Wayyyyy to expensive for what you get. 500 pounds for ok sandwiches 4 each btw and way to many sweet stuff. The sweets are beautiful and elegant.

We had a wonderful experience at Mad Hatter Tea. The portion sizes were generous and exceeded our expectations. The desserts were both visually appealing and scrumptious.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the ambiance is just right. Our group of five had a great time there and enjoyed the delicious tea and food. Mr. Amit, the manager, is exceptionally kind and welcoming.

This was such an intimate, dazzling and unforgettable experience. My first time having afternoon tea, what better way then in the heart of London at the Taj. The tea, the treats and the service was superb, 10/10 would recommend and return.

My wife and I had dinner at Kona prior to going to Victoria theatre. The food was delicious and was presented very artistically. The staff were very pleasant and seemed excited to be there. They gave great wine recommendations as well. Overall a wonderful start to the evening.

Extremely expensive for the food we received. The quality of the food was really good, but it was all served at lightning speed way too fast, little time to enjoy the food before the next bites would come and we only were given a single pot of tea. I expected more, it was severely overpriced.

Simply delightful! The nicest high tea I have ever had . Make sure you have the secret garden high tea. The sandwich’s are unlimited so if you need more savoury food , just ask. In fact , everything is unlimited though there is no way you need any more sweets. They will kindly package up the leftovers . They are too good to leave behind!!

Had Afternoon Tea at Kona which I booked a few weeks in advance. Customer service before the day wasn’t great difficult to get hold of the restaurant and team and when I could get through was hardly getting any decent support. On the day of the afternoon tea, we were stuck in severe train delays which meant we got there late. I called them to advise them of the situation and the service again was a bit abrupt. Luckily we managed to get an extra twenty minutes at the end of the time a lot but definitely wasn’t the ‘high end’ service I was expecting. A bit disappointed with being rushed and the rudeness of the staff

The restaurant and staff were lovely. But your food let you down particularly the Vegan food We made sure the restaurant knew 3 of our party were Vegans, I phoned as well as detailed on booking The Vegan food was poor, The Vegan scones, broke into dust when you try to cut them, so uneatable There was no Vegan cream The other cakes were mostly inedible I think you have made the vegan and gluten free food together which is lazy and isn’t nice The price of £75 per head should have been of a higher standard When we asked for extra sandwiches although the server made us feel fine about this, two other staff did stand quite near to our table an discuss this loudly making some of my family feel unc...
