"Went here as I was running early for a meeting so I thought i would grab a smoothie. Good selection but I grabbed a strawberry cool. for a small which may seem expensive but when you know the rent in the area it is...reasonable. I am not usually a fan of yoghurt based drinks but this one tasted fresh and I would definitely have to come back. Great service and everyone was friendly. Only negative point is the straws are too big for the lid so as mine was not cut through properly I had to dispose of the lid. So just be careful when putting the straw in to open up the slits otherwise your drink may overspill. Good seating area with free wifi and a few power sockets dotted around should you wish to charge your phone or laptop. A pleasant surprise on a Tuesday morning on Curzon Street. Do drop by and give them a try. Noted they also do food and vegan desserts."

"When I put this recipe together, the forecast for the Bank Holiday was glorious sunshine. I had it all planned. A delicious summery drink using crisp white wine, summer fruits and my favourite Fentiman's Pink Lemonade. It was going to be perfect for your weekend BBQs and parties. But no. In typical British fashion, as soon as the Bank Holiday arrives it's forecast to be a horrendous down-pour. Never the less, I've created it now so you're going to get the recipe anyway! "This was my first time visiting a Pret chain restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The lack of organization was evident from the moment I arrived, with no clear indication of where the queue was located. Despite waiting patiently in front of the till, I was completely ignored by the staff, who failed to acknowledge my presence or guide me to the correct spot. After some time, it became apparent that I was standing in the wrong place along with other customers. When we were finally directed to the correct side, those who arrived after me were served before me, even though I had been waiting longer. To add insult to injury, another customer who arrived later than me was immediately served without any acknowledgment of my prior presence. As a barista myself with a background in hospitality, I found this behavior to be extremely rude and lacking in basic courtesy. Not receiving even a simple apology only served to further disappoint me. It is clear that common decency is lacking in these big chain establishments. I have decided to take my patronage elsewhere, opting to support independent coffee shops or those with a genuine sense of hospitality."

"I recently tried the Birley Arms breakfast for the first time, after enjoying their Lite Bite lunches twice before. I must say, I was not disappointed - it was excellent. We arrived just before they stopped serving breakfast, so it was quiet during the transition from breakfast to lunch. Two of us ordered the large full English breakfast, which included perfectly cooked poached eggs, delicious sausages, bacon, Bury black pudding, beans, a well-cooked tomato, and toast. Everything was freshly prepared, tasty, and hot - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The third member of our group ordered the Rosti, which came with smoked salmon, spinach, poached eggs, and Béarnaise sauce on a rosti. She couldn't stop praising it, saying it was one of the best breakfasts she had ever had. All the meals were nicely presented and the service was attentive but not overbearing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place."

"No complaints about food though the falafel and halloumi cheese hot wraps, the wrap was stuck to the cardboard and hard to get to! But very tasty. Coffee usual standard- very good Tables were not cleaned unless requested and the floor was dirty , littered with food with the table base looking filthy.Obviously no deep cleaning done in a long time. the dustpan and brush left in the middle of the eating area. There was a team manager around but she paid no attention to the state of the eating area. Very disappointed with level of cleanliness"

"Amazing, closest thing to authentic border Mexican I've had in London. My wife and I are both originally from California, which probably has the most authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico (in fact, many items traditionally associated with Meixco were actually invented in California, e.g. the burrito . Hands down and without a doubt, this place is the closest we've seen to California-quality Mexican food outside of California or Mexico. The food here is easily as good as almost anything you can find in the Mission district of San Francisco, and very obviously similarly styled (foil wrapped, huge burritos with sumptuous carnitas! . If you want a taste of burrito heaven, look no further."

"Had a great meal at The Water Witch. They where great with last minute booking changes and pre orders with great wheel chair access. Food arrived within 4 minutes of being seated. I know it was a preorder but still, it was very well timed. The steak was exactly what I wanted, and the peppercorn source wasamazing. Cheesecake was biscoff with Wallis clotted cream icecream and a passion fruit mix sauce, the base was soft and the cheese melted in your mouth. On top of this customer service was perfect. Our server/waiter greated us when we arrived and showed us to our table. Overall 10/10 I had a great night and Will be returning for an afternoon cheese board."

"I often visit this Pret when coming up to visit my parents on the Quays. I must say this store really stands out in terms of the customer service, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I have been impressed by how efficient my visits have been, I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes for my order, and even in the busy periods (especially lunch time) the staff remain calm, friendly and attentive. The coffee is fab and I highly recommend the bacon and cheese twists! I have visited a number of times now, and got to know a couple of the staff memebers Ewa, Isaac. Nichola, Wai Wai, Marcia and Waylon always super friendly and I enjoy popping in on my visits to the Quays. Despite not visiting too often as I live down South, the staff always remember me and it feels very special that a big chain has retained its own sparkle of individuality. It is definitely the staff who make this store! With this being said, I was very disappointed to see the store manage, Agi, is no longer there. As the store manager she was the glue that held everyone together, and as a customer you could see how much the staff respected her and it was a lovely working environment. I was extremely saddened to hear that she is no longer at this particular branch. I do hope on my next visit she has returned and that I will be able to have a nice chat with her and the rest of the Pret team!"

"Conveniently located for Bond Street tube, this kiosk is an easy place to stop and grab something quick to drink or eat. Most people seem to grab and go but there is a small area to sit that overlooks the escalator from the tube, so a fun people watching place. I stumbled upon this location on my way home and with a growling tummy from lack of lunch I enjoyed a tub of fresh fruit and a small Americano. Nothing outstanding to report about this location or the food on offer as its all pretty standard across this chain."
