"the place was completely renovated and I must say it is amazing! it is super clean and the ambiente here is perfect! each of the employees here are super polite and helpful. it is one of these rare cases where I really feel looked around. the burgers here are so good I think it is the best in london along with the loaded french! one teller is enough for two people! I almost couldn't finish my burger because I had a whole plate with loaded french for me. recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal and drinks! it's just perfect! when other restaurants in south harrow got this type of investment and management, south harrow will undoubtedly be a leading provider than one of the best food towns in the world to win with potential michelin star ratings."

"This is our place to be on a Friday night. My partner and I felt incredible at home here. Bedazzling atmosphere with the lights, sound and cheerful people. We couldn't believe prices were so cheap. "I found this on TripAdvisor since I wanted something near the Tower of London for lunch on our last day. We arrived without a reservation but were promptly seated. I found the place a little stuffy with lots of business people all dressed up having their working lunches-some more liquid than solid, if you know what I mean! My other half had Tomato Basil Soup plus a Chix Bacon sandwich. I had the Chicken Schnitzel. I had 2 beers-a London Pride and an Italian Birra Moretti draught. My other half had a glass of D 'hill Chenin Blanc. I had hope for more choices of local ale, beer, but they kept pushing the Amstel? Food was ok, but I was hungry a few hours later! I think I 'll pass on this and similar type places next time and just find a local, everyday type pub where Onslow from Keeping Up Appearances would hang out! Two additional comments: 1) I did like the Gin Bear It ' sign 2) Be careful because they add on a 10% service charge regardless of the quality of service-our was average so 10% was ok"

"We were staying at the BLVD hotel invited 2 extra guests for Dinner in the restaurant. Lovely meal catching up. We all ate off the Al a carte menu. 3 of us had 3 courses and 1 had 2 courses. I had smoked salmon, rib eye steak followed by trifle, portion sizes were great. Everyone enjoyed the food, service was attentive but not intrusive. Very relaxed atmosphere and we spent 3 hours with our meal but didn't feel rushed and there were no delays in clearing the table or getting the next course. Bill incl. drinks was £220 tip for 4 which I thought was about right. My only teeny weeny gripe is that I asked for a White Russian with my meal and the restaurant said they didn't have any but going to the bar after the meal I noticed that they did stock Kahlua. The new barmaid was absolutely lovely and even though she had never heard of a white Russian she was so obliging and made us two which were perfectly fine so all good in the end. Super polite staff. Would definitely stay at the hotel and eat here again."

"smooth jazz from the ludlow jazz collective. more general starter of crabs and austerity whipped with the dark crab into a sose. nice. bark meat was delicious. pretty fat, but that makes it so succulent, and there was a lot of meat. no place for pud, but the bavarois and the affogato both looked beautiful. the personal was also nice. will go again to visit the amazing burg, go the beautiful landscape and finish it with dinner and more jazz."

"The outdoor seating is positioned perfectly to provide great views over the canal. Indoors is absolutely stunning and pays homage to the building's origins. Finally, the food... Wow! Incredible, couldn't fault the food. It was well presented and tasted amazing! The provided doggy treats were a hit with ours eating his body weight in them. "visit the bill inn today looking for a nice pub and go to a land what a jewel we found. Once we came in, we were greeted the personal we were very attentive, was brand very friendly chatty. we ordered food drinks in the sunshine in the large garden on the back with background music that gives him a nice feeling. they also had a children's playground, a wild boar breeding area where they could feed the animals for a small fee. our eating was excellent quality justified the price plus the menu selection was extensive options for everyone. (specially mention the Cheesy chips! after our walk we had to dive for ice cream again, they even had sluts that were perfectly refreshing. they chatted with the owners colin dan to let them know what a fabulous pub they had all round offers. they make sunday roasts (which we will try when we drink at night plus much more return. what a wonderful place to escape for a day or night. many thanks that their hospitality was the first class as they were. P.S, the chef is amazing! get her down there rehearsal everything for herself they will not be disappointed. from the smokey family lol."

"We decided to give this restaurant a try and it turned out to be the best meal we've had all year. The five-course meal for £21.95 was delicious, although the last course was just coffee, it was still a great deal. We have paid more than double for similar meals elsewhere. The menu had a good variety and the dishes were well presented. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the Rioja was nice. The live music in the lounge was a bonus and added to the warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Balmoral, for a wonderful evening."

"Dirty Dick 's is a great bar along the ever popular Rose Street. Currently their social media profile says: Whisky and gin galore! Classy Scottish grub, craft beer, clutter, antiquary, and great tunes. And, yes, that 's what you 're going to find here. Also, they 're dog friendly, family friendly, vegan friendly if you need a bite; they 're just all around friendly. As you can imagine, all of this as well as being in a touristy area makes it almost always busy. Not sure what to order? They 've got beer on draught, 250+ single malts, whisky flights for both the novice and experienced, and if you don 't know just ask. I did. I wanted something from the Highlands that had notes of toffee. The bartender passed me over to the owner who made a suggestion and encouraged me to try it before committing. "During our week in Alnwick, we dined at this restaurant three times. The first time, we hadn't made a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. We were glad they did because we didn't want to miss out on this place. They have a wonderful selection of wines by the glass, including red, white, and rosé, and everything we tried was fantastic. I would definitely recommend making a reservation as the restaurant was always busy, and it's easy to see why. "we went here for her gluten-free pizza, which was great. regular pizza was also great. Chicken pesto pasta was very good overall with large pieces of chicken, but lack of Parmesan cheese and/or salt and was a little bland. we did not know that this was not a sit down restaurant and was only for the trip out. later found out that the pub next door served their food, so if they are adult and want to sit down and enjoy eating roast pizzeria, they can."
