"이 리뷰는 한국어와 영어로 쓰였습니다. This reciew is written in both Korean and English. I went this place to buy Fortnum Mason tea for presents and this place is definitely better place to buy teas than the one in piccadilly. The staffs here are super friendly which made the whole shopping experience extremly satisfying. It is much less crowded than the piccadilly store so you can take your time. If you are not up to buy the Rare teas which are only offered in individual packaging, you would be able to find everything you want. Also you can buy in individual packaging for normal teas if you want to. It has a special blend named Royal Exchange Blend only sold in this store. I prefer this one to the original royal blend. This store is the latest built one among the Fortnum Masons so it is super clean. I highly recommend this place!!!"

"Flour to the People is a new addition to the Battersea brunch scene, offering a fresh take on the traditional breakfast experience. All dishes are served on homemade sourdough bread or sourdough muffins, giving them a unique twist. The menu features classic brunch items like french toast, eggs benedict, and a hearty fry up, with fun names like The French One and The American One. The restaurant prides itself on using local ingredients whenever possible, including beer brewed right in Battersea. One standout feature is the Toast the People option, where diners can enjoy unlimited toast and spreads for a set price. Each table is equipped with a toaster for DIY toasting, ensuring perfectly toasted bread every time. The only downside to this otherwise enjoyable experience has been the inconsistent service, with slow and inattentive service during the first visit. However, the second visit showed improvement, likely due to the restaurant still finding its footing."

"haggis on a pizza?! they don't knock until they tried. and if they try it in edinburgh, they go to dough pizza for the particularly delicious and haggis-enhanced scozia pizza. this is not the first time I mentioned dough on the blog. but I thought the friendly little new town pizzeria deserved a mention in my haggis hunt series. back in autumn, when I was last in edinburgh, I was so glad that I passed on dough’s rose street outlet and had made his wood-fired pizza with seawater dough. the scozia (handmade passata, fior di latte, mcsweens haggis, stornaway black pudding, smoked pancetta, with a cracked egg...read more"

"We are regular diners and The Mitre is our local. We are quite disappointed with our lunch for the following reasons: 1) the service was slow because there was only one server working 2) the server needs to be more careful when serving drinks the teapot was leaking hot water (onto the table) when being poured there was a genuine risk of the water spilling on to one of our laps 3) one of the teapots had an old piece of mint inside they really do need to pay more attention to cleanliness 4) we informed the server of our daughter's allergies and were directed to an online allergen menu (using the QR code). However, all the menu options were not available we had to modify an existing dish from the menu (feels like a waste of time going to the online menu) 5) despite an empty dining area, we still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food the manager pointed out that we should expect to wait 20 25 minutes for food 6) we were informed that the food was made from scratch but that is questionable. The club sandwich was well received but the fish and chips was questionable the curry sauce was watery, the batter was soft and the chips tasted like they came from a foodservice company. Overall, we will not be coming back for food only for drinks."

"Sadly, our evening was neither enjoyable nor tasty at this restaurant. If you plan to eat here, make sure to check ahead whether or not there will be live music in the bar area as if there will be, it renders your dinner conversation impossible. We were not told of the possibility of this singing when seated. We like live music, but this was over the top and too early in the evening. Waiter didn't seem to react or do anything about it. As to our dinner, burger was so well-done it resembled a hockey puck, so much so that it should be removed from the menu if it can't be served at least medium. Pea soup was acceptable. Newly added butternut squash risotto with buerre blanc and sage should be practiced a bit more. Squash on top was undercooked and risotto soggy accompanied by way too much butter.... Overall not a good experience."

"We found this place quite by accident, looking for somewhere to eat close by the Balham Travelodge. We thought it looked closed at first until we were right in front of it, it was about 10 pm at night and we had had a full day at the tennis in Wimbledon. Lucky for us they were still serving. It is a gem of a place, small, excellent service and the food amazing. Would recommend to anyone who loves pizza!"
"do you want to have good Italian food, with delicious and refined specialties? You're in the right place! the restaurant cafeteria is managed by Italian people who know well the flavors and traditions of good Italian food, where you can also buy typical products. I personally tried The appetizer with salami, pecorino and subli, excellent typically Italian coupled, which groups the genuine flavors of good food. as first instead I tried the scars to the seafood, that say they are delicious and say little, they are the best I have ever eaten. and to finish I ate the famous zeppole of St. Joseph, a typical dessert of this period of the feast of the father, who were delicious and homemade. the location is very modern and refined. super friendly and courteous staff, who please and pamper all customers. compliments to carmen as staff of room that besides being very kind is always smiling makes everyone at home feel. the chef winnzo very nice and one of the best in the area, that prepares with love and passion any dish, which besides being delicious are aesthetically decorated very well. I recommend so much you want to discover or remember the genuine Italian flavors."

"The papardelle was a bit too al dente for my wife, who is obsessed with well cooked pasta. So we swapped meals. I gave her my pasta dish. It was the special, crab linguine I think. She was happy with that. She was an au pair in Turin many years ago and insists that she never came across al dente (under cooked in her parlance! pasta there. This is not a complaint! This is a matter of personal taste. Is there a difference between North and Southern Italy when it comes to a consensus on how to cook pasta?"

"Our 1st experience dining at Sohe. The ambience was amazing, the music was upbeat and lively. We were sat down immediately as we had a reservation. The staff were very warm, efficient and accomodating as we had 2 kids as well. The menus are not extensive which is a good thing if you are unsure of what to get. I have to commend the servers knowledge of the dishes. We ordered some cocktails and juices for the kids. For starters, we ordered the sharing platter as well as the prawn crackers for the kids. If you love a bit of spice, then the sauce that comes along with the crackers is a definite win. The chicken satay, squid and spring rolls were delicious and cooked really well although we were a little disappointed with the kale as we felt it was too oily and lacked taste. For the main course, we ordered the roasted monkfish and prawn curry along with the Chicken Katsu curry. The quantities were really good, although I expected two or more pieces of the monkfish. However there were lots of prawns but just 1 piece of the fish which I felt should have been the star of the dish for the amount you pay for it. The desserts were outstanding and cannot be faulted. And although we ordered just the 3 scoops of sorbet, the presentation made it worthwhile. The flavors were delicious. It was my daughters birthday and the servers made is extra special for her by singing Happy Birthday to her. Overall, it was quite a good experience, the food was delicious, value for money, the staff were amazing and we will definitely be back to try out a few more dishes."

"Dreadful and outrageous service. We arrived within minutes of our booking time, to be advised that our table was not ready. There were several tables available, and we were reluctantly shown to one! We ordered two beers and two medium rare rib eye steaks. The drinks arrived promptly. One steak arrived with a tiny amount of undressed salad. This dish was priced at £25.50 and as we were advised did not include even a few chips. Actually I was asked if I had read the menu clearly not well enough to realise I’d ordered a thin uninspiring steak with a minuscule quantity of salad. I was provided with some oil and balsamic. We did ask of there were some chips to accompany the dish, and were told this was extra we politely declined. The second steak arrived with the same mediocre and frankly appaling presentation. Bizarrely, two portions of chips appeared as we were finishing what passed for the main course. When we enquired again if these were included, we refused them on the basis of the the unreasonable extra charge. We decided to leave without further ado, and asked for the bill at the front desk. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager/owner was surprised when we refused to pay the additional service charge. The food and service was dreadful, and I would suggest you consider the many other restaurants in Twickenham before booking here. I will not be returning the attitude and lack of service was staggering and a grave disappointment bearing in mind I had been recommended to this establishment."

"Omnino meaning all together in Latin serves quality Argentinian meats on a fairly nondescript basement space. Unlike an Argentinian steakhouse that is full of life and charisma, Omnino Steakhouse service, ambience and interior is dull. It is as if the joy of being in an Argentinan steakhouse was removed and replaced with a degree of uprightness. With that said the meat cuts including fillet, sirloin, picaÑa, rump and ribeye cuts are superb. The three cuts ordered for the table were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. In terms of the sides, the black truffle gnocchi is rich and full of flavour. Highly recommended. The dessert menu is traditional including the usual suspects including dulce de leche cheesecake and Don Pedro, with the alfajores unfortunately not being available. Price wise a cut of meat will start you at £18.95 for an Argentine 250g Rump and top you at £49.00 for the ribeye foie gras. The sides come in at an average of £5.00. The wine list is strong, offering a variety of high quality Argentinian and Chilean options. Omnino is doing everything right in the kitchen. The front of house and ambience is uninspiring and dull. Something to work on and improve, in order to deliver on the promise of all together ."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the 'amuses bouches' served before our Indian meal; these little bites were like mini fireworks in our mouths. For starters, we had calamari and satay skewers of chicken, prawn, and beef fishcakes—each one offering unbelievable flavor combinations. The mango sorbet served as a palate cleanser was another delightful surprise. I confidently chose the monkfish 'Sri Lankan style' for my main dish, eager to see just how talented the chef really was. I think I may have found my new favorite dish. The chef and owner, Ram Jalasutram, previously headed kitchens at prestigious establishments like Gleneagles and the Dorchester, and he already has a successful restaurant in Oxford. I truly believe he is a culinary genius, and we're fortunate to have his new restaurant in our little Twickenham. How lucky we are!"

"Christmas deserves a cracking night out, great company, scummy food, luscious drinks and laughs. This night started at the nearby Enigma Quests Escape room followed up by this Argentinean steakhouse. Initially we were surprised by the intimacy of the restaurant, but this made it more personal so not a problem. Starters of Empanadas (best starter) and also Grilled Octopus, which was unfortunately more chewy than I prefer, so maybe slightly over cooked, still great flavour though. Main courses of 350g Rump. 250g fillet and 400g churrasco Marinated fillet which were all cooked to perfection and amazingly delicious, yum!! Sauces of Red chimichurri, green chimichurri and peppercorn, great again. Sides of sauteed mushrooms (lovely), creamed spinach (oh yes, yummy). cowboy beans and 'hand cut ' chips, it is these chips that the 4 of us took note of. For hand cut chips, they looked too thin, more akin to fries and when served, contained small pieces of chips, very similar to when you empty a bought, bag of ready made chips. They were most certainly not thick cut, triple cooked chips you get in other up market steak houses. Puddings of Affogato very nice, Doulce de leche cheesecake unfortunately this wasn 't liked, it seemed bland, sticky toffee with vanilla ice cream had no flavour, not enough sauce, and chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream great texture very nice. The meal was accompanied by 2 bottles water, Gin lemonade and 2 bottles Recoleta Malbec. Total of £469 A point of note, is that this being a Saturday night within the 'City ' this restaurant was very quiet and so lacking some atmosphere, I 'm sure that this must be a saturday thing and during the week its probably buzzing."

"Been trialling this workspace platform called Andco and Melior street was recommended. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly manager who was eager to ensure I was well seated and prepared for the eye gouging that was to proceed. The coffee was reasonably priced, it’s the water you’ve gotta look out for. I didn’t know that he asking me if I wanted some water would prove very costly. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, making sure costs doesn't spiral out of control, this may not be the best place for you. Extortionate £3.75 for water better be the blood of Jesus contained in that Kingsdown bottle. Don't forget the service charge too. It's another whole 12.5%. You can't help but have that feeling that you have just been passively extorted. I do think Andco should inform us that the water isn’t free so we at least know what to say; allowing the good manners of “just say no” our mums and Mrs Reagan have been praying be instilled finally kick in our instincts. Overall, great views, great ambience and now that the harsh lessons of a hefty levy has been learnt, I’ll be returning with my neck stretched well for the “No’s” it will help me reinforce. P.S the flies here are very friendly too; all over my gadgets, inviting themselves to my water and coffee and even taking a vantage point seat on my head."

"We had a nice lunch for a special occasion at this restaurant, but we found it to be very expensive for what we received. We ordered 2 sirloin steaks, 2 sauces, 2 side dishes, 1 bread, and a carafe of red wine to share, which ended up costing over £100. If you only order steak, that's all you get, without even a salad garnish. The food was delicious and the service was attentive, but the individual prices added up quickly, making it a costly meal. We would have considered returning if the price was around £65/70, but this will likely be our only visit."

"Amazing restaurant wish we had gone here on the Friday night for our anniversary instead of The Ivy. Wine was perfect. We never had starters as we get full quick. But they looked amazing. The mains where amazing coukd not fault (maybe did not need onion rings side dish as filling). All the dishes coming out looked amazing. We shared a dessert of Bruder which was lovely (maybe need setting a bit more). The staff where friendly, helpful amd amazing. Cosy little restaurant and bar looked amazing. My only negative which was nothing really was the toilet doors (but that me being picky)"

"If you are a fan of authentic pizza then you must visit San Gennaro. For me the pizza here is about as good as it gets outside of Naples. The staff are almost all Italian and you are higly likely to find yourself in the company of other natives at an adjacent table. You can always trust an Italian restaurant full of its own people. The dough is what makes it, cooked in the traditional oven to achieve a slighly chewy and delightfully crisp result. Admittedly the toppings often fail to impress but if you keep it simple and have just a little ham and rocket or something equally simple it wont fail to deliver. Starters are nothing too special, although i often enjoy the steamed mussels with garlic, chilli and tomato served with some of the faboulous house bread. The g arlic bread is also a must have, made using the famous pizza dough.Forget about dessert, its like being in a rather average cafe in a touristy part of Italy when they present you with a laminated card with pictures on ice-cream and its all out of packets. Simply have an espresso, maybe a limoncello and wave goodbye to Enzo, the charismatic owner. Ciao."

"Got persuaded to get wagyu steak which is totally way too fatty for 2 ppl to share a 500g wagyu steak. Wish the waiter would make that clearer to us how fatty it would be, it’s more something to have a couple of slices each and then have a standard steak. That plus some crab and two starters came up to over £500 for 2 ppl. Second most overpriced meal I ever had. Safe to say won’t be coming back anytime soon."
