"Really really disgusted by the customer service, stopped by with my parents, half of the restaurant was empty due to the bad weather condition. We had waited 10 minutes at the door outside and then was seated outdoor, when waitress (or manager not sure) came to our table, I kindly said that we all want a bottle of wine with starters as a start, she very rudely told me to leave as the table was for dinner, did not offer another space, she left the table without an apology. I have never seen anyone this rude. Absolutely upset by this type of manner. Never ever going there again and will recommend everyone I know not to go."

"I was given some Groupon Vouchers for my Birthday so we decided to go on 11th Jan 2020. I 'm always dubious about vouchers as some restaurants look after you as 2nd class citizens if you know what I mean. Yes I know the menu isn 't the a la Carte and you get what you pay for and all that !! The voucher menu had things we liked and you can 't go wrong with a sirloin steak and fries : My other half is vegetarian and they only had one choice for a main. However we paid a £3 supplement which I was happy to do so she got a very tasty veggie burger. The staff were very friendly and attentive, cocktails were nice as was the house red which was part of the deal. We ate early at 18.00 which was quiet, there were a few people in there but throughout the night it got busier. I would hope the service would 've been the same if we had reserved for 20.00 !! I have no doubt it still would 've been good. I would recommend this restaurant and the full menu prices and drinks weren 't extortionate. We 'll definitely try the place again."

"Fantastic!!!! Staff really friendly and even gave me complimentary dishes as I had gone two days in a row. Can't fault anything. Only complaint is that the portions are too big; don't eat anything before visiting as you will definitely be full. Highly recommend this awesome place. The £21.99 platter is a real good deal. You get the hot and cold meze starter, platter of meats with rice, dessert of your choice and tea or coffee. The second time I just had the mixed grill and that too was good value at £12.99."

"I was disappointed with my latest visit to this restaurant. I have had great experiences here before, but this time was not as enjoyable. I made a last-minute reservation on a Saturday night and was surprised to find no one to greet us at the door. The restaurant was nearly empty, aside from a large family group who had been there before us. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I was unimpressed. It's a shame because this restaurant had so much potential when it first opened."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"visited the greyhound with my family and had a nice afternoon before the log fire, followed by a fantastic home cooked dinner! we have shown the accommodation with a view of a future visit in the environment. simple and clean and expensive. we will stay again and cannot wait to taste the breakfast! all talked and saved about it. great atmosphere, friendly staff. highly recommended!"

"I almost passed the place for months. until I saw people enjoy so much. I entered, it looked small from inside, but what is inside is unique, beautiful, authentic and safe best menu I have seen in a dam the French menu is...not disappointed. the starters are really awesome. the meat steak, bavette. "Would have given it 0 stars if it was an option. After being a regular customer for the better part of the last year. I have definitely seen this business crumble, perhaps due to a change of management after not seeing the usual regular happy faces I used to. Staff clearly aren’t happy there and if you listen close enough when sat in, you will hear the new senior staff speak to their staff with such disrespect. Food has gone downhill, used to be the best by far in harrogate, now I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. If you want soggy waffles and undercooked cookie dough, then this is the best place for you! Not to mention the serious lack of hygiene and food safety. As for the staff, most are very polite and give good service, credits to them for working in such an underperforming and most likely underpaying environment! Shame really to see what was such a successful place fall to the ground, don’t see it being there much longer!"

"Popped in because Mum wanted coffee in the sunshine and ended up staying for dinner. The pub is light and airy, with good selections of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is varied with a mix of classics and more modern dishes, beautifully prepared and presented by a friendly and helpful staff. The garden is marvelous with a long stretch of lawn amid tall trees, and a small play area with a climbing frame. I would most heartily recommend it, and intend to return many times in the future."

"The atmosphere of the lounge is nice. I went to it at 9:30 at night, but I felt that it was better when I went in the afternoon, and to be honest, I feel that it is suitable for those who like quiet and do not like crowds, because there was almost no one in there except us.. There was no room for anything, and you order what you want normal. As for the sweets, we tried the tiramisu, which was normal, and the sweet one. The second one tastes like baklava. It was delicious, but I was shocked by its small size. I remember we ordered two coffees, two sweets, and one large water, and our account came out at around 67 pounds. Most importantly, it doesn't need a reservation. Go straight ahead and they let you in. It's normal to see that the cappuccino is the one with Bvlgari written on it, but if you ask them, they can write you a latte later."

"Can’t believe I’ve not been here until today, as I’ve always lived just up the road and am a serial moaner about the quality of Pizzas in the UK. What a lovely experience. "Very lovely place, good food and live music is a and this is the main reason we are coming often. However, no matter how good is the place, the staff is very rude. Specifically one of the waiters (white hair guy) after we finished our dinner he brought the bill and placed it loudly hitting the table in front of me .. and while we were thinking that this was a misunderstanding… moments after he poked me and showed me the POS in order to pay. He brought the POS literally in front of my face while I was having a conversation. Later the same waiter came to collect the glasses of wine that we were still drinking and when we refused he ironically showed us the empty bottle of the wine splitting the last drops to our glasses. While my friend was holding at her glass, the guy turned the bottle 360ᵒ by spilling the last drop of wine on her dress. His behavior have been noticed also previous times and it is really disappointing for such a nice place. We feel really sorry about him and we wish him to fix soon whatever triggers this behavior."

"We had made a reservation for afternoon tea at the Harlequin Restaurant in the Kingsway Hall Hotel during the Christmas period through Open Table. However, we discovered the day before our reservation that the hotel was closed for refurbishment and would not reopen until 2019. Despite our efforts, we were unable to find another suitable afternoon tea venue near Covent Garden at such short notice, so we had to change our plans entirely. It was disappointing to see the hotel closed when we passed by, and although I notified Open Table of the situation the day before, it was still a letdown to have our Christmas day out spoiled. We did receive a response from Open Table on the day of our reservation with an apology and additional points awarded, but it did not fully compensate for the inconvenience."

"We originally travelled to Swansea for a gig but was cancelled, so we booked the Rasoi as a last minute thing, I hadn't heard of it before, but was really pleased we did. The minute we walked in we were welcomed by the staff and they were very friendly. The atmosphere and restaurant was great, the Christmas tree was up and looked very festive. The food was amazing.
