"First visit and probably my last,wasn’t impressed at all with the presentation of my pizza,I did ask the server if the pizzas were thin she said yes,but didn’t think they would be as thin as they were ,also very insipid looking not very appetising to look at, I ordered a margarita pizza which I asked for olives which were green first time Ive had green olives on my pizza, also red onions which were chopped up into small pieces, when the pizza arrived at the table my plate underneath was black from the oven,and my pizza bottom was black as well not burnt black ash from the oven not appetising at all,I did take photographs of it, spoke to the server and told her to tell the chef, but it was like nobody cared, very poor show. Also your toilets were a mess toilet paper all over the floor no soap to wash your hands .Look at the pic and see if you would like that?"

"The restaurant experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, they claimed that there was no booking under my name despite providing confirmation. Eventually, we were seated after a 20-minute wait but the service was so slow that we ended up waiting 2 hours before leaving. When the desserts finally arrived, they assured us that the child's dessert would be ready in 2 minutes. However, we had all finished our desserts and had to remind them about my son's dessert, which still hadn't been served. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant again."

"that was just a normal place to eat, we would eat here again; No. the service was mediocre, there were so many children at the point that it was difficult to hear the other person who spoke to them. when they made a birthday song, they played the music so loud that it was too much in a restaurant. the bathroom looked like it had not been touched in hours, maybe all afternoon, no toilet paper in one of the stands."

"Five of us went for a late lunch on Saturday, and even though the restaurant was busy, we only had to wait about five minutes for a table. We all ordered different dishes, and everything was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. This was our second visit to this wonderful restaurant, and we were not disappointed. We have tried other pizza places, but Prezzo remains our favorite."

"My son took me for dinner here tonight and the food was excellent. I usually suffer from indigestion if I eat pizza as it's usually greasy, but this was light, crispy and really tasty. I also had a pecan pie cheesecake which was delicious. Our waiter, Jamie, was friendly, chatty and very attentive....he definitely deserves praise, as I will certainly return if his service is anything to go by. I hope he gets acknowledged for his excellent service, he certainly earned it. Thanks for a great evening."

"The service at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. I was extremely grateful, and the dish he made was the best I've ever had. The rest of the food was also delicious. I would recommend this place in any case."

"I am a great fan of frankie and Benny’s, eating is generally always consistent and really quite delicious! I can say confidently that I have tried at least 1/3 of the menu and it is all really delicious! No matter what they choose, they will almost always get a really delicious meal! during the week they have in the rule a promotion for two courses and I recommend that for a cheaper meal, as a single meal can cost the same as the price the meal deal itself! this special industry is really beautiful and the staff is super friendly! I've never had a problem with eating. if they are on the royal mile, they should consider that this particular facility can be quite busy, so please note that in the head."

"Came here last week with my husband for a treat! Staff were attentive, customer service was second to none despite it being very busy. We were served by a lovely girl called Lizzie? Greeted with a lovely smile, gave us just the right time to chose, drinks out quickly and didn't feel rushed one bit! We said what a hard working team they were looked like they gelled well together, enjoying their shift! Great customer service is hard to come by these days so felt it worthy of note!!! "I don't understand why this place has such high ratings. The food is terrible, like really, really bad. It's not just uninspired or inconsistent, it's consistently awful. The loud music and poor building design create a terrible echo that is only made worse by the numerous birthday groups celebrating. Every 5 minutes, your meal is interrupted by even louder music for another birthday. It's great for the person celebrating, but do I have to go deaf because of their poor choice in restaurants? No, thank you. Avoid this place at all costs."

"I was disappointed that I had made a reservation online and received confirmation, but when we arrived at the restaurant, they could not find any record of it. However, they managed to find a table for us and the service was good. However, when our server was bringing us the bill, he was interrupted by someone who I believe was the manager. Despite explaining that he was busy, he was made to clean another table while the manager waited to set it. As a result, we had to wait longer to receive our bill. When our server finally brought it to us, he was embarrassed and apologized, asking if the manager was right to make him deal with the vacant table before bringing our bill. "I like Frankie and Benny's and have eaten their many times but this was not one of the best. firstly your website said it was fully booked and I only got a table on open table, when we got to the restaurant it was empty, but my main complaint was that my clazone pizza was not cooked properly, the cheese which made up the bulk of the filling was not melted, in fact it still looked like grated cheese. Not once was I asked how the meal was which you normally ask so many times that is gets boring however on this occasion I actually wanted to say something. luckily as cheese and all the meats could be eaten cold there was no problem eating an under cooked clazone pizza"

"Fantastic (safe) family Christmas meal at Prezzo Cheam. Lovely staff were taking all the right Covid precautions and we felt extra safe as the restaurant was almost empty. Wheelchair access was easy as the restaurant is totally level. Gluten free pizza and garlic bread were...very tasty and safe. Would have been nice to have more dessert options, but in the end I was too full anyway. The others in our family told me they enjoyed their delicious looking meals to. Recommended."
