"This restaurant never fails to impress as far as the general attitude of the staff, the service, and as for the quality of the food is concerned, it is just divine. I am, however, a little concerned about the phone call I received from the restaurant on the day requesting that my booking be moved forward by a half hour, due to over subscription at the time of my booking, when on arrival many tables we empty and remained empty throughout my entire dining experience. I even encountered an old friend while exiting who was dining with his family, but the table they were seated at had two spare seats. I do hope that situation is never repeated and that the unused seats and tables were the result of the activities of a proactive management."

We love Gaucho restaurant. We have been before so many times but last time we had fillet steak for us and children which both were chewy and I would say the quality very average. We expected much better. I’m not sure we will go back again. Unfortunately

The service was impeccable, very polite , curt and responsive a special shout out for our hostess Victoria who made this a very warm and memorable experience. The food was perfect, the starters, mains and desserts. Our steaks were done perfect, the sauces were spot on and sides were nothing less than expected. Only drawback was the size of our table , we were three and struggled with out crockery cutlery and glasses.

Hadn’t been to gaucho for years and this was a solid reminder as to why we hadn’t. Always surprised by steak places that can’t properly cook steak. My wife’s medium rare was blue/rare and they tried to claim that is what medium rare looks like. Only when I pointed out that my steak (which looked completely different internally) was medium rare that they admitted they may have got it wrong. Insanely overpriced and rubbish
