"Andrew also clearly explained the ordering process and mentioned that we could use the app if we were uncomfortable ordering at the bar, which was very accommodating. He checked on us two or three times during our meal, remaining polite and friendly throughout.
Once we ordered our food, we took a moment to appreciate our surroundings. The restaurant had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with beautifully decorated tables and dust-free artwork adorning the walls. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in the establishment, and that pride extends to the kitchen as well.
The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, which reinforced our expectations of freshness and quality from the moment we entered. The fish and chips were absolutely incredible – the best we've had in a long time. The fish was perfectly crispy, the batter was evenly cooked and flavorful, and the fish was wonderfully flaky. The chips were also great, although the double portion looked almost identical to the single portion since we planned to share it; we found that the servings were more similar than we expected.
Overall, we enjoyed excellent service and high-quality food throughout our meal, leaving us satisfied even into the following morning.
