"During our recent visit to Toby Carvery, we were somewhat disappointed with our meal. The roast potatoes were particularly subpar, being very dry and flavorless. Despite this, we did not raise a complaint as the rest of the meal, including the delicious beef, peas, and carrots, was enjoyable. Jasmine, our server, greeted us warmly, checked in on us regularly, and provided friendly service throughout our meal. We held off on addressing the issue with the roast potatoes until the end of our meal, but we are confident that Jasmine would have handled it promptly had we said something. Overall, we appreciate the great service provided and hope for better quality roast potatoes on our next visit. Thank you."
