"I’ve visited this store numerous times. The food is impeccable but the serving staff on the other hand are nothing but the rudest servers I have ever come across. Not once have I been in and not received some form of attitude from the staff. Can’t fault the kitchen staff but the staff on the floor are not fit for customer service. The last time I came was lunchtime and the man who sat us down gave us the lunchtime special menu which states to take the cold items off the conveyer belt. And order the hot food. No one came over to the table to take any orders so I ordered the drinks and hot food items through the qr code. We picked the items that were on the specials menu. When it came to pay the bill, it was more than I calculated so I asked why this was. And the response was nothing but attitude, the man spoke to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I told him that it said to take off the conveyer belt and said nothing about ordering with a server. I have never been so angry with someone speaking to me like I’m beneath them. I think this store needs to seriously train their staff or replace them altogether"

"if they are looking for somewhere to dinate with a group of friends, family or even their partner, then sticks n sushi won't give them up. this location is absolutely beautiful and in beautiful canary wharf. the decor and layout of the restaurant is simple yet aesthetically appealing. many options to choose from in the menu and I am sure that everything you choose will be satisfied. we enjoyed everything from edamame and calamari to sushi and scallops. we have the hot cataific (scallops.) they were crispy on the outside and yet soft and tasty on the inside. the scallops themselves tasted very fresh and the aromas of this selection worked very well together. we recommend this very much! the staff was fantastic and very helpful when it came to order. they are very well informed about the menu and gave some good recommendations!"

"I used to frequent the Queen Street branch of this restaurant a few years ago before the pandemic, visiting multiple times a week. The food was always fresh, tasty, and plentiful. However, after visiting twice in recent months, I am greatly disappointed. The teriyaki chicken now tastes more like boiled chicken with a sauce poured on top, and the portions of meat are small. I also ordered karaage on my second visit, but when asked about my rice and vegetable preferences, it wasn't followed through on. The portions were lackluster, and the sauce resembled a tasteless, clear glue. It felt like a throwback to old Asian takeaways with MSG from the 80s. It's a shame that the quality has declined so much, but despite this, people still seem willing to wait in line. I used to miss this place when I went to our suburban kokoru chain, but even that offers tastier and better value food than this restaurant."

"Fantastic range of small dishes and meals for lunch and dinner. The menu ranges from scandi to oriental, so something for everyone. The menu is clearly marked with allergens, including what meals can be adapted. The chicken is halal and vegan and vegetarian options are plentiful. The cocktail and mocktail menu is great and they do one of the best espresso martinis in Shrewsbury. The decor is modern and comfortable and there is plenty of space. As a wheelchair user, I can get into the ground floor and to a table. The outside seats are up a small step, but the whole front of the building is a retractable wall of windows, so I can still get the feeling of eating outside in good weather. The service is friendly and knowledgeable about allergies, the menu and the wine list. The staff are helpful and unobtrusive. The only difficulty for me (hence the 4 star review) is that the accessible bathroom is next door, in their sister bar, Libertine. Unfortunately, libertine isn't open the same hours as HotRS, so I can only use it at certain times. The ladies does have a lock on the door, so staff have cleared the ladies toilets, which allowed me to take my chair in and lock the door. I had to walk a couple of steps to get into a stall but my chair was safely with me. Of course, there is also no alarm cord, but they stood outside the door so would have heard if I shouted for help."

"I never write reviews, but for ginza I just have to: I took my partner for her birthday and the moment when we arrived, it was a fantastic experience. Although the restaurant was very busy and we were not able to have the regular table that I originally booked, the staff gave us the choice, either on the Teppanyaki counter or the Robata, which I thought was a lot to sit on the standard. the food and the drinks were from this world. we ordered some starters and sushi from the a la carte menu to start and then we ordered some items from the teppanyaki and robata menu. also the chef on the Teppanyaki counter this evening (27/11/21) was extremely friendly and attentive. he was very tight and we have the feeling that he had extra time and effort in our dishes. he even personally brought the dishes on our table and was extremely informative in the description of the dishes. finally our server, richard, would not have been a better host. he was attentive, friendly and remembered all the complicated details. he combined each individual asspect of the service and transformed an already fabulous meal into an unforgettable culinary experience. he engaged in charming talk and made sure that we felt like we were the only customers there. I will definitely come back and spread the word to my friends."

"I read a lot of great reviews on line and I thought I would experience a lovely time with my 18 month old daughter and best friend. I was really disappointed with how we were treated. I am also 8 and a half months pregnant and I’ve been to several restaurants in the past where I have taken mini snacks for my daughter just incase she did not like the food provided at the restaurant. Several restaurants had no issues with it. I was so disappointed with how we were approached. I was approached by a stern man who instructed me to put away the Pringles I gave my daughter to distract her whilst we ordered our food. It was very unprofessional of him and he was incredibly rude in the process when I tried to explain to him that my daughter is quite hungry and needs something He walked off in the midst of the conversation. He said it was not his problem if the child refused to eat the food they had at his restaurant but he was not prepared for us to have other food not purchased at the restaurant. As a mother, I have never heard of such a thing and felt very disappointed with how we were treated honestly. The service wasn’t great for the rest of the evening and very little attention was paid to detail. The other waiter at the bar was also quite rude and got frustrated with me when I got up to ask for cutlery. The service overall was just really heartbreakingly disappointing. We are as quickly as possible and left. I will not recommended this restaurant if you have a little child, as they do not seem to want to cater for certain people. I was quite disappointed as I saw the first waiter speak with people from his background quite nicely and served them nicely too."

"I really appreciate the idea of a quick and healthy food bar. I tried a lunchbox with a mixed salad, salmon, three toppings, and teriyaki sauce, which was incredibly tasty. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected with healthy snacks. I loved the ambiance of the place; it was very chic, clean, and colorful. "AVOID!!! Myself and my family decided to come and eat at KORI Bournemouth as it’s a fairly new restaurant. Also we are trying to support new and small businesses. HOWEVER we had an awful experience. I was with my husband and my 5 year old non verbal autistic son, my little boy was a little unsettled and upset. I tried to calm him down. We placed a large order of food and drinks, ranging from starters and mains. Once all our food arrived we were asked to leave the restaurant. The owner said my sons behaviour was stopping new customers from coming in as well as disturbing customers in his restaurant. HOWEVER it was on my family plus 1 single guy in the whole restaurant. The whole time we were there no one came to the restaurant. I agreed to leave and asked for the bill. I also explained my son is autistic and the restaurant was empty which was a reflection on his business not my sons behaviour. Also to add I found hair in my rice, I politely moved it to one side and did not say anything as I’m not the type to make big things out of something small or upset people, now thinking about it maybe I should of questioned the hygiene part of his restaurant. I hardly touched my food as we were asked to leave and it completely affected my appetite. I completely understand that sometimes kids crying can be a little distracting or annoying HOWEVER at the time we were at the restaurant it was only my family and 1 other person. It’s hard enough being a parent to an autistic child, I was really upset and we felt discriminated. This place is unhygienic and has awful customer service . For these reasons being and my overall experience, I now understand why the restaurant was empty."

"We had a lovely Coronation day Saturady lunch at Browns in Victoria. There was a small mix up at first as I had booked for a party of 6 people, the 3 Course set menu for £19.50ish, through The Fork. However when we arrived, although the restaurant was expecting us, we were informed that the set menu was only available Monday to Fridays. We spoke to the manager and he was very helpful and gave us the set menu. He dealt with the situation very nicely and we had a really nice experience. The food especially the chicken and leek pie, was great and the staff were all very friendly . I would highly recommend this place. Thank you"

"After booking a short stay in Edinburgh for Easter, I decided to try out this restaurant for our first meal. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be just a short walk from where we were staying. This worked out perfectly after a long and tiring 6-hour journey. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional and the quality of the meals was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. I was particularly impressed by the delicious vegan meal I ordered, and my family thoroughly enjoyed their choices as well. Our waiter, who I unfortunately didn't catch the name of, was welcoming and knowledgeable. He even shared interesting information about the cafe's concept, which involves three different themed stores around Edinburgh. We finished off the evening back at our apartment, sharing a fantastic vegan dessert. Overall, it was an amazing start and a great first experience in Edinburgh."

"this small, family-run Japanese restaurant is a hidden gem. the service is imperfect, but very polite to add the charm of the place. the menu is relatiw classic with taking some scrub rolls. one is the house roll (educated), which contains a lot of fish and is quite large cut. the actual excerpt was the horse mackerel sashimi (figurative). beautifully presented and extremely fresh and delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone who is close to the opposite and wants a high-quality No-Frills Japanese meal."

"This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I came specifically for the carvery, which was absolutely delicious. The venue is lovely and well-maintained. The only minor issue was that while the staff were very nice when we approached them, they weren't very attentive and it was difficult to get their attention. "That was an amazing experience! It was our first visit, and we went with the mother-daughter combo, trying the Beginner Choirstick. Annabelle was fantastic! She made excellent recommendations, and the entire experience felt wonderful. She offered us some extra samples to try, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly kind to my daughter, and we can’t wait to come back with the rest of the family for a long visit! The ambiance is simply beautiful; we sat on comfy woven pillows for an authentic touch.
