"Andrew also clearly explained the ordering process and mentioned that we could use the app if we were uncomfortable ordering at the bar, which was very accommodating. He checked on us two or three times during our meal, remaining polite and friendly throughout. Once we ordered our food, we took a moment to appreciate our surroundings. The restaurant had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with beautifully decorated tables and dust-free artwork adorning the walls. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in the establishment, and that pride extends to the kitchen as well. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, which reinforced our expectations of freshness and quality from the moment we entered. The fish and chips were absolutely incredible – the best we've had in a long time. The fish was perfectly crispy, the batter was evenly cooked and flavorful, and the fish was wonderfully flaky. The chips were also great, although the double portion looked almost identical to the single portion since we planned to share it; we found that the servings were more similar than we expected. Overall, we enjoyed excellent service and high-quality food throughout our meal, leaving us satisfied even into the following morning. I've already recommended this place to my family and friends, and I plan to make it a regular stop. Thank you, Andrew, and the entire team – Andrew deserves a raise!"

"We normally order takeaways from Chick Pizz regularly I count at least sixteen orders running back to September on Just Eat. The food is generally excellent. Yes, there had been the odd mishap along the way pertaining to missing sundries (pitta/sauce) but nothing...worth complaining about. Yesterday however they left an entire meal out (chicken strips)! Upon ringing, the receptionist, who had an incredibly poor command of English, was very much abrupt: 'your chicken strips are in the box he insisted . He started mentioning a burger (which we hadn't ordered) and getting diverted as said, his grasp of English was very poor, but his manner was abrupt for which there are no excuses. He didn't even ask our name/address but simply blurted out, I will get your chicken strips out to you and hung up. If it was me, and I imagine most people, I would have handled the situation thus: 'I am incredibly sorry about this; I will get your missing meal out to you immediately and immediately enacted on that, throwing something extra in as an apology. Irrespective, we had serious doubts the errant meal would arrive considering he didn't request name or address, and naturally it didn't arrive! The portion of the meal which DID arrive incidentally was excellent (as it usually is). My explanation for given them three stars for food is that we are discussing an 'invisible meal here, and naturally the value is a one star as we paid for something that didn't arrive. So as a consequence of this, my frequent usage of Chick Pizz comes to an end sadly. I say sadly because their food is excellent and I will miss that. Shame. They will lose a ton of custom from us over this as we were regulars."
