Ease and speed of the experience. Food was nice, staff were attentive and the restaurant was clean. Long wait for food, good service at fairly tasty food. Upon arrival of the food, it was cold and obviously sitting on the serving area waiting for a waiter. Very cold by the time we received it and it was sent back. I think it was reheated, which is not a sensible thing to do and a whole new batch was made. Parking: The restaurant itself was situated inside The Mall in Cribbs Causeway so there was plenty of parking at arrival. Wheelchair accessibility: A lift was available to help wheelchair users getting up to the restaurant, which was on Floor 2.

I came here with my carer . I ordered food and food didn’t came for over 40 mins. Staff was so rude . They said my carer , you can’t share food . I am old man I ordered one flat bread which comes with unlimited salad and drinks . I can’t eat so much so I asked my carer to have salad . They were roaming around our table giving bad looks and frowning. I have never experienced this . I even go to McDonald’s and eat kids meals . They staff at mcd never come around and frown like this . I am old and I don’t have much capacity to eat .
