"staff give a superb,friendly service.the menu isnt to great and isnt what i would class as true italian .selections you would expect to see dont even exist on there.food is nice,depending on what you have.pizza is first class,lasagne isn't so good.pasta was mushy and the let down.sauce wasnt so nice and just tasted of mushed tomatoes,and meat content was average and could have done with more. Dough balls are average with the filling tasteless,the halloumi is very nice and worth a try. I have yet to try any other dishs and cant fomment on that,.coffee selection is on par."

The food at this restaurant is expensive and lacks flavor. The portions are small, and the wine selection is limited and overpriced. However, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch on a Saturday and were not disappointed. The service was incredibly fast, the staff were polite, and the food was the best we've had in Lowestoft by far. We were very impressed. Keep up the great work, guys!

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch and had a sandwich with chips. The food was beautifully presented and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was great and I didn't feel rushed to leave. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. The price per person was around £40-50.

I walked into an empty restaurant and was greeted with a curt "Have you booked?" from a really rude woman with no manners. When we decided to leave, she was very sarcastic. I have dined there several times before with polite staff, but now the service is terribly lacking. I will not be going back and I hope they consider the impact this woman's attitude is having on their business. I will never return. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered at this restaurant. The batter was too thick and heavy, and the fish itself was not great. The peas were undercooked and not hot enough. On the positive side, the chips were delicious. The rest of my group enjoyed their meals. The vegetarian options were limited to just a vegan burger or side dishes, which was disappointing considering the restaurant used to have a better menu. The service was dine-in and satisfactory.
