"I came here with my carer . I ordered food and food didn’t came for over 40 mins. Staff was so rude . They said my carer , you can’t share food . I am old man I ordered one flat bread which comes with unlimited salad and drinks . I can’t eat so much so I asked my carer to have salad . They were roaming around our table giving bad looks and frowning. I have never experienced this . I even go to McDonald’s and eat kids meals . They staff at mcd never come around and frown like this . I am old and I don’t have much capacity to eat . The staff is roaming around here and there and they are less concerned about their food and job more concerned about what people order . Teach them some etiquette please . I have felt very bad"

Just ok, food was ok but pricey for what you get. Share for 4 deal only comes with 2 desserts. Bit strange really. Just under £20 per person in total. Needs a good clean too... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 View menu

Ease and speed of the experience. Food was nice, staff were attentive and the restaurant was clean. With the online ordering system (which we got to grips with a staff member ensuring we were OK) it was quick efficient Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pizza Buffet

Long wait for food, good service at fairly tasty food. Upon arrival of the food, it was cold and obviously sitting on the serving area waiting for a waiter. Very cold by the time we received it and it was sent back. I think it was reheated, which is not a sensible thing to do and a whole new batch was made. Parking: The restaurant itself was situated inside The Mall in Cribbs Causeway so there was plenty of parking at arrival. Wheelchair accessibility: A lift was available to help wheelchair users getting up to the restaurant, which was on Floor 2.

"Went for an impromptu meal with her indoors, as this was a local pub we've not been in for a long time we thought will pop in. Greeted by an over enthusiastic bar person who was dragging out the empties from the night before, ordered a couple of drinks and we sat down with the menu's, after perusing the menu we were ready to order, at the same time we were ready a regular couple walked in and sat at there regular table and oredered there regular meal, but the regular gentleman actually wanted an extra sausage with his sausage and chips, well! The kerfuffle this caused was astronomical, this conversation went on for Many many minutes, my wife and I was desperately trying to catch her attention to have another drink, eventually my wife went to the bar and waited, we got served eventually. Then our food came out of the kitchen, we went for the light bites as we were in a snacky mood, Chicken strips Mozzarella bites Chips with curry sauce and nachos. We never got the nachos as there was no guacamole BTW Chips came out which were actually fries, covered in this sauce, gross, then we had 3 chicken strips with no garnish £4.95 £1.63 each Then 4 mozzarella bites came out, no, nothing else just 4 mozzarella bites, £4.95 £1.24 each. So if you want have your pants pulled down and be robbed of your hard earned cash then this is the place to go, as for me and my wife we won't be. We did mention the poor quality and value for money but it was brushed under the dirty carpet and she was going to feed our comments back to the kitchen."

"I was excited to revisit the New Inn after many years, as it used to be a favorite spot of mine. My group of 8 had pre-ordered at the request of the New Inn, but we were told 15 minutes after our booking time that our food was just being prepared. An hour later, our food still hadn't been served. After checking with the staff, the manager assured us that our order was next. Another 10 minutes passed before our food finally arrived. The gammon came with sides that we didn't like and were not mentioned on the menu. The portions were oversized, which was nice, but they were too much and off-putting. The salad trimmings were of poor quality. The fish in batter was enjoyed by those who ordered it. The main meals were okay, but I would have preferred better quality over quantity. We had to chase the staff for a glass of water, and even after being offered dessert menus, no one came to take our order. When we decided to follow up at the bar, the manager seemed more interested in finding out which staff member had failed to take our order than in solving the issue. The service was okay but could have been better, as no one checked on us after our meals were served. It seems like the staff could benefit from more positive training from a supportive mentor. When we asked for the bill, it took a while for it to be brought to us, so we ended up paying on the way out. It's a shame, as I had fond memories of the New Inn, but I am unlikely to return after this experience."
