"A friend recommended this place to us. We have been in search of a good thai place in Bournemouth. Upon entering we were welcomed by the good ambience of a small fish pond and a nice server. We put in our orders which is a green papaya salad and spring rolls. The spring rolls was okay, but the papaya salad was amazing. It had that heat that I’ve been looking for in asian dishes. My husband who is not fond of fish sauce slurped the sauce of it. And then I ordered Pad Thai for mains and he ordered the drunken noodles. First bite and we were mind blown. It was amazing!!! The flavor profile and the mouth feel was just spot on. And the prices were great too. 2 starters and 2 mains was for less than £40. This is our new favorite place in Bournemouth. This place is so underrated."

"Service was unfriendly, my food was cold and we were stuck in a hurricane of a draught right next to the front door and when we asked very nicely if something could be done it seems they did not want to remove the door stop which was keeping the door cracked open. Nothing but water and juice on offer, no Jasmine or Green Tea and the bill which we had not requested was slapped down on the table as soon as we had finished eating our main courses, no dessert, nothing warm to drink, absolutely freezing cold, I was very happy to get out of there...never going back."

"A real Thai food. I would recommend the fruity pineapple rice as they mix fry the rice so well that the rice can really bring the scent of pineapple exciting your taste buds. The easy-to-make garlic sauce vegetable is unexpectedly great, having every vegetable provided cooked to a perfect condition! Ahh the size is also of a good size! "I used to work in the area and this restaurant was one of my go-to spots. However, on a recent visit, I was disappointed. The food was just average (though the portions were still generous) and the service was quite slow. While I understand that the restaurant can get busy, compared to other busy places, the wait was longer than usual. In the past, I didn't mind waiting 15-20 minutes, but this time the chicken pad thai didn't taste as good as before, so it wasn't worth the wait."

"We went here for a special family meal and it certainly lived up to the occasion. The food was delicious and the staff exceptional. We felt so well looked after and the atmosphere in the restaurant was brilliant. We had a selection of different starters, mains and deserts (I can highly recommend the mango sorbet) and came away delighted. Certainly worth a visit!"

"Went for a family dinner at Rosa’s Thai restaurant London and sad to say what a disappointment it was For starters the waiter made a complete mess of explaining the set meal which was advertised outside the place and were even given menus for the set meal We placed our order for drinks and when we were about to order we were told that we could not as one of our parties was not having a set meal (there were 6 of us So we then ordered from the main menu The drinks that we ordered took forever to come despite reminding staff about them a number of times The starter arrived but we had no plates/cutlery/serviettes and again had to ask the staff member The drinks finally arrived after the starters Just to say that bar (looks like make shift which is located next to the kitchen downstairs was very dirty and so was the gents toilet which were also located downstairs The positive point from The visit was the food was good but the overall service was very very poor to say the least To top this we were overcharged on the bill and has to inform the waiter on this issue I would be coming here in a hurry To the management suggest you re train some of your staff on customer services"

"A rather long wait one is forewarned on the menu , but eventually, very good food arrived. The owner ? not very engaging. Living in Bali I thought he might have something to say about Thailand, but he did not seem keen to engage in a conversation, however short. Oh well, end of season exhaustion?..but the son ? more concerned and apologised for the long wait.... the Thai ? lady in the kitchen gave me a big, genuine, smile when I stuck my head round the kitchen door on the way out and thanked her for the spicy food, just-as-we-like-it, and she reminded me of service back home in Bali . "I really enjoy this restaurant; it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, and I love being able to sample a bit of everything. My favorite part has to be the teppanyaki counter—I love watching my food being expertly cooked right in front of me on the hot grill. This place is also great for picky eaters! My kids absolutely love the unlimited ice cream and chocolate fountain. Overall, this restaurant checks all the boxes for a simple family meal. The prices are reasonable, especially with the unlimited soft drinks."

"A mate and I called in here after visiting Swindon for football, it came on my mate’s recommendation and a good recommendation it was too. The food was plentiful in choice on the menu and we plumped for the set meal which was excellent. Starting with a platter of fish cakes, prawn sesame toast, chicken satay skewers , prawns in batter which all tasted lovely, we then had duck and pancakes which were delicious. The duck was very tasty and there was sufficient for us to have three each. We then had the three dishes , one of beef Marsala, one of prawns and the other a chicken dish with a sizeable portion of boiled rice . The dishes all had a very different accompanying sauce and had such different flavours, again all very nice. No complaints at all. The set meal is £38 per head but you get a lot for it including crackers and a spicy sauce prior to the platter , and the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. I am not local, but next time I am in the area I will definitely be seeking to re visit. Word of warning, if you are dining in, it may be prudent to book as they get very busy. It is understandable why."

"We have visited Doi Intanon a few times over the years during our numerous stays in Ambleside and have always been pleased. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on our last visit. We felt the portions were skimpy and we don't have particularly large appetites. We were happy with our starters but not the mains. The chicken massamam was watery, consisted of mainly potato with just a few scraps of chicken and the stir fried beef was very tough despite being thinly sliced. The portions of rice were miniscule, unacceptable at almost £5 a portion by the time they add a 10% service charge to customer bills. The service was as one would expect but we didn't appreciate being presented with our bill before we had asked for it. We won't come here again as we left feeling unhappy and a tad hungry despite paying 30£ a head for a starter, main and a small beer each."

"Booked a table for 4 never been before, I know few people who have been several times not sure why. I think it lacks service not particularly friendly waiters only smiled when I did. I felt like they could have made more of an effort, we told them it was our first time and only had Thai once before. They were not interested in talking about the menu maybe because they didn’t understand or couldn’t hear as did notice one waiter had a hearing aid. Also they were all elderly and didn’t look Like they really wanted to be there. The decor was awful Christmas lights and various old fashioned pieces around the restaurant rather off putting. The food On the other hand was not bad I had tiger cry sirloin beef which was tasty and prawn noodles which were nice. The fish cakes for starter were not nice rubbery. I would go back for a second time and try some Other dishes but not in a hurry."

"Visited The Red Lion on Saturday lunch time for a meal with my family which we all thoroughly enjoyed. "eating was of excellent quality and great value, although we had to wait a little. the restaurant is compact at the back of the bulls head pubs so that they have to stand up and buy drinks at the bar itself. the tables on which we sat were in another height to each other, so that this was not so great. service was friendly and without a doubt we will visit again."

"For one reason in another we haven't ordered from this excellent Thai takeaway for a few months. It was long overdue so we ordered enough for two meals and it was fantastic. The menu is varied and interesting and every dish we've had from it has been authentic and excellent. it is authentic Thai cooking at its best and the portions are fairly good and spiced tea or taste The pork green curry was a standout, as was the king prawn with basil. We often get some Thai prawn crackers to supplement the food as these go really well. We get it delivered as it is someway from us and the services, fast and reliable. Highly recommended."
