"Today, I received excellent service at this restaurant, even though one of their machines was not working. Despite being busy and potentially stressful, the staff remained friendly and helpful. The server apologized for any delay, although my coffee was delivered quickly. This is a perfect example of the high level of customer service I consistently receive at this establishment. Some of the staff even remember me and my order when I visit, which adds a personal touch to my morning routine. Overall, it's a great place to be a regular customer."

the chicken pot pie hot suppe was amazing and great coffee as always; good to be back, tables well set now and good supply for sanitising etc;. note for students and workers with laptops, there is now a 1 hour table limit!

so slow every time. a person on the street to make a coffee is not enough to lunch. please sort it out, it costs pret a manager a fortune and disappointment for all who don't like to wait in a wait for 12 minutes for a sandwich pay

Sells fully organic food, some fresh, some in fridges for being bought at the till. Nothing incredible although it offers some pretty delicious meals. Relatively busy with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Not a must visit. But enjoyable nonetheless.

very delicious sandwiches. cozy atmosphere. it is a bit expensive, but from time to time it is affordable. the personal is often friendly. the company tries to do good things for the community, including offer the food that runs in the time to for the local free.

I always think the best is from a bad baptism. had a risotto suppe that was decent and a falafel avo wrap that looked good. the package was like a card and ruined the food. should stick them with brot if they can not get decent pack. the tip was really busy and not a pleasant experience.

This is my favorite on the go place to eat in St Andrews. It's clean and has a nice city view. The food is DELICIOUS. Loads of healthy fresh options: from soups to sandwiches and sides made with the a love for culinary artistry. Also it accommodates with labels for many diets and is very reasonably priced
