"My most recent experience was the lunch Mogo chips cassava chips are meant to be softer Pani puri no chick peas fortunately (I don’t like chick peas in my puri, I like moong sprouts instead thus these are perfect). The water was sooo delicious! Tasted very authentic Masala fries delicious fries sprinkled with a bit of Chaat masala, sanchar (black salt), chill powder etc Sev puri not sure why this was so good but it just was Bhel puri great, but nothing compared to the sev puri Salty and mango lassi salty lassi tastes like chaas (buttermilk). Alternatively, mango lassi is ideal if you’re looking for something sweet A pasta plate not sure why they even served it or had it on the menu Dahi rice with tadka not my personal favourite Mains Aubergine matar best main ever Palak paneer another great dish. Very soft paneer Kadhi Dal makhani they removed dal makhani from the buffet menu, but we ordered it from Al carte. I used to love it, but felt it lacked a bit of salt Desserts Gulab jamun hard to go wrong with it. It’s slightly less sweet compared to some of the other ones I’ve had (still super sweet though) but I love that! Chocolate mousse with carrot tarte everyone loved the mousse! The carrot tart doesn’t necessarily pair well with the chocolate mousse but I liked it anyway (wouldn’t re-order the tart though) Malai kulfi beautiful presentation and delicious! Many times better than the mango kulfi which no one seemed to enjoy as much Birthday sponge cake mixed it with a bit of malai kulfi from earlier and loved it Ras malai if you like ras gulla you will love this Nice ambience. Good service. Love it!"

"these are dotted around london and I was always thrilled by the facility. it looks like a deli with all the hanging jamon, then there is the tapas bar and also a casual sitting restaurant vibe. behind the bar, you will see the display of various Spanish meats and be ready to be cut, plated and served. With a friend in the city and a group of us want to entertain him, nothing completely fits like a tapas sharing experience. equipped with my taste card we drove to holborn for our reserved table. the Holborn site is large, open and airy. high ceiling, large windows above the front and beautifully spaced tables/sele. we sat in a corner that was good, as I knew, that we would probably get a little rainy. if you haven't seen a friend for a long time, of course, the wee, the remembrances are reappearing and the sweat burst. Having ordered a white and red wine from a Spanish wine list that ranged from aragon to toro, we studied the tapas menu for our choices. we went for every food group, with classy like pimento pardon and kartoffel bravas, to some lush gambas pil pil (king prawns in olive oil with garlic and chili). grilled chestnut mushrooms with Spanish blue cheese and garbanzo con chorizo (chorizo, kichererbsen, Piquillo pepper with pimento). a selection of Spanish cheeses and estofado de cerdo (a basque stew of slowly boiled pork, with carrots and carrots). it was a good cross-section of the food that was very tasty. it was enough for us four. I would be interested in a future visit, as there is nothing like Spanish meat. / mas q menos is a really relaxing place, ideal for getting friends. the service was nice, our waiter spoke about Spanish, recommended some dishes and led us through the wine list. we will definitely visit again and with off-food with tastecard, it makes the experience even sweeter."

"With health and wellness being at the top of the foodie agenda once again, my search for amazing health food cafes in London suddenly got a lot easier. I even saw an article about green juice on the Daily Mail the other day- talk about mainstream! And although I'm truly a newbie to this way of eating, I am (literally) hungry for more. Thus today I am sharing one of my newly found favourites: Maple Fitz At the launch of ClassPass in London at Barry's Bootcamp we were kindly fed post-workout by Maple Fitz. We indulged in fresh, tasty and healthful salads that gave us that post-sweat pick me up in style. If you've never heard of them then get yourself down to their Fitzrovia store ASAP! Maple Fitz specialises in healthy, honest and whole foods. Everyday salads are made fresh and served up with optional extras such as chicken, salmon or halloumi cheese. My favourites include the Mexican Bean Salad, the dairy free Caeser Kale Salad and the vibrant Red Cabbage Soba Noodle Salad. You can mix and match 3-5 salads to eat in or take away, then explore their yummy treat table for healthy but naughty goodies. Whilst enjoying your salad why not soak up more vitamins with a gorgeous juice. These too are freshly made and stored in the beverage fridge to grab and go. Last time I visited I went for the Little Miss Sunshine to wake me up. This features a delicious blend of orange, grapefruit, lime, ginger and cayenne pepper. Now if anything is going to shake off any post-night-out tiredness it's definitely this juice. Prices start at £6.95 for takeaway. Maple Fitz can be found at: 36A Berners St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 3LY"

"We’ve eaten here before a few times and really enjoyed it. Usually the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about both food and wine and really engage with you during the ordering process. The staff today were dismal by comparison. One woman started arguing with me when I asked to move tables because we were directly in the line of a heater and it was making me uncomfortable. We moved table (eventually) and got a different waitress who was nice enough, but clearly overstretched with the few tables she was looking after and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get anything, to the point of being annoying. The loos were absolutely disgusting which shocked me at an establishment which charges very very highly for its services. The dirty waste units are jammed up against the side of the loos and the loo seats (two out of three someone was in the third loo so I couldn’t check) were broken and slung off to one side where people have tried to sit on them without their legs touching the waste unit, to the point where the loo seat has snapped from its hinges. The loos are also bizarrely low to the ground and were not clean. The food was good but not exceptional, which it has been on previous visits. It wasn’t all bad the Maitre ‘d was his usual great self and very sweetly brought over a little Happy Birthday plate with a candle and some nice chocolates for my partner. The bill was extremely expensive bread, one main course, a mid range bottle of wine, a few sides, two ice creams and some water cost £175. I don’t mind spending a bit of money for a special meal, on occasion, but this wasn’t worth it and we will think twice before going there again. We took off the 12.5% gratuity which added nearly £20 to our bill because we didn’t think the service even remotely deserved it. In fact, our first waitress made me so angry that had it not been a special dinner for my partner, we would have left at that point. The only thing that might tempt me back is that we have had three previous good experiences, so perhaps it was just a very expensive duff night."
