"Tomahawk was incredible! Undoubtedly the best steak I have ever eaten! Seating is strange ambience was definitely lacking. We ordered a side it was clearly forgotten about, we reminded staff twice we were still waiting on it, decided to start eating what we already received as we didn’t want it to go cold it arrived when we were 3/4 finished. Disappointing in that respect, as it was not busy at this time."

"Wow, all I can say is "Wow." The mixed steak and chips was amazing. It was a taste sensation and the staff were very nice. The service was quick. I will definitely be returning."

"We visited on Saturday, the night before the marathon. We booked a table. Came in, seen it was busy, so thought this is going to be good. We were seated late which was fine, no problem. We sat next to another couple, (tables were close) we ordered some drinks then our meal. Drinks arrived on our table, weren’t ours, it was the next table. We waited an hour for our starters, tables were coming in and getting served. A table of 6/8 came in and got their starter and mains before us. There was a lot of cross words at the boy in the hair band which I thought he was doing all the work and was very kind if I am honest. Garlic bread came was so dry. They kept going by saying have you eaten? Have you ordered? Have you had mains? Our mains came out an hour later and they didn’t know who it was for. The table next to us actually had to point out it was our food they heard our order. Being a restaurant manager I would like to say… 1. Don’t argue or talk to staff badly, anywhere, but especially not on the floor, I actually think it was maybe husband and wife, it’s not good in front of customers and I know it’s hard and frustrating work, but I don’t even think any of the customers were being rude, the people I heard ask where food was were all being polite. 2. We understand it was busy and every business needs money but don’t take in more people than you should. 3. When you sneeze please do it into your arm and not your hands then don’t wash them, I genuinely couldn’t believe it, hygiene is huge, especially in catering. I’m genuinely shocked I still ate my food after the person touched my plate later on. as they didn’t go anywhere near a sink or a sanitizer. Our mains were lovely. I hope the famous athlete who was in the restaurant at the same time got his food on time and amazing service. But, I do genuinely believe on a normal busy night this restaurant would be fine, just a few tweaks needed. 2 stars lost due to my hygiene comment and how they were openly arguing with one another."

"As an Italian restaurant, it falls short. It's more like a dingy cafeteria—very noisy, with disappointing food and a complete lack of atmosphere. Being so close to the Premier Inn, they seem to rely on their location and don’t feel the need to make an effort to attract customers."

"Downloaded the app. Nothing worked. Ordered at the bar, paid £2.25 extra for beef on my burrito bowl. When it came out, there was literally 5g of beef and sauce added to the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. The bowl itself was fine. But if I had paid just £10 for the bowl itself, as standard, I would have been furious. But then having paid £2.25 for an extra 5g of beef. After asking for an opinion from the staff (who were extremely helpful), it sounded like they either agreed and didn’t want to comment, or didn’t really know what a standard protein portion on a standard meal should be. Ground beef is cheap. Slow cooked ground beef is low maintenance, cheap easy to prepare. My concerns about the portion sizes were confirmed when I was brought out a 2nd portion of the beef… which appeared to be no more than 10g of beef (if you were being generous), and a lot of sauce. For context. At home, you could make 500g of the same thing for around £5.00… and as a business, buying at wholesale, bulk prices, you can make it a lot cheaper. So even if you were serving a standard portion of protein 20 30g for an adult you’d still make money, if you were buying wagyu ground beef from waitrose. If you are looking for decent food… give this one a miss. The service and drinks are all standard for a chain pub, its just the food that is a scam. Staff were 10/10 though, and brought me out a 2nd portion, with no drama. But even 2 portions of that beef wasn’t really enough protein for an adult. And there was far too much sauce to cover the fact that there was hardly any beef"

"I recently dined at Team Tyrone, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The price per person ranges from £30 to £40, which I found to be quite reasonable given the quality of the meal. The food was rated 4 out of 5; everything we ordered was satisfying, but the standout dish for me was definitely the fries. They were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of seasoning. The service was exceptional, earning a 5 out of 5 rating. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. As for the atmosphere, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I highly recommend Team Tyrone, especially if you're in the mood for some delicious fries!"

"One of the best brunch spots we visited was this pub, which has recently undergone a beautiful renovation. The interiors are stunning, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The brunch options were fantastic, featuring a variety of drinks like prosecco, espresso martinis, handcrafted beer, and more. Karina was exceptional, ensuring our glasses were always full and checking in to make sure we were happy. The food was delicious; we both opted for the full English breakfast, which was perfection. There were also plenty of other breakfast options, as well as pizza and burgers. Great value and a wonderful vibe—definitely a top brunch spot!"

"it was my 60th birthday meal and I would have expected that a bit more exhausting the tablet decorations were economical and all the plastic there were some real two or real candles. the service was insecure staff that had to be called to the table all the time and didn't keep us much in the eye. when several in the group wanted to exchange the free wine with cranberry juice, there was a lot "must ask the manager ' that feels uncomfortable no music that is not necessary to christmas, it lacks atmosphere and warm that was ok, but it would have been nice if there were some dishes with extra green as the brussel sprouts had been assigned and not only very thick I hope it will be better if I celebrated my 60th birthday party at 8.4 in the warren house"

"the service was friendly and the place clean and warm, but eating was not quite on scratches. we had the caries and while the meat was in order (the crack was also good crunchy,) the sweet was not so good. the kartoffels seemed. to be deep-fried (the skin was dark and crispy, but full of oil) the brokkoli was a mixture of overcooked (mushy) and undercooked (rock-resistant) pieces and the cauliflower was very watery. for the price I would have expected a better quality, and I hope he will improve in the future."

"We recently dined at the Rudgleigh Inn Steakhouse for the first time, and we were extremely impressed. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with a great selection on the menu. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of high-quality food and drinks in a cozy setting, rather than a typical pub that also offers food. We will definitely be returning."

"a couple days ago, the barista (a man in his late thirties/early forties) asked each of us in the queue our coffee orders quite abruptly. I told him what I wanted and he carried on making coffees and then take the payments when the coffee was ready to serve. It was really getting late and apologiaing, I asked him if he was actually making my coffee. He said obviously not, I will make it soon in quite an impolite way. I apologised again and told him that I had to leave and if he could cancel my order which of course hadn't even been paid for yet. I didn't get an answer, he looked at me like he couldn't care less, shrugged his shoulder and turned the other way like I was not worth his time anyway. Appalling service from that particular member of the staff"

"It was anything but Jolly! I don’t think the staff wanted to be there or maybe they were all having a bad day. To begin with finding a menu that was not covered in grease was a challenge. We sat at the cleanest looking table for three, however the table top was still sticky. We ordered 2 scampi and chips and their burger and chips. When the food came it looked as if it had been thrown on the plate. The chips were few and there was no garnish or anything to make it look a little more appetising. The food was edible but nothing special. Looking around as we sat there I was shocked at just how filthy the place was. It really does need a deep clean. This place doesn’t do anything toward the reputation of Skegness, certainly will not be returning for pre theatre food or anything else."

"I have always enjoyed the coffee at Cafe Nero. During my visit, there was only one staff member handling a steady stream of customers. They did an excellent job of keeping the waiting time to a minimum for seating and taking orders. The hot food was delivered promptly, and the coffee was as delicious as always. The large slice of cake I ordered made me happy as I sat and people-watched."

"The Royal Oak turned out to be a really great find when I visited last Sunday while desperately searching for a please to watch the 6 Nations Scotland France match. Surprised to find a wide range of well kept beers, including good Cask IPAs. Apart from my guilty secret, Park Crackling, I did not try the food. But observing the customers around me noted very high quality and generously portioned Sunday lunches being consumed with enthusiasm. The pub itself is large, clean, well furnished so spoilt for choice for a place to sit. The pub does show sporting events on numerous well positioned screens around the place, but if you just wanted a quiet pint or meet in a discreet couple or group, the noise levels were low and would not detract from the experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond.... changing the channel to allow me to watch the Rugby, despite me being the only interested party in the pub. Talking to and listening to the staff interacting with customers and with each other, it is very apparent that there is a strong well-led team working at the Royal Oak. All that is left to say is thank you to Kirsty, Amelia, Alex and Top-Chef Steph! A great experience, despite the final score, C'est La Vie! See you all again soon."

"Convenient for when your in town. Not the cheapest place for a brew, however the staff are friendly and polite and serve you with speed and good manners. They have loyalty stamp system. Close to the Uclan University and also close to the Preston markets. The cafe is clean and bright and offers free wifi to customers. They do a really nice hot chocolate. I prefer going to this café nero in comparison to the other one in town (fishergate Church street) as the staff at the other shop are rude and don't serve you with the same manners. There is no parking here as it is the city centre... So only good for when you're out shopping in town. I would recommend defo to family and friends. Thanks for reading."

"What a surprise find this pub was. Beautiful Sunday Lunch at a very reasonable price. Roast pork, beef or chicken, you could also have a triple meat if you wanted, roast potatoes, mash, 5 different veg. Yorkie and beautiful tasty gravy. Lovely friendly staff. They were amazing, Ben was the chef working away with his mum. An absolute gem of a pub, it looks slightly off putting externally due to building work adjacent to the pub new shops , but on entry it was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, extremely busy, which I really didn't expect. We waited about 10 mins for our dinners to arrive so service was very quick given how busy they were. Well worth a visit, I would certainly recommend to my family and friends, and will definitely return especially on a Sunday. Worth 5 stars all day long."
