"I was disappointed that I had made a reservation online and received confirmation, but when we arrived at the restaurant, they could not find any record of it. However, they managed to find a table for us and the service was good. However, when our server was bringing us the bill, he was interrupted by someone who I believe was the manager. Despite explaining that he was busy, he was made to clean another table while the manager waited to set it. As a result, we had to wait longer to receive our bill. When our server finally brought it to us, he was embarrassed and apologized, asking if the manager was right to make him deal with the vacant table before bringing our bill. We expressed that we felt the manager was in the wrong. This was disappointing and it overshadowed our dining experience.incerely, Ian Williams"

service great and children have really enjoyed their meals. my steak was really chewing, though and cooked over. filz as good value, as had 50% of the main meal credit, but really would not have wanted to pay the full price. View menu

The service was excellent and the children loved their meals. However, my steak was very tough and overcooked. Even with a 50% off voucher for main meals, I didn't feel it was worth paying full price. Despite that, the overall experience was positive for the kids.

this place deserves a 5 review . we came today at the midday of jake david beckham lookalike greeted, yes really he is lol that would not have been a better waiter if he had tried. friendly, polite and professional with a little funny banter lol he was great so cheers cucumber. eating was impeccable and simply perfection at it is best 100%. we can not recommend this place enough and would say to everyone just go and enjoy. thanks again. laurence maxsoundcaraudio uk

The server was asked to clean another table before bringing us the bill, which caused a delay. The server apologized for the inconvenience and asked if we felt the other person's actions were justified.
