"Terrible service right from the start! We was a group of 2 families (9 people altogether, 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 small children my friends ordered their Meals and then I ordered our meals STRAIGHT after (no one else ordered in between and also no...receipts was offered to any of us Their food came, 20 minutes passed and food to 2 other tables came out. I went and asked if someone can find out how long our food will be, the answer I got was its on its way. Another 15 minutes passed and 3 more tables was handed their food orders. I then went again and asked why 5 tables have had their food before mine even though we ordered before them. Answer I got was the food was on its way (again . I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she was the manager (later found out she was acting manager not the manager which she did not address herseld as acring manager! , I had no apology for the wait, another 10 minutes had passed (45 minutes after the first half of our group had their food given to them and our food finally came out. But to our disappointment our 6 and 2 year olds chicken goujons was completely RAW inside (we only realised this after they had eaten some already ! I went and showed the 'acting manager ' this to which she replied I will get some more sent out (no apology again! I said I don 't want more I would like my money back please. I asked for the managers contact details. To which she gave me the phone number to the pub and told me to phone Monday 18th anytime between 10am and 10pm and ask for (Name . I phoned the number she gave me at 5:15 to be told that (Name had left at 5pm amd to try again tomorrow (Tuesday between 10am and 4pm, AGAIN no apology!! I will phone again tomorrow (Tuesday to attempt to speak to the manager again but so far the service has been disgraceful. I am not happy at all with the food, the service and the attitudes of the staff! I have had to take time off work today because both of my daughters have got sickness and diarrhoea, which can only be from the RAW chiken they was served!! I will be passing on my reviews honestly to anyone that asks me and I will 100% definitely not be returning to Molloy 's in sutton Coldfield!!!"

Whilst a regular visitor to Molloys, I seldom dine there. I had a delicious burger with Korean sauce which was well presented. The service was good, thank you Issac, Charley and Victoria. Oh, and compliments to the Chef!!

Popped in today with my daughter for some lunch, I ordered the fish finger sub and my daughter asked for the “cheddar cheese with red onion chutney sub”. Mine was fine but unfortunately my daughters wasn’t very good, there wasn’t any cheddar cheese in sight...just burger cheese slices. Staff pleasant enough food just a bit of a let down.

My husband and I decided to host our party at this restaurant because it is located in our neighborhood. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that our evening went smoothly. The food was perfectly presented and everyone loved the variety of options. The drinks and meals were hot and delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I was happy to return to Molloy's after a long time. However, upon entering, we immediately noticed a musty smell and spotted mold stains on the deck and walls. The floors were dirty and it was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned since it was last closed. The food did not taste fresh and even the pint we ordered was disappointing, lacking a proper head and tasting like cleaning fluid. It's a shame that the place wasn't inspected or cleaned before reopening.

I had made a reservation for a party before Christmas without realizing it wasn't on the books. When I arrived, I was informed that steaks were not available on the menu, despite ordering various other items. The lack of organization was noticeable, as the kitchen seemed unprepared for our order. With the busy holiday season, every other restaurant was fully booked, leaving us with no other options. I had to track down waitstaff to set up our tables, and overall, the service was quite poor. I would not dine at this restaurant again.
