"Shocking no skills customer service nor friendly no bar staff for over 10 mins. Finally got a table ordered drinks that came 20 mins later after going to get a staff member to ask wheres our drinks orders .. food shocking no one came out the kitchen for 10 mins was waiting to be served then omg flat greasy bottom of the tray yorkshire puddings awful meat very dry havung chosen turkey others had gammon roast potatoes wasnt bad but veg dont think the cabbage or carrots had been cooked in water very tasteless unhealthy looking carrots looked grey and dry same as tge cabbage mash potatoes tasted like frozen instant mash peas crispy and dried up absolutely disgusting service by staff and a rude chef food terrible... wint recommend toby chadderton and wont return there.... absolutely embarrassed with our friends we all agreed its scored 1 out of 10. Awful everything about it shall not return..."

Arrived not having booked a table and was greeted by Nathan he found us a table service was impeccable couldn't do more than enough for us polite and customer service was excellent View menu

Awful told to wait for food after paying for 10 mins we got coffee and toast.we went after 15 mins for food came back table cleared even though handbag was there. We were so polite but the female behind the bar was so rude.no apology kept saying whats up. I dont usually moan but this was dreadful for 19 quid

A long wait to be seen. Asked what allergies or intolerances I have. I am a coeliac. I was asked to sign something before eating, which of course I didn't want to do. I always feel it is hard work to go out for something to eat, but this took it to another level. I was looked at like I was being unreasonable not wanting to sign. Not coeliac friendly. Avoid.
