session,climbing session or during a day out in London.Would highly recommend this.I reviewed it on tripadvisor as they were displaying the 2022 travellers choice award and they had quite a lot of negative reviews recently and to share my positive experience may help them have that award again this year or in future years"

"Lovely belated birthday meal. We ordered and thought we may have been forgotten nearly had to ask but it came along. I had the new chicken alfresco, luke warm, chips were scording hot had to wait abit to hot, partner had ham and mascapone pizza, there wasn't very much parsley just a dab and pizza was practically tasteless. She was very lovely hostress with us just food let us down. Such a shame as we love the place."

"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews; I have no complaints. I ordered food for myself through Uber Eats this evening, and just before the estimated delivery time, my meal arrived hot and perfectly cooked. I was at the door before the driver knocked, and when I mentioned that everyone was asleep, he kindly said he wouldn’t knock but still tried to contact me via my mobile. The delivery driver was really friendly and chatty, even though he was from Uber. I had requested salad and mayo on my burger, and they were included. The chips could have been a bit better, but chips are usually hit or miss. Overall, I was quite satisfied!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. definitiw the best vegan pizza I had gone since the vegan. better than dominos and pizza hat. no competition. also the vegan “wings” were delicious and the chips with cheese were amazing and this vegan burger.... really surprised how much I enjoyed it. juicy, tasteful and free. all in all, I'd be pretty high up there. I would eat pizza again, but not dominos or pizza hat. both places were müll with vegan pizza. also pizza express vegan pizza were classified lower than here. "personal and service: personal was very friendly, funny, social and very welcoming! we enjoyed our time and had a big laugh. very ingenious main course eating and drinking: eating was okay, the portions were more than generous and the presentation was a little chaotic, but definitiw okay. the chicken and the ribs were sad a little dry, but slightly balanced with the marinade and BBQ sauce. the chips were both soft and crispy and tasted great. the steak after my companion was cooked as desired and tasted amazing. the mood was really cold, everyone laughed, people were nice, the place gave me American vibes funny enough, but the mood was overall very good. dessert: the Belgian chocolate wing cake was super delicious. I liked the creamy chocolate and the overall cake. the presentation of the cake was very nice and served with a smile. the restaurant was clean, the places to sit were good, and the price fits almost to eat. I think it's a little on the high side, but overall good! the water was free, which was really nice! I would recommend a crash here with some friends or even a date. (time for food arrival: 20 mins"

"Celebrated my granddaughter’s 12 birthday meal at this top class restaurant. Warm welcome on arrival and the gentleman who served us went way and above to ensure it was a meal to remember. This gentleman couldn’t do enough to ensure all our food was cooked to our satisfaction. An employee that the owners should be proud off. All the food was cooked to perfection and the bill was reasonable. I certainly would endorse this restaurant with 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend a visit"

"We'd originally tried an independent place but turned out the great vegan menu on their website was no more available, so last minute trip to a chain. We were served really quickly, and I think their vegan options were different to last time I'd been. I went for lots of vegan cheese options. Nearly £13 for a pasta dish felt a bit much, but it was filling with lots of flavour and loaded with more than just tomato sauce. The dessert was very sweet and rich; I'd share one next time."

"After trekking a couple of miles to find a fish and chip shop which didn't meet our requirements, my best buddy Tom and I decided to settle with coming here instead for a quick bite to eat before hitting the road. The meal wasn't groundbreaking, hence the 3 stars. The service was very good and waiters really friendly charming, in fact. The food of course is typical of an Italian chain I have travelled Italy extensively so I'm somewhat of a critic when it comes to authentic Italian food. So I was shocked to see they were selling inauthentic pizzas and pasta dishes for over £15. In Italia, you can get a delicious margherita for 6 euro. Anyway, I digress. Despite being slightly overpriced, the pasta I chose was nice, if a little forgettable. Tom enjoyed his calzone and salad, which included green tomatoes."

"I understand that it was Mother's Day, but a reservation should not have been accepted if there was no possibility of being seated close to the scheduled time. My group of six, including two young children, had to wait by the front door for 25 minutes past our reservation time. We were then instructed to wait at the crowded bar, which was being used as a makeshift waiting area. Eventually, we gave up and left as it seemed like there was no organization or control. The staff blamed the delays on the kitchen, but it appeared that they had lost control of the situation. People were cutting in line and being escorted directly to the bar, with no consideration given to those who had been waiting. It was clear that the restaurant was not prepared for the busy Mother's Day rush."

"Thanks so much for a lovely meal, we visited today for my partners birthday, we was served by Emily. She was very pleasant always on hand when we needed to order something else. The food was amazing! And the atmosphere was great. There are a great team of staff who seem very happy to work there as they were all very bubbly and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy. They didn’t seem to be under any pressure. "First of all, 10/10. We booked this for the Thursday night as we were in Bristol for the night, lovey location. Arrived at Prezzo to be seated at the back of the restaurant, we knew what we wanted as pre looked at the menu. I...had meatballs my partner had bruschetta for starters, outstanding. "We brought a group of 60 children and 7 staff members to have dinner at Frankie and Benny's in Peterborough (Fengate) and we were extremely impressed by our experience. It can be challenging to have so many 10 to 11 year olds in a restaurant, but we can honestly say that the 2 hours we spent there were fantastic. The food was excellent, it arrived quickly, was served efficiently, and was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every child had a great time, and the adults were also very impressed. Every member of the staff worked tirelessly, particularly 'Ben' who made a great effort to engage with the children and talk to them. The complimentary Pokémon cards given to the children were a nice touch as well! 10/10 service! Thank you."

"Made a booking for 7pm as wasn’t sure how busy it would be and didn’t want to be turned away. Arrived 6.50pm and taken straight to table. 7pm drinks order taken. 7.20pm food order taken. Meal didn’t arrive until 8pm. Food was great and just what we ordered however the long wait ruined the enjoyment. It looked like a lot of take away orders were being prioritised above sit ins which is a disappointment. We had made the effort to attend in person and would have gladly spent more money here but the wait put us off. I wouldn’t rush back here and I wouldn’t recommend to family and friends as I wouldn’t want them to be disappointed. Sad to think that higher management may see a decline in footfall and close store because of this but the truth is people do wish to visit for a sit in meal but the poor service is off putting."
