"The restaurant and bar has a lovely atmosphere, and the cocktails are quite good. However, they were late in seating us, and it took 20 minutes for us to order drinks even after we seated ourselves. The food was disappointing; the seabass ceviche was overcooked and very fishy with little flavor. Overall, everything took a long time to arrive, and it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. The experience felt a bit chaotic and disorganized."

"The portion size is small and the cost for such small portions is high. The suggested three items per diner make it a thirty pounds per head experience. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant, and the team working in their work very hard to deliver everything promptly and provide a really good service. Not sure I'll return based on the costs."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Although the food was nice i have to say i was disappointed with the overall feeling i got from our evening. I had booked a table for my husband and myself for a meal on tuesday 25th June for dinner. As requested on the booking information i said it was my husbands birthday a special one , nothing was mentioned at all. I didn't expect a full blown chorus of happy birthday and candles etc, but an acknowledgment would have been nice . We had three courses and weren't offered coffee or a liqueur . I just feel it lacked any personal touches, maybe its just us as we have dined in some fantastic restaurants over the years."

"I ordered a goat cheese salad at this restaurant and it was disappointingly small and lacked flavor. Additionally, they had already added a service charge to the bill, yet the waitress, who provided no service, had the audacity to ask for an additional tip on the credit card machine. Witherespoon serves better meals than her. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant and I do not recommend it to anyone I know."

"This was our third visit this year, and honestly, the restaurant is just mediocre. Leatherhead doesn’t have many good dining options, so we keep returning to this Italian place. This time, I started with an avocado, tomato, and mozzarella salad, but it had no flavor at all. For my main course, I ordered spaghetti vongole, but it was gritty, so I couldn't eat it. The owner did offer an alternative, but I just didn’t feel like eating anymore. My partner ordered a pizza, but unfortunately, the crust wasn’t crispy. We ended up paying and leaving without much satisfaction. I don’t think we’ll return again in the future."

"Not a good experience tonight. Usually food and wait time is really good but not tonight. Lots of people waiting ages for their food. We had the BBQ combo and the meat was cold with hardly any sauce. We asked for more sauce and the waitress brought it to us in a squeezy bottle (also cold). Maybe they had kitchen troubles but we are hesitant to go back in a hurry."

"Choice of steaks is very limited for a place advertising itself as a steak house. Since I was quite hungry, I asked for a medium T-Bone, which was the only cut of meat on the menu above 10oz. in weight. I got a cold piece of meat that looked medium from outside but was completely red inside, and this was the first serious red flag. However, the point of cooking was not the main problem. The meat was tough and chewy at an unacceptable level. Sides were nice. Service was fine but too aggressive in pouring unwanted water and wine (had to stop them twice). Price was below average but this doesn't fix the problem."

I was greeted by annunziata and then served by the Slovak manager, whom I do not remember the names, but was supercompetent and always looking at me. if they are alone usually tables tend to overlook them, but this time was not the case. I ordered the special of the day, a dessert and a coffee. Waiting times were for what was cooked, and the staff is attentive to everything that goes on the floor. only small cons is the toilet of the herrn has a window in which people can go after what business they do. I will either set a ventilation and close the window or use something else. the prices are good and the steingebackene pizza is superior to the other in the city. also a hauch of class does not immediately charge the 20% up, but let them know that everything goes up in tips straight to waiter. that is a really classy and all business should take note. make one like and taste this restaurant when they live here."

"We enjoyed a substantial meal with impressive portion sizes that offered great value for money. The service was generally good, although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy moments. They did a commendable job overall. The only downside was the music; it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant, with the same 4 or 5 tracks on repeat, which were quite upbeat. A bit more variety and a lower volume would have enhanced the atmosphere. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience overall. This was our second visit, but we only come to Bradford occasionally."

"dissatisfied when we often visit the Bradford industry that we love, we thought we would try the Preston industry as the menu was a little different. we reserved one table and it seemed that they could not find our booking, after all they found him and sat us. the menu has been torn apart and falling apart, our food coming over 30 minutes, we were not told how long it would take. my man ordered a steak and sweet potatoes and a sauce. the sose came 10 minutes after receiving the steak, he had finished the steak and the sweet kartoffel friries did not arrive yet, although a waiter said they were on the way. When I asked a woman I suspect is the manager, she said, we don't sell her anymore, for another member of the staff, and say we have some and we make her. the whole experience was terrible and would not return to the Preston branch. I add the mocktails tasted beautiful, but eating is much better in the bradford filiale"

"Today I am here with a friend, after a walk in the park, fortunately there were few tables not booked, and was pleasantly surprised by the series of beer, weine and few apple wines they serve. it is Sunday, so we had little choice, but with the frying to go, the worrying after a few minutes of us ordered. for him and bark meat for me, both served with roasted carrots (a bit chewing), brokkoli, carrots and green beans (cooked) and pickled red caulis with a good amount gravy and yorkshire pudding. only the difference was a bit of constipation in the chicken meal, which left my friend quite impressive, he actually left a part of the meat, carrots and cabbage as well. my bark was well cooked, but really thin. all in all was quite small and somewhat too expensive and the quality was not the best, even though we were among the first to be there. the actual hit were the drinks and we enjoyed some. I try again in the week to see if your regular menu is better."

"Wellington exceeded our expectations! We stayed there on Saturday afternoon and the terrace was full. The terrace is located on a very busy corner, so people watch and energy is great. Many people sit outside and enjoy their drinks and a beautiful sunny afternoon. We sat at the top in their dining room and had a nice table at the window, overlooking the terrace from above. We ordered the Grilled Sea Bass with Chorizo, grilled paprika, baby potatoes and broccoli as well as the Chicken Portabello Mushroom Pie. The cake was good, but not great... Next time I would try another cake, probably the Steak Pale Ale cake. The grilled Sea Bass was however INCREDIBLE! So fresh, light and tasteful. One of the best dishes we had throughout our journey to Europe. Wash it with a Nicholson Pale Ale and a Pimm cocktail. A real British lunch!"

"A very disappointing experience. The menu on the web site is nothing like the menu you are given at the table. The menu is extremely limited and poor. The meal is not value for money as you are charged for all the extras, such as chips etc on top of the mail item. This restaurant needs to look at the surroundings competition and adjust accordingly otherwise they will go out of business. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, very very poor hence the low star rating."

"Koba offers a variety of Korean Barbecue delights. The lunch time menu is affordable and includes all the usual accompaniment you'd expect. Everything is prepared fresh which is great but means service at midday isn't the quickest. I had the lunchtime beef barbecue which came with a small bibimbap (hot bowl rice and veg). The thing slithers of beef were delicious they cooked in minutes. I wasn't a fan of the lighting in the restaurant as it was a little dark/dull. Although the food was good, I preferred the overall atmosphere and experience at SuperStarBBQ."
