"Food was nice but overpriced for what it was. Not much service. Had to keep getting waiters attention for them to clear plates etc then when I asked to give a tip based on my experience rather than an added overpriced service charge I was told I could only pay the full service charge or nothing. When I said I wouldn’t pay one the manager was quick to come over and say I could pay a tip of my choice."

It's a great location, food is good, great selection of cocktails and wine and service was excellent too. One of our regular haunts in Covent Garden as it is so reliable.

the food was good, but the service was terrible. had to ask for the menu, had to put the order, had to ask for the dessert menu, then when it arrived, we had no time for dessert. very disappointing.

We arrived and were not acknowledged, after some time we chose to eat elsewhere as we felt quite the fool standing at the entrance. Granted this spot is in the middle of a touristy place, however service levels should not change due to this

oliven came after starters medium filet steak was well done at the first attempt, and medium rare rump at the second pass. only shocking. had never been the whole bill and £40 wein wavy was the first time, and last time I will ever put foot in the place

We have visited this restaurant three times in the last four weeks and have enjoyed every occasion. Our companions have included grandchildren up to ninety- year-olds and none of us was disappointed. Alex, our waiter on our last visit, could not have served us better with his charming manner and attentiveness. Thank you.

We are regular visitors at Tuttons, Covent Garden because we’re always greeted warmly, the staff are attentive, the ambience is brilliant and the food is good. Sitting outside in the sun, with family or friends and the buzz of Covent Garden it doesn’t get much better than that. Already looking forward to another visit this Saturday.

we ordered our drinks and eat and within 5 minutes was eating on the table and drinks appeared halfway through the meal the meal was tasteless. when eating our food workers, where behind us, but far too close, felt like we were watching. when we paid our bill we asked why we don't like to pay the service fee. very disappointed would not recommend.

I was slightly disappointed today. No problem with the food but the service wasn't great. We ordered 2 coffees at the end of the meal, 1 arrived OK, but we had to ask twice before the 2nd one arrived. And I do not appreciate being asked if we wanted the bill before we were ready to request it. We were well within the 2 hours that our table wasbooked for.

I had no opportunity to visit Tuttons for 5 years, and I am glad that it is as good as ever. really enjoyed eating, but only 4/5 given, as my partner banoffee did not recognize as such, but 6/5 to the personal to offer a discount without being asked. recommend the filter coffee. imo, price was fair in consideration of the location and excellent quality. wants to wait 5 years back!
