"Myself and a friend have been doing the rounds with michellin star restaurants this will definitely be in our top few favourites. We were led into a charming little nook that was very private. The service was extremely good efficient but also majority of staff were willing to have little chats and seemed appreciate humour. Every dish was fine art carefully plated and tasted amazing, we had been to sketch a couple of weeks before which was also a three star but they are poles are apart with this restaurant being a very clear winner. We were extremely honoured to be given a walk through the kitchens which added to the experience. Utterly delightful would love to come again."

"what a nice place to eat. as a party of 10 baby in high chair, we were greeted eagerly. we had 3 children in our party, and as soon as we arrived they were offered water and something to nibble. the service was attentive without being intrusive, the baby was treated like a printine! he was even treated with his own bowl cherry tomatoes. the food was excellent in quality, and there was a corresponding gap between the curses. we have managed to find a cheap gavi and montepulciano on the wine list. the atmosphere was alive without being loud. if I didn't live in the west, I'd be back, probably at least once at 15 o'clock."

"Brasserie Blanc has a great reputation, and for good reason! Always a bit hesitant to go because of the price-tag, my pal and I decided to go here for their pre-theatre set-dinner. 3 courses wine £19...sold! For my starter, I had a Chorizo and Potato salad, which was delicious and very unique. My main course was a Haddock Risotto, which was perfectly creamy and savory. My dessert was a Chocolate Pudding, which was more like a chocolate lava cake. All of the dishes where fairly large portions, contrary to what I had heard about this place before. "A disappointing experience which failed to live up to the expense. One semi cold lobster out of 3 ordered and (same one) reheated again brought back 15 mins later with barely an apology. Should have been knocked off the bill. No lobster crackers. Condiments took ages to be brought. Wrong wine brought (more expensive). Water filled for only half the table. Gave up trying to get waiter's attention. Embarrassed to have chosen what I thought would be a nice restaurant for very good friends. No doubt the service was overwhelmed but having more or bigger jugs left on the table would have been a simple improvement as well as the right cutlery and a more service oriented attitude when things go wrong. And questionable food hygiene and principle in offering something that has been reheated more than once that has had a bite taken out it... When serving small half lobsters, surely it wouldn't have been too much to find another new half."

"The single handily worst meal and eating experience I’ve ever had in my 42 years on this earth , on New Years Eve nonetheless. The issues are too countless to even write but literally from start not knowing they even had alcohol and not knowing the word vodka to the food , severe goes to the hospital allergy that we mentioned over 7 times and still came out with the allergens, to the incredibly non interested management this week place was an absolute joke. If the steak was world class I’d try to give more credit but it was on the lower third of all steaks I’ve had in my life and I had the best surf and turf option on menu. Absolute horrible experience in ever possible way."

"The restaurant has great service from friendly staff who are always willing to assist. They are polite and efficient without being overbearing. The dining room is well presented with a good bar and service. While some dishes may be slightly overpriced, the food and drinks are all excellent with beautiful presentation. "There is not an abundance of restaurants open on Christmas Day in London, so it was a pleasant surprise when we found out Brasserie Chavot would be serving a holiday set dinner, as we have wanted to try this restaurant for awhile. We couldn't have asked for a better meal ! 5 scrumptious courses up to Michelin standards. The White Bean soup with Foie Gras was outstanding as was the cured salmon served with the most surprisingly tasty cabbage slaw. The main course of roast turkey, though very traditional, was made special with a pistachio stuffing and delicious herbed potatoes. A couple of great desserts, a very good house red, and friendly service completed this great experience. Though this was a special holiday offering, I have to imagine that there everyday food and service would be just as memorable."

"I had heard so many wonderful things about Chez Jules, so I thought it was about time that I check them out. I love the vibe inside so much, art work on the walls and dimmed lighting. "It can be the bad relationship of the most elegant restaurant Le Club Gascon next door. The menu can be a little limited and the service a little slow. But the waiters here also double as food preparers, not only giving the last touches to the food perhaps cooked in a shared kitchen, but in the case of the dessert of the day tightening through the nozzle of a gun the creamy fillers in the leafy cakes. The menu of the day appeared on an external board like 10 for a more dessert incoming and only 3 extra for a first glass of wine that I described slightly differently in the printed menu as 3 for an incoming, 8. 50 for a main dish and 3 for a dessert. The menu changes weekly. Today it started with a beautifully marmoleated ham teat with salad and crunchy bread. The main part of the steak of smoked eglefino was a bit disappointed by its slightly disappointing potato pieces, but completely redeemed by its mushroom sauce. The piece of resistance, however, was, possibly, the profiteroles both in terms of flavor and presentation. A double espresso coffee cane with a chocolate cake that complements the profiteroles very well. With the French cuisine of this quality, where could you find a better lunch offer anywhere in London?"

"We had a beautiful meal here today. The manager staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had our dogs with us got a fabulous snug with a log burning stove to enjoy our food. The food was delicious and excellent quality. We will definitely be back. The only small niggle was the lack of parking (only around 7 spaces which were filled) so we had to park a fair bit away walk but it was worth it. Keep up the good work !"

"we really enjoyed our meal here. came to celebrate our 9th anniversary. Unfortunately, we were not told during our booking that we would only have 90 minutes of the table, as we felt in a hurry and on cursing a bad decision from the office hardly jumped fair on the staff. my main meal was pork belly it was divine 10/10 my man had the rib and he was very happy with him cooked to his lust. I decided for the mont blanc from the festive menu for dessert it was such a disappointment 1/10 bought in meringue very small chestnut and saw chocolate drops that were more like what they melted down for tempting. cote should improve or take it from the menu. I have let the server know of my unmut, unfortunately I have paid the full price for it. our drinks were well made and the wee was excellent, the employees were very friendly and efficient, especially the cookies served. so close to getting 5 stars."

"we had a fantastic evening here! the personal is fantastic and the environment is very relaxing and even more so that they have now opened a cocktail bar next to it. the menu is full of very simple but tasty dressed and make the best Scottish ingredients. there is something in the menu for everyone. the set menu in the offer is almost as good as it al a carte menu. we would definitely recommend to book before they go along when we left the place was a hive of activity."

"EDIT: Attended again recently. We still enjoyed our visit, and the food was very nice as always. The wait and kitchen staff were slammed, though. A very busy Friday evening, and it was clear they were struggling to keep up with a full house. There were long waits between courses, and after our initial drinks on arrival, it was very hard to get anyone's attention to order more, so we went without and declined dessert. Many tables surrounding us were in the same situation with long waits and lack of check-ins. Feel this was an under scheduling/staffing issue as I want to make it clear the staff themselves were amazing, polite, friendly, and trying very hard to spread themselves between large sections. Previous visit: Always go here when we have a special occasion to celebrate. Tonight was for my husbands 30th. As always, they don't disappoint. Relaxed atmosphere, great services, polite and friendly staff, all topped by delicious food."

"this is a beautiful restaurant, rather similar to a raised French brasserie. there is a sitting area outside. there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu and I ordered from it. I loved eating that I had. it was easy, but delicious. for the starter I had a pea and nice suppe, then for a main course I had the baked miso aubergine. as dessert I ordered the mandel panna cotta. the service was good, although our waiter was sometimes somewhat abrupt. all the others were very friendly. this place changes their menu depending on the season, so hopefully they will also contain some new vegan options in the future. pricely, it was not too bad, but it is the kind of place where she would probably go for a contract."

"A well decorated, warm and cosy restaurant that offers limited but high quality food. I tried a buffalo Burrata and steak tartare, there were both okay and cannot say anything about the quality however there is still room to improve. Tartare was tasty but wasn't seasoned properly and the only sides that you can mix were capers and mustard. the meat itself needed something more to season it. Fried potatoes were warm at best but tasty. Burrata was okay but the sides have to be improved. Still a nice restaurant for a quick lunch."
