The food was bland, slightly burnt and poorly presented. It may have just been an off day but it was too bad, for me to give it another chance. However, I would go back for a drink"

Very friendly service but slightly slow as had a large booking at the same time as us. But we didn’t mind and the warmth of welcome made up for this. Good quality food and homemade, plus a wide choice available.Overall, very enjoyable lunch

We tried many of our old haunts and they were all fully booked but we found space at the Fox and Hounds. We are pleased we did. The Sunday roast was excellent and the service was superb, from the welcome when we first arrived and then throughout attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back
