The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff, particularly Jasmine and Megan, were exceptional and hard-working.

Fab as always, staff so good with the kids! Food always plentiful and yummy..... but those desserts..... the cheesecake is awesome! Mmmmm!! thank you team toby carmarthen!

Still sitting now, awaiting someone to decide who is actually going to move and clear our table and ask if we'd like desserts, been 20 minutes now just watching all the staff doing nothing and the servery wouldn't miss a clean up, but the staff think talking is more important. The food at this restaurant was amazing!! The portion of meat was impressive and the Yorkshire puddings were perfectly cooked - delicious and crunchy. I would definitely recommend this place, it's the best food I've had in a long time. Anyone who dines here will love the food. I left feeling full and the desserts were also incredible.

Food was nice and hot shame the service wasn’t as great…there were two members of staff stood by the bar area chatting very loudly and on their phones! All while one of the waitresses ran around the restaurant making sure everything was ok!Unfortunately we didn’t get anyone’s names as there’s no name badges worn by anyone here but the ones at the bar had dark curly hair in a bun and the other was a male in a blue shirt. Other than that it was really nice just a shame staff would rather play on their phones than work!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and our waitress provided excellent service (though we didn't catch her name since no one wears name tags, she had her hair in two braids). The only downside was that three staff members (one with dark curly hair in a bun, and another who appeared to be a manager as he was not in uniform) and a chef were on their phones while we dined. While this was slightly distracting and unprofessional, it did not detract too much from our overall enjoyment. Waitress was great. The whole place needs a deep clean. Lights above carvery area covered in dust look like not been cleaned in years/cobwebs too. Floor area around carvery needs to be cleared of food being dropped/gravy on floor. Slip hazard big time. The food itself no lamb on menu when signs clearly state available Sat sun. Other meats were nice. Veg cauliflower cheese tasteless so was the potatoes in leek sauce. Green beans/red cabbage were tasty and the roasts. Dinner was hot but on the whole wasn’t brilliant. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely Abbey T, who accomodated my wish for a table away from the window with no fuss whatsoever. It's always a great start when you're met by a smiling face and positive attitude. My server was the Duty Manager Jemma, who took my order straight away, she is fantastic, bright bubbly and a real asset to your team. I made my way over to carvery deck, my carver Warren was friendly and chatty and made me feel at home. Absolutely horrendous experience went up to the deck . And there was no gammon I asked the person carving will there be anymore ? Was told it would be 10 minutes so I asked could I grab some beef while I waited was told to sit down and get it all at the same time by the time I went back the beef had all gone . The deck was filthy put my off my food . Food all over the floor piece of ham left on the floor overall cleanliness is disgusting .
